So can't accept Apple Pay - I find $5 with the 2 fries for $2 my total was under $5 and they refused to make the changes to the fries because it's online only through the app but their mobile app function was down at their store. I always come here bc I work close. Only issue I have is that employees are ALWAYS talking amongst themselves very loudly in front of customers. They've made customers wait while they stand around and talk about scheduling and new trainees. Currently they are behind the register cursing and complaining about trainees and the schedule today. I watched a Television commercial about a $4.99 Bacon Burger special at my local Jack in the Box, so I thought I'd try the special and see if I like the taste of their burgers since I've not returned to and Jack in the Box since they blew up Jack a long time ago Well it seems that the $4.99 special is not a $4.99 special at my local Jack in the Box, if you want the $4.99 special it will cost you $5.85. It seems that the local Jack in the Box is not a company restaurant, it is a franchise, so the franchise owner decided to add a premium to the good deal you get on TV and he can put the extra profit in his pocket only because he is greedy. I can't comment on the quality of the food since I refuse to be RIPPED OFF and went to the Carls Jr Restaurant across the street and paid the correct price for a burger that in fact was a lower price. I told the cashier where I was going and she didn't care one was or another since she gets her salary if I eat there or not. If everyone refused to be RIPPED OFF maybe the owner will figure out his over prices burgers are not worth the extra cash he is trying to wring out of the people in Yuba City and become a fair and honest person in the community . read more

Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by Matt, a new trainee and Debbie, who immediately came to the register and asked my cousin and I if we were ready to order. Debbie was quick to notice that I'm a very indecisive person and proceeded to recommend a few choices on the menu. I was overwhelmed with the customer service provided. Debbie is super knowledgeable and takes pride in her job. I went as far as asking her name and position surely thinking she was a manager or franchise owner (Debbie exceeds those qualities of a manager). This particular location has to be the cleanest and most up kept fast food restaurant I've *EVER* visited, not to mention the attention to detail in the food.
