Didn't finish because of wheel stud had to leave the vehicle over night and find transport home 4. Oil was under filled by a quart. 5. Charged me $5 to have a manager insure they had the correct oil filter. 6. ***LUG NUTS NOT TIGHTENED*** Lost two had to put truck in another shop to have them replaced and the other wheels checked out. 7. Needs to go back into the shop to have a second front end alignment because the first couldn't be accurate if lug nuts were loose. Three calls to the customer service line to get $100 gift card... for my troubles. Save yourself the headaches find another store.

I asked for a vehicle inspection for a specific date and time and advised that I did not want to drop the car off but rather wanted an appointment for 10:00 am and would wait for the inspection to be done. The "scheduler" got my phone number wrong, and scheduled me for a basic oil change. What? So I asked to speak to the people at Tire Choice in Dallas, PA. Of course, when I was transferred to Dallas all went well. They have all my vehicle & personal information at hand and gave me a 10:00 am appointment no problem. The service at TC is excellent and for that reason I am giving them a 5 star rating. I love Tire Choice, but why do they have such an idiotic scheduling system in place? What a turn-off that must be to potential new customers!

They cited streaks which they were not able to show, and told me if I left to replace it I would have to get a whole new inspection, essentially charging me for two inspections unless I payed for the parts they wanted to sell me. I took the car immediately to the Ford Dealership, which found no issues with it and had no problem passing my inspection as is. The car is brand new, with only 3,000 miles on it, most of which were put on at the dealership which replaced the wipers and everything before I drove it off the lots. I heard them tell at least two other people that they also needed new wipers on their inspections which further makes me suspicious that it is just their current parts selling scam. I intended to file a complaint with the state inspection agency so that this type of thing does not keep happening to people. I have been using Jiffy Lube for a long time, and while I was not going to need to come in as frequently as I just got a new electric car, I certainly had been recommending it to all my friends. They have lost a life long advocate and customer from this experience.
