This location is horrible. I made TWO different appointments to get a State Inspection and got screwed twice. The first one, we took a trip there to drop the car off and was told they didn't have anyone to do it. They made another appointment for tomorrow. I called to confirm and they said it was all set. Then I get a voicemail from "Riley" saying they have no more "Stickers" for the inspection. Really??? So twice we had to make plans to get this done and twice we were blown off. read more

I had a 8am appointment for inspection. It wasn't done until 11:30am. They were not apologetic at all and decided to educate me on their appointment process. Apparently a appointment does not speed up the process for service.. If you wait at the shop you'll get it faster but if you drop it off, your car could be the last one serviced and possibly the next day. I opted to drop it off, but came back about 45 minutes later surprised to not see my car in a bay and still sitting where I parked it. That's when i decided to stay and wait just to witness the process they're using. In the 3 hour time it took to get my car I saw enough to garner this 1 star rating. To Jack Williams Management at this location, an appointment is an agreement for service AT the time agreed upon by both parties. If your not going to honor the appointed time slot with service, you'll continue to lose business. After reading some of these other 1 star reviews, I found I'm not the only one that had this issue. I believe they took this long because they were looking for other problems they could charge me for. The quote they had sitting on the table the whole time I was sitting there was over $400 for things that had nothing to do with my inspection. What did have something to do with it was the windshield wiper they charged me $50 for to pass. The short of the long is they don't respect your time. If you go in for one thing they will make it 10. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different shop. Something doesn't feel right about this place. read more

Price online $211.99 per tire. Plus "installation special", plus Goodyear rebate up to $200. Price on my invoice.... $226.99 per tire, plus no "installation special", plus only $50 rebate from Goodyear. Was never told that using a Goodyear or Mavis credit card could save me $150. For the price I paid I could've gone to a warehouse store and purchased much better Michelin tires. It's a deceptive sales tactic and I will not take any of my cars there again. read more

I was so impressed that I told my girlfriend when she recently got a flat and they did it for her as well! We've had three different vehicles in here for probably six different things. They have been honest and quoted fair prices on every occasion. Even patching a tire once for free! I pre-ordered replacement tires online and when I brought the car to the shop, they did not have those tires, even though I was able to order them on their website. They gave me more expensive tires for the same price! I have finally found a place to service my vehicles that I can trust. Highly recommend. read more

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. Staff was kind and courteous. I waited for my vehicle which was done in less than an hour! My daughter also had her vehicle in last week for an inspection. He vehicle needed some work before it would pass (we knew this). The folks at Jack Williams treated my daughter respectfully and explaining thoroughly what needed to be done and the cost of that work. It is great to know a young woman can go to this service center and not be taken advantage of. We have four vehicles in this household and will be returning to Jack Williams for future service! read more

Zero stars. Took our minivan in for new brake rotors and brake pads. The rotors we never replaced but they made sure to bill us for them. On a separate occasion, shock were replaced but not all of them were bolted In properly. That was remedied with another visit, cause that's what you want to do after your car was already in for repairs. Awful. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. read more

Had my car scheduled twice for tire rotation and oil change. Two weeks in a row. Both times I showed up and they said their computer did not have my appointment. No apology and offered to re-schedule. Had my other car there for oil change about two weeks prior. Ever since, the car has been slowly dripping oil. I will take it somewhere else to be checked. Bought four tires here. WILL NEVER RETURN. read more

They offered me the right battery at a better price than I found on internet for their competitors. They provided me a necessary service immediately. Done in 20 minutes. Amazing service!!! Had two tires to get rid of and they helped us get rid of them effortlessly and with a smile!

I went to Jack Williams Tire and Auto to get two new tires for my daughter car. While there they "looked over the car" and found the front breaks measure 4/32 and 3/32 and the tie rod was bad. The car was in the dealership the day before to have the Pennsylvania state inspection and emissions done and the breaks passed at 7/32 both front ones. I took it back to the dealership and told them what had just happened. The dealership put it up on the rack pulled off the tires and showed me the measurement. They also check the Tie rod and said there was no reason to replace that as well as it was safe. If I had not just had it in for inspection Jack Williams would have ripped me off of $1300.00! read more

Took my car here for brakes and rotors half way down the street I heard clanking and rattling. I couldn't be late or call of work so the next day I had to turn around and take it back. I thought I would Give them another shot so I called about replacing my belt and to check my tensioner. I got my car back in worst condition then when I brought it in. I called the next morning very unprofessional wasn't willing to work with me in solving the issue. I would not recommend taking your car here. Worst experience dealing with a shop. Thankfully Volkswagen is willing to pick up there pieces and really care about there costumers. read more

This place is so SHADY!!! I took my jeep for an oil change. The actual oil change took over an hour. When I finally got the keys to my car, it wouldn't start, battery was completely dead. The technician hurried back into the garage and wouldn't talk to me. After locating the manager I got the full story. Turns out they left the doors open and console on for the entire hour they were changing the oil, which completely drained the battery and necessitated them jump starting it in the garage. But no one was ever going to tell me!! They just parked it outside and handed me the keys to a car with a dead battery, completely pretending like it never happened. Can't trust people like that, I'll never go back. read more
