They did give a cash refund but we got all the way home to realize they gave us ham and the pickles on the sandwich were brown in the center. Definitely will never use the app again. Also twice since the new staff we've sat at the pickup window for 15+ minutes with no one coming so we pulled around to walk inside and all of the employees (never more than two) were standing in front of the store smoking.
