Service (5 stars) - I've been here a few times in the past, but today was a memorable experience. I ordered to go and was there for less than 10 minutes. The cashier was courteous and friendly. Further, there was an error in my order and, without hesitation, the cashier gave me a free compliment when I addressed the error. Another positive note would be that Jack in the Box serves breakfast anytime. Value (5 stars with coupons) - You get a great deal and savings because I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger ($4.19 each) for two family members, but I got the other order for free with a coupon. I also had a coupon to get a free 3-piece Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers ($2.19), so I ordered a large Seasoned Curly Fries ($2.49) to get that free popper. However, I was charged $2.29 for a large French Fries. No fuss! I was about to return the French Fries, but the staff said to keep it and also gave me the large Seasoned Curly Fries for free. Total savings: $8.87 (savings with coupons was $6.38 plus the $2.49 free bonus getting the curly fries because of an error). Food (3-4 stars) - Rated based on my family's experience. This last time I was at this branch, I had a great experience. The drive thru line was backed up but it is to be expected seeing as they cook your order on the go. The person running the drive thru not only greeted me, but they were polite and sounded like they actually wanted to be there. The customer service rep took my order, asked thoughtful questions because I asked for no cheese in the sandwich (also asked if I wanted to take out any other creamy sauces because of their dairy base), and got our food to us in good time. Fast food is supposed to be just that: order and receive your food quickly. They hit that right on the nose and were also polite and courteous. We need more of that in food service. Excellent service on a late Sunday afternoon. I used the mobile app for my order with pick-up at the counter. The food was prepared exactly as requested and was ready in a bit over 5 minutes. Excellent preparation of the Jumbo Jack burgers and tacos. Food tasted very good with the tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers very fresh. The staff was very pleasant and efficient in handling the order with the meal coming out piping out. The dining room was clean and the condiment bar was well stocked. A very enjoyable meal. I visited this same location about a month ago when traveling through Yuba City and the service and food on that occasion was just as good as todays visit. I'll definitely be back. The young boy who works at the drive-thru at 1am is the rudest because I was a Dasher there waiting for my order I waited two whole hours picking up two orders. MIND YOU There were three other cars parked before me, after when he handed out those orders two more cars came after me. The problem was that those cars that arrived after me got their orders but I never got my pick-up order for an informed customer on Doordash. Then another Dasher came he waited for 5 whole minutes for their order, I got to the point where I had to come to the window to pick up the order and it was sitting on the counter THE WHOLE TIME! I recommend going to the Marysville Jack in the Box they are way faster and the wait is only about 5 minutes for each order they do. read more

This jack in the box is filthy. Ordered a chicken fajita. Usually they are so delicious. It was served with cold chicken, no seasoning, hamburger was gross, fries were limp and yucky. It was awful. Threw our food away and ate somewhere else. We didn't bother taking it to the counter to complain, staff looked like it wouldn't matter anyway. They were too Busy gossiping . Very rude customer service today at noon. I placed a mobile order and the lady on the speaker was loud and disrespectful. She acted like I was inconveniencing them by even placing an order. I told her I would like to cancel my order and wanted a refund. She said no and that to get a refund I had to go through the app. I asked for her name and corporate number and she refused to give them to me. I left after her crew kept shouting for us to leave.
