When I came through I asked for 2 orders of 2 tacos (totaling 4 tacos) and only received one order. I went back through just to be told at the speaker they were sorry and would fix it. So I have been using Uber Eats since we finally got it in Walla Walla. I have gone through Jack in the Box a bit and I've had a few errors in between. That's to be expected in fast food and I appreciate that somebody else is bringing me my food. But this time has strayed me away I just spoke with a supervisor because my whole entire order was wrong and completely cold. This is your typical JITB. Open 24 hours. Functioning restrooms. Bad fast food. One extra star: Open on July 4th! Ran into this place while walking from one end of Walla Walla to the other. We needed to pee so bad, and this JITB saved us from public urination. I got a curly fries and they made a fresh batch for me. I am new to Walla Walla from Denver. I am not used to fast food chains having such friendly service! Every time I go in I am greeted promptly with a smile and enthusiasm. The first time I went there I was taken back by how friendly the cashier was and now I just expect it. I also order my burgers made a certain way and I always get the correct order. I needed something quick before taking my elderly mom to a doctor appointment so I ordered the $5.99 double sourdough melt meal. I added curly fries for another 50 cents. Order was slow but I got it and got in my truck and saw that they gave me regular fries. I went back in and told them and they gave me the curly fries and told me to keep the regular fries. Got to my mom's and took a bite of the burger and noticed it was a single. I didn't have time to go back so I ate it. After my mom's appointment I went back with my receipt and the box the burger came in. I offered to pay the price for the burger I ate if they would make me the burger that I already paid for but did not receive the first time around. They tried to charge me more than I paid for the whole meal in the first place. I said "forget it" and left. I own a business and I would never do something like that to a customer. read more

It's fast food...but I love that it's the only place in town where you can order your sandwich by the ITEM. You can customize a sandwich and they have everything itemized by its own price...so i can save a bundle on a vege sandwich. It's only $1.60 for it. So this locations food wasn't the best, however I gave them five stars for their service. I like an idiot, didn't calculate my funds very well and wasn't aware of this until I was paying for my order. Instead of changing my order they gave me the rest of the order "on the house"!
