    Calamari

I came in for dinner during an off night mid week. It was an excellent experience as the owner/cook and server (all same person : )) was who took care of me. He was very attentive, food was excellent and nice ambiance. I got the calamari to start which had a great zesty lemony zing to them. Crunchy but not chewy, perfect texture. Delicious. For my main meal I got the far diavola special with a modification (I don't like clams so just got mussels). Presentation was cool and nice spicy sauce. Very tasty. After I had no room for dessert but the owner and I had a nice chat. Excellent spot. Definitely will go again and highly recommend.

Drift Seafood is the place to go for fresh seafood near Atlantic City. We had the snow crab legs special, mussels, lobster ravioli, and scallops. Everything was incredibly fresh, cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The service was also great--attentive and patient as we had our four month old baby with us. We will definitely be back!

Had to rate the food a 10/10 Had the garlic Pasta with the Lobster c.The service was super amazing, we had Luis as our server very energetic, the owner was also very welcoming upon entering. A very low key place, with amazing decoration.

I love that the menu here has quite a few hole ingredients! It was nice to order a coffee sweetened with maple syrup, and whole milk, rather than artificial and sugary, syrups, etc. The coffee was delicious! Not too pricey for the high-quality ingredients either. I would definitely recommend stopping in! There is not a lot of seating, but coming in on a weekday we were able to find a spot quickly, no issue.

Hidden Gem Alert!…read more Just off the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, on New York Avenue between Resorts and Bally's, sits one of those places that reminds you why local coffee shops matter. The coffee is fantastic, the breakfast options hit the spot, and the baristas somehow manage to remember faces, names, and orders while keeping the line moving with a smile. It's the kind of place where locals grab their daily caffeine fix, visitors stumble upon a great find, and complete strangers end up having conversations like old friends. There's always a steady flow of interesting people coming through the door, giving the place a true neighborhood feel that's becoming harder to find these days. Whether you're heading to the beach, walking the Boardwalk, or just looking for a great cup of coffee and good energy, this spot delivers. Good coffee, friendly faces, beach-town vibes, and a genuine sense of community. In a city known for casinos and nightlife, it's nice to find a place where the star attraction is simply great coffee and great people. Do yourself a favor--stop in, say hello, and enjoy a cup. You'll be glad you did. "Come for the coffee, stay for the conversation."

They also have something called a white top, which is their version of a cold foam but a little thicker. I got a banana bread latte with the banana white top and it was very yummy! They had the whole front window of the place open and there was a nice ocean breeze going through the whole cafe. The decor and aesthetic were boho and beachy and I felt like I was inside an ambience video. They even had a paper that said "take what you need" at the front counter with all positive quotes and sayings to brighten customers' day! I ordered a drink called "A Friend of Dorothy's" and it was absolutely refreshing! It was coconut milk, lemonade, and orange syrup and it was iced cold and delicious! I liked their original, unique menu and genuine effort put into the whole experience. My mom ordered a lemon bar and she said it was chewy and yummy as well. Prices were reasonable for the size of the drink and as I stated before, aesthetics were on point! I love that this place is owned by two Colombian sisters who are Jersey proud too! I definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go back and soak up more beachy coffee vibes at Remedee before the summer is over! Just stop in on your way to the beach, you won't be disappointed!

I've never had such a contrasting visit within a single weekend before, so had to update my review…read morefrom 5 stars to this :( This place was excellent on a weekday but was terrible on a Sunday morning. We had such a great experience on Thursday in the early afternoon. Drinks were quickly made, tasty flavors, loved the decor, staff were friendly. We came today and they were pretty busy but didn't look like anything too overwhelming. However, I ordered a single drink (iced matcha latte) and it literally took them 25 minutes to have it ready! And that was only because I went up at 20 minutes to ask how much longer, which likely made them hurry it up a bit. My friend was behind me in line and they just temporarily stopped taking orders after mine so they could catch up, but that left my friend standing there for over 15 minutes just waiting to be helped. I saw at least 6-8 people leave because the wait was taking too long. The line kept getting longer and they just kept getting slower. Seemed like they were getting slammed with Door Dash orders and those there taking priority. However, if you are as busy on a weekend as this place gets, maybe you should prioritize the customers who are there in-person and take a break from the Door Dash orders. I bet most of the people who left (or stuck out the terrible service) will not be returning which is sad because I've seen how amazing this place can be at non-peak hours. Not only was the service much worse, but the drink I got was as well--the matcha tasted very different than the one I had a few days ago and was way less sweet. I'm sure they missed some things as they rushed to make it. In the future, I wouldn't take the risk on coming back here since you don't know which experience you'll be getting.
