We were looking for someone to install a new refrigerator. The company we purchased it from had said they would not be able to install the fridge when they delivered it. I contacted a plumber and they said they don't install refrigerators. I contacted a different appliance repair company and they said they don't install refrigerators. I contacted Jacks and Jill Appliance RX and they said "We'd be happy to install it for you. What kind is it? Is it a built in? Would you prefer a morning or afternoon?" The company we purchased the fridge from then said they would install after all, so I didn't get a chance to hire Jacks and Jill Appliance RX but I was impressed with their quick response, willingness to do the job, and excellent customer service. Jacks and Jill were very responsive to diagnose a microwave problem by a text with photos clearly indicating issue rather than set me up for a diagnostic service charge. My sense was microwave was irreparable and needed replacement...I just needed a confirmation to be cost and time efficient with an install. I messaged "Jack and Jill" (aka "Jack and Connie") last night over Yelp about getting our clogged dishwasher unclogged and just getting a maintenance visit for it, and they got back to me first thing in the morning (over Yelp and text) and were over fixing the dishwasher in a little over an hour. They just left, and the dishwasher is working great. Love it when appliance people are responsive, friendly, on time, and good at what they do! Jacks and Jill responded to my Yelp project to fix an LG fridge which wasn't cooling. After I called LG, I was able to get them a letter of authorization to get the replacement parts, and they got the compressor under warranty with just 3 months left on the warranty. I paid a reasonable flat fee for labor for a sealed system and for the dryer filter that is changed along with the compressor. Thanks for being so responsive and finishing the job I started but couldn't complete. I have an older model Whirlpool dryer that started squeaking each time it was turned on. Had to be either a wheel or a belt. I purchased a repair kit online and tried to do the repair myself. I came close but ran into an issue. I called Jacks and Jill Appliance Rx. Do not call these people to fix your appliances. They won't get fixed. When I called to say that my refrigerator was doing the same as before after an expensive part and a service fee per appliance, I was told it couldn't be fixed. Really? Why did they bother to begin with if it couldn't be fixed? Call someone to fix your appliances who will actually fix them. read more

Connie was awesome! I called up shortly before Thanksgiving when I remembered that half the burners on our stove not working was going to be a real problem considering all the cooking I had planned. Connie came out right away, she was super friendly and nice, and she got to work! She explained to me what was wrong and and had it fixed within an hour or two. To top it all off, their prices were super reasonable. This stove has been broken for months after a small child decided to use the knobs as leverage to get on top of the kitchen counter (why?). With how simple a process it was, I just wish I'd called earlier! read more

I have had Jack & Jill repairmen/women to my home twice. They are friendly and efficient. Both times they arrived on time, wasting no time diagnosing the problem. Repairing first my refrigerator and recently my dryer, they figured out the problem and fixed it in what seemed like minutes. Both times, the cost was more than reasonable; I think that's because they are efficient in diagnosing the problem pand fixing it which results in a quicker visit.
