Never coming here again. $3 tacos turned into Massively fun food sickness all night no joke. Was totally fine before visiting around 5pm. Had problems here before in 2019-2020. Jack in the box (sonoma location) - 3 Me. - 0 I struck out again, a few days ago, I get to the shop to indulge in my burger and nuggets, unfortunately I didn't get my nuggets, and I didn't ask for them, but I got curly fries, not the end of the world, i was just savoring the nuggets on my ride back to work. Also the girl that helped me out must of been having a bad day because she wasn't having it, was borderline rude, which i can understand, we all have bas days, but not enjoying my nuggets, no dice, that turned my day into a bad day. Today I go and grab a quick late dinner, 2 bacon ultimate cheeseburger combos, small with a coke, easy peazy, nope, negative ghost rider, not a chance. Get to the shop, only to discover there was no bacon on my BACON ultimate cheeseburger, X's 2, because the bacon was missing on my co-workers burger as well. Today mother nature let us have it, rain and heavy winds, tree branches on the road, power lines down, people without power, a chunk of my fence flew into my work pick up truck, no big deal, it's mother nature unleashing her fury. But not having Bacon on a my burger, that hurt, the evening became even darker than it already was, almost seemed like the temperature dropped, except for mine, it elevated slightly when i didn't see much leas taste that juicy bacon that should have been on my burger. If i get knocked down, I keep getting back up, and i wont let this Jack in the box location defeat me, the last thing I will ever do is lose hope. Check your receipts! We believe in giving people and businesses a few chances before never coming back but this is ridiculous! The ONLY reason we go to Jack's is that our son LOVES the Cluck Sandwich. This location finds a way to not honor their coupons, "forgets" the meat in their burgers and over charges! When I took my meatless burger back to the "manager", she basically accused me of taking it out. My son was so excited on 'National Free Chicken Sandwich Day'. I saw it advertised on the Today Show and read on Google that Jack In The Box was offering a free Cluck Sandwich with purchase, so we went for lunch. First of all all staff are ride and have no customer service skills. The manager female short rude and they all act as if we are bothering them. Visited drive through 06/09/2024 At about: 1845 hours. ( 6:45 p.m.) Service: Lackluster. There was no:" Welcome to Jack in the box, may I take your order"over the speaker . At the window: there were no smiles or friendly expressions. Also, there was not a "thank you,". Quite unfriendly, actually. FOOD: I ordered the Cubes munchie . The Onion rings were hard as rocks! They looked as if they had been sitting around a long time! Horrible! I threw them out. The mini churros were very greasy and "gummy". I threw the churros out, too. The Taco was definitely old! It was curled up on the ends, cold and greasy! Horrible flavor. I threw that out, too. The sandwich was OK, not great. It was not up to Jack in the Box standards at all!! I strongly suggest that the management closely monitor the cook and cashiers of the afternoon shift at the Sonoma Jack in the Box. The quality of the food and customer service is waaay below standard!!! I do not recommend this particular Jack in the Box. Tourists beware! Just tried Jack's new ribeye burgers (2) with medium fries (2)... cost $23.06. Figured worth it for ribeye. Nah... burnt meat and cold. Fries were super hot but overly salted. I have to give two stars just because there are times when food is a medical necessity. When calories are required, this delivers. Apparently. I got home, which is two minutes away, and I had a flat warm coke with not one ice cube.

Unfortunately this is the only fast food restaurant near the square. Ive eaten there for the last time today. I won't ever go back because I get sick from their food. Stomach cramps for hours then bathroom trips. I read from previous reviews they leave their food out and sit, that's probably why im getting ill. Their Coca Cola freestyle machine is the only one in the bay area that I know of that is always in stock with all the flavors. I can stand there and play with it for an extended period of time before my thirst is quenched by 10 unique flavors. There are 2 mutigender bathrooms that are clean which is nice. And the multilingual staff is usually pretty chill, especially the younger ones. If you order inside the food tastes a little fresher. Plus you can pick up as many sauses as you like buffet style, again the only fast food place that comes to mind that does this. My only complaint is that this locations tends to take a little longer than other jack in the boxes. Also jack in the box food is usually pretty gross. read more

This place wasn't very up to par. The food was ok, the coca cola multiple variety machine was all empty. Only 2 choices was diet coke and sprite. In the bathroom after washing your hands the machine only dispenses 2 inches of paper towel. I guess I can safely say their machines are stingy, lol. read more

Let me just start off by saying the line took forever.... Then we had to repeat our order 3 times. For the food we got, the chicken teriyaki bowl was good but didn't come with a fork to eat it. I know you can't expect much from a fast food place but this one takes it to a whole new level of shitty!! If I could've given a negative star I would have! I came thru at 1:30 on a Saturday night and ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese, I get all the way to my hotel and open it to find it was a slap of burnt burger and a piece of cheese, that was it. No condiments or lettuce and tomato. I drove back to ask for the correct sandwich. I got there at 1:45, After getting ignored at the speaker I pulled up to the window and honked to get the guys attention. He turns and looks at me, rolls his eyes, puts his headphones back in and turns back around, completely ignoring me. After about 10 min I finally knocked on the window. He opens it and I held up my bag to explain I got the wrong sandwich. He cuts me off and tells me to come back tomorrow they're closed. I pointed out they don't close for another 10 min, he says "everything's shut down and we have a lot of cleaning to do, come back tomorrow, Bye!" and shut the window on me! There is a big pot hole at the beginning of the drive-thru so watch out! I have had numerous problems trying to order food at the drive-thru. I tried ordering a burger without a bun. It was a very long ordeal with them asking me repeatedly if I was sure I didn't want a bun. I would think it would be fairly common these days but apparently not. Last night, I wasn't paying attention and they messed up my order and charged me for a combo and then didn't give me any fries. I certainly can't complain about the food! At 1:30 AM with two people in front of me and two people behind me they turned away business. Now it could be that they had a operational issue but I doubt it. Went to jack in the box on my morning lunch break and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which were loaded with grease and the hash brown that came with the meal wasn't cooked all the way. I ordered dine in and the food was served on tiny baskets instead of the custom trays. I didn't have to wait very long which was nice and the self serve soda station was easy enough to use. All in all it was just an ok experience, what more could you ask for at a fast food joint? read more

overall expected much better. the customer service was what brought down their rating. i waited at the counter for a few good minutes, making eye contact with at least 4 employees before the one who was supposed to be manning the counter came up. they did not even speak to me as i was ordering or at any other time. food was as expected, whole place was empty. also was given the wrong meal. let down as i'm a fan of their curly fries. wouldn't go back unless in very patient mood. read more
