Rude employees who made my experience complex because I ordered on the screen and even though there's a pay with cash option I wasn't able to pay with cash because of the employee which denied me. I like the fact they are open 24/7. The food is mediocre but i usually find something on the menu i like. The staff is always friendly and smiling. My husband and I are regulars at the store. Come every single day and buy grande sausage burritos with no bacon bits (due to allergic reactions to it.) Today all of a sudden they come "premade" and they can't do anything about it. Asked to speak with store manager and he she is very rude, and has lots of attitude. Refused to give the district managers number to me because she doesn't want to get fired. She shouldn't have her position where she is. Yelling at customers when all she would have to do is take a tortilla, add the spicy sriracha sauce, add eggs, some cheese, one sausage patty and a single hash brown. Such bad work ethic they couldn't even do it. Never coming to this store again and I hope you consider not too either. This place is a disgrace. 0 stars. read more

If I could give -5 stars I would. I have never seen so many rude people in one building!!!! The lady in drive through is so impatient and has a snarky a$$ attitude. What else?! After everything we order. Then puts her hands on her head and shakes it as she gets upset at the window because we asked for good good sauce. Wtf??? We had to pull to the front and the guy that comes out and asks if we had a teriyaki bowl (which we didn't). He asked to see the receipt and yanked it rudely out of my hand. Went through the drive thru around 1am on January 1st. Not too many cars at the drive thru. When we start to place our order we find out no shakes and no burgers. Just cold and fried options. As we get to the window we see a sign that says full menu available all day. We didn't question it. We just got our appetizers which was onion rings and cheese sticks a big difference from burgers. I'm not sure if this is normal for the place or not. But they knew they would be open and people are out celebrating the new year and would want food after midnight. read more

Drive through was terrible. Asked the lady for a dr. Pepper and got a sprite. Asked for sauce and got no sauce. Very rude just handed me my bag quickly and shut the window, they did not even seem very busy. Lady was in her 40's. This restaurant has employees outside smoking marijuana in there vehicles and management is aware and allows it to continue they do not wash there hands nor wear gloves like they should there food is not fresh and they use expired and molded food by just cutting the slime and mold off them there employees are very rude and unprofessional they play loud music with very vulgar lyrics management chooses who she likes or dislikes and treats the disliked ones like there nothing there restaurant is very dirty and unsanitized food all over the floors and counters walls caked with grease and old food they hide broken dishes and other things unusable when food safety comes there delivery time is horrible they park cars to wait for there order up to 20 minutes or more at times they are just not a place you should want to eat at at all read more

I decided to take my best friend here since she is from PA, and they do not have Jack in the Boxes there. We had the worst time I have ever experienced there. Our food was completely wrong, cold, and the burgers looked like they had been microwaved for 20 minutes. Then when we asked if we could get ketsup and ranch with our order the girl in the drive thru huffed at us and acted like it was above her to help us, and then she shoved them and our drinks at us rudely. We called in to complain and talked to someone who said that they would get someone in contact with us and they never did. I just find it sad that this one place is so rude to their customers, and that nothing is being done to make better a bad situation. This location is by far the worst. I literally live 5 blocks away from this place. It takes me no more that 50 seconds to get home. I ordered tacos for myself and my eight year old. The tacos were soggy like they had been under the heat lamp for a least a hour. My 13 year olds spicy chicken sandwich was dry and hard. Oh and of course the milkshake machine was down again and they had no coke again. On the outside by the back door, there were two employees smoking. At least be discrete about it and go to the corner dumpster. I know when I was young and smoked, I would go behind the dumpsters. I didn't want the custo.ers seeing me smoke and then see me making their food. There is a sticker on the drive thru window that says to call a number and for what? They don't return your call ever. This place ripped off my kids as we ordered children's chicken nugget meals and then we're too stupid to put the main inge redient, chicken nuggets, in the meals. Filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Attorney General. The franchise owner couldn't be bothered to respond to the BBC complaint. With the Attorney General complaint, they promised to refund my money and send me a $30 gift card. Two weeks later, have yet to receive it. I live 5 miles from them, the mail is NOT that slow. So, they clearly lued, don't care about customers or customer service. Files ANOTHER Washington State Attorney General comp!ain't over them not following through with what they said they would do. They blow off customers. I would recommend if you have problems with this place or the idiot that owns it, file complaints with the BBC and the Washington State Attorney General. So the milkshake machine was down. I rolled with it. The Coke was out of syrup. I rolled with it. Asked if I could get Coke from the drive-thru fountain. Nope. This location has NO COKE at all!! I generally love Jack in the Box. But these morning was end of my fondness. I turned off of Washington Street. I could see two vehicles in the line. But it is usually quick so I pulled in. First vehicle completed their order and moved forward. 2nd vehicle stayed at the display board for 3 minutes. Talking, pointing, gesturing. I assumed it was done purposely but some people are just buttheads. I finally moved forward. I was greeted and asked how I was. I replied not great because the previous gentleman took so long. He said the gentleman ordered a lot of food. I asked if he would be pulling forward so that I would not have to wait for his 18 tacos to be made. He said he could not do that. I felt that to be unreasonable and lacking in good will. So I backed out of their ridiculously curved lane and left. I regret I cannot give them a Zero. Jack in the Box is no longer on my good list.
