There is no reason I should wait 35 mins in line at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me this is ridiculous jack-in-the-Box has the slowest lines here at the Central Freeway, Jack-in-the-Box. They are slow inside as well almost 45 mins to get my food and its all cold not even warm and the manager wanted nothing to do with it they said it was served hot read more

What a nice fast food place And the guys working were such a pleasure. I went in tonight when the storm was blowing 65 mile winds and their power had been out. I was only person in. They said they were going to help me and do their best. Chatted with me. I ordered off the brunch meal tried the new chicken egg bacon and English muffin sandwich.... very good. A meal in itself very big!!!!! Well worth having again And if you sign up on line you will get free nuggets plus coupons for 1.00 drink and dessert and other yummy goodies so awesome deal. read more

"Hello..you going to order" in a demanding tone.. i proceeded to look past that and order and the lady kept saying "what" So I suggested pulling up and ordering at the window and proceeded to say "oh dont bother" I then just left. She had no issue hearing that through the speaker though. Now i can understand the potential lack of employees during a pandemic, but lack of training and kindness seems to be lacking at this location. I was just passing through and needed something quick, Yasmine(I think that's how you spell it) was absolutely the best customer service gal I've ever had before! Ordered my food approximately at 11:50pm on 08/04/2018. Didn't get a receipt back, didn't get my churros or my teriyaki chicken bowl. Instead, I received a chicken sandwich and tea w/o ANY ice. Ordered their $4.00 Fish Sandwich Combo. I was fortunate that they cooked the fish portion AFTER I placed my order and I pulled around to the front door and waited a very short time. Instead of driving home and eating a warm sandwich, I parked and ate it while it was HOT. Lettuce and tartar sauce made it perfect. read more

Got my order incorrect. Quality was poor as well. Some of the staff were not wearing masks while prepping the food/drinks

We got here at 9:20 and had to wait in the front in the empty lobby for a few mins before they even took our orders. When they did for some reason they rang it up on the drive through register. They had to double check the picture on the menu to figure out how to make the thing that we all ordered. They forgot to put all of the food in one of the box's so I had to remind them, "oh I thought he put that in". They then forgot to bring out one of our orders because "we have never had so many people order at once" it was 5 people! What? They rushed the order and we got under cooked food. As soon as they got us the food we were told "we close in 7 mins if y'all could hurry it up". How rude? I think my friend might get sick from the undercooked food in hindsight he shouldn't have ate. I normally try to be understanding about the service industry because I work it as well, but there is no excuse for not knowing how to do your job whatsoever AND being rude to customers. Worst service ever! My order was wrong and when I went back through the drive thru the line took 10 minutes so instead of waiting longer, I went inside and they wanted the wrong order back before they would give me the new one. The food tasted good but by the time I got back to my hotel (a mile away) it was cold because I had to wait so long for them to fix the mistake. I went through the drive-thru at about 10:30 p.m. The wait was long considering only one car was in front of me. And the shake machine was down. OK, no big deal. But the food was horrible. One burger was missing several key toppings. Both burgers were cold and stale and practically inedible. The fries were room temperature and soggy. The jalapeno poppers were no better. It was some of the worst fast food I've ever had. I'll never go back to this location. read more

We stopped to eat yesterday. The cashier was yelling at the cook entire time we were there. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and everyone else ordered burgers. My food was good and hot but their burgers and fries were cold because their food was ready way before mine. Cashier was also talking loudly to someone who appeared to be a friend with two small children. This girl was very loud but not when she was behind register. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS LOCATION! My mother got a job to help provide for me and my 16-year-old sister and they royally screwed her over. They told her at the interview that after a few weeks of being a team member, she would be promoted to shift leader and it has now been a few months and she's still a team member. They also started cutting back her hours, she's suppose to be working full time and she's barely working 2 days a week. They said she's not doing things she's suppose to when she definitely is - my mom has always had a very good work ethic and never stops when she's working. Her past pay check wasn't even half of what we need to pay rent. Management does not know what he's doing at all; He's very arrogant. She was scheduled today and when she came in, they told her that she wasn't on the schedule - they didn't give her any warning at all; nobody called or texted her letting her know.
