A tractor-trailer was unfortunately parked right near the outdoor air machine, so I went inside to find out where I should go. The indoor staff was very friendly, telling me exactly where to wait and assuring me someone would be right out to assist. I did have to wait a little while for someone to come out and help me. However, once the technician arrived, he was excellent--he knew the exact air pressure my vehicle required without even needing to check the door sticker. He got them checked and filled quickly, and I was back on my way in no time.

Additionally, rubber bushings, tire weights, and various other debris are all over the parking lot. The rubber won't cause damage, but those metal weights could. The other Discount Tires are always bustling so I am not sure what is going on at this location. I went to wait at the air machine as I wasn't sure if I had a flat or just low air pressure. I had run over something in the road a few days before, so I thought there might have been a puncture. I waited there and waited as that is how it works at my Discount Tire. But nobody came to help so I decided to go inside but someone came out to meet me and just told me to wait. Another car came and we had a line so finally someone came over to check the tires. Thankfully, I didn't have a leak as with the rate this shop operates, I would have missed my show. I will look for another location if I have another tire issue in the area.

Third visit everything seemed fine. Got my car back with a vague conversation about the TPMS needing to resync after driving. Left despite a nagging feeling and the TPMS error didn't go away. The real problem though? An unrelated tire was down to 10 psi! This would have left me stranded if I didn't have a pump with me! Edit: after my 4th trip back to the store my TPMS system is not working! Avoid this location at all costs!
