Problem with drive thru is that you don't really get to taste or see your meal u til you get home. If there is no screen visible on the drive thru window, you won't get a chance to review your order. Half of the time they don't get the order correct because they didn't hear it. Then it could go missing g from your bag. I prefer to park and get my food, it gives me an opportunity to confirm my order. The new favorite item is the chicken wrap! It hits the spot in these hot days. Whether grilled or breaded chicken wrap, both are delicious! It reminds me of a home made chicken taco salad because plenty of lettuce in my wrap. read more

I've been coming to this Jack In The Box ever since I was in middle school. The only complaint I have about the food was the change of quality in the chicken tenders. They used to be juicy but now they're dry. Besides that this is the best Jack I've ever went to. I love this place and it is always so reliable. The workers are extremely nice and helpful. They have a kiosk now which is really easy access. The shakes, food, and even the sodas are really excellent. read more

11/17/23 I went to the drive thru , the guy at the drive thru was so gross , he had long dirty finger nails with these huge rings on. He was on his personal cell phone while he was taking my payment , he kept texting instead of working , just standing there literally and texting , touching his dirty phone and then placing it down on the different areas where food would go. I've ordered from here multiple times in the past few weeks and they NEVER get my order correct. It's not that hard. I don't know how you can mistake a chicken sandwich for a double cheeseburger. Everytime I order here, I get a cluck deluxe. Instead of a chicken/bacon sandwich with onion rings and BBQ sauce, they give me two bacon double cheeseburgers with BBQ sauce. Aside from the fact that I don't eat Beef for ethical reasons, the combination with BBQ sauce doesn't even taste good. I will never order from them again, and I'll be filing a formal complaint against this Jack-in-the-Box franchise with the head corporation for misappropriation and false advertising. My cousin was in town visiting with us and we wanted a quick snack. She wanted my brother to try the new spicy chicken tenders because she thought he'd enjoy it. Ordering was easy and the wait wasn't bad. We ordered to go. We get home and realize the tenders were over cooked. They seemed like they were re-fried in old oil because that's all they tasted like, old oil and burntness. My churros tasted like old oil and looked like it too. Ya cant miss it either it's right in front of the place. 2 tables or possibly 3 It has a HUGE parking lot....way too big for the people who visit...most use the drive thru it seems I like the staff...the service has always been ok...& late night food close to the house can't be beat. Coupons come in the mail for all kinda goodies from here too...so look for the coupons 8) The only drawback to the lot is you CAN"T turn left when leaving from either of the drive ways....so that always SUCKS.....and it's a VERY busy corner too read more

OKAY so...... I feel betrayed. I'm not going to sit here, and completely disown Jack in the Box, because Jack has been there for me through thick and thin over the years. Literally. However, this specific establishment is a disappointment time, and time again. The last time I was here, I was charged twice for the same transaction and this time... they've got this "munchies" box that's supposed to come with a trio (according to the photo) of fries, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Naturally, it's a no brainer. I'm with all of that, and some, so I order my oreo shake and box assuming I've got nothing but good times ahead and instead, I've got this underwhelming box of air and sadness. There weren't any fries, and the box literally looked like someone already started going in on it. I even double checked the bag to see if maybe just maybe the fries had fallen out the box, and into the bag like they sometimes do. But, NOPE! The cold part about it is, they threw like FOUR sauces in that bag as if one wasn't already too much. It's like insult to injury, and I almost want to go back up there -- like, LOOK. Came to this Jack n Box around 2 am and the drive through person was really rude and didn't allowed us to finish my order, so my husband grad to pull up and do the orders. And to top it off, the night manager Erica was even more rude when I tried to explain the situation to her. I have been coming to location for so long and always have rude people working here. They always get the orders wrong, worker always in a bad mood. Seriously! To top it off, they still didn't get my fries done correctly after the many many times you tell them politely. Drove by for a quick bite. I used the drive through and it is pretty accessible. When you get out though, it's only a right turn only street so be careful on your way out. I had a coupon for two sandwiches for $5 dollars so I used that. My mom wanted to try something spicy so we chose the spicy siracha burger to go. The lady was polite but she misread the coupon and thought it was expired (it expired May 27, today is April 30). She apologized when she noticed her mistake and charged it correctly. The wait was not long and we were on our way after we got some ranch packages to go as well (just in case the burger was too spicy). When we got home the burgers were a bit cold but that's to be expected, since it is to go. The flavor was good and the meat felt fresh. I expected the spicy level to be really high though which was not what I got. The whole burger only had about 4 jalapeños, which was not enough. I do wish it would have been "spicier", but overall good jack in the box location. read more
