DO NOT USE THEIR PARKING SERVICES ON GAME DAY I paid $30 dollars to park my car here for the game. When I came back, I found that my car was trapped between three cars and a curb with no way of driving out. KEEP IN MIND THEY DIRECTED ME (AS WELL AS THE OTHER CARS) TO PARK EXACTLY WHERE WE PARKED! The narcissistic manager tried to tell me that it was "my fault for not coming early enough", EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE WHO CAME LATER THAN ME GOT TO BE PARKED IN A WAY THAT DIDN'T TRAP THEM! She also tried to gaslight me by saying that "every one paid for parking." Okay, and? Why am I paying just as much to have my car trapped? When I brought this up, there was no apology. In fact, I never received an apology. These people are clearly money hungry and trying to park as many cars as possible--- even if it means risking damage to your vehicle and trapping you. Oh, and in terms of ambience, the bathrooms were disgusting. There was no toilet paper in 1/3 of the stalls, period pads on the floor, and it smelled disgusting. Don't go here. read more

They're always out of milk for the milkshake every time I go there nay always says we're out of milk

I went last week and received a piece of chicken in my chicken biscuit sandwich that was not cooked at all. The breading on the outside was cooked, but that's literally it. The staff were super nice so before I posted here I emailed customer service to hopefully get a refund, but they never emailed back. I unfortunately took a bite and almost puked. read more

Waited in the drive through for a minute but that's not bad. Got my order and it was h-h-hot! The fries was straight out of the fryer and were nice to snack on before I went for the chicken. Sadly, the chicken was dry, but the seasoning and the batter were good. Wish the sandwich came with some sauce or something to rejuvenate the sandwich just a bit. read more

drive thru cashier was so rude and tried to cut us off everytime we were done speaking and yell the price at us. when we got to the window we didn't get remotely what we asked for even though when they asked for our order at the window it was what we ordered at the speaker. it also so smelt so bad. read more

Fresh food but pricey for some items - the breakfast you can get here for $9.50 is $5.50 at the McDonald's a mile and a half down the road. I ordered two BEC biscuits (+drink), and one didn't even have any egg in it, just bacon and cheese. The Jack's restaurant located at 1200 Hackberry Lane, Tuscaloosa is the WORST ONE I've ever bought food from! My order was awful!! Furst of all, I received 2 "nooked" chicken sandwiches on buns, cold, hard hashbrowns, and a cup of coffee - then had to pull down and wait to receive it. i called to speak to a manager and was put on hold, while they talked in the background. I hung up and called back, only to find that my number had been blocked (my other calls were IMMEDIATELY dropped). I will be returning this food after I get off work because I will miss breakfast and lunch because of the POOR SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD ORDER. Since January this Jack's location has been going up on prices and the food quality has been going down. The breakfast wrap is on a small tortilla, had half a piece of bacon, and half a scoop of egg. It was all wrap and no breakfast. The hash browns were limp and cold. I am not sure what is wrong, but for $4 this was very disappointing. read more

I have to admit that sometimes some "Fast Food" is right up my alley. Jack's is one of my favs for several reasons. It is an Alabama company, I love to do business with home folks. They make really good fries (I know, unhealthy-palooza), the krinkle cut ones and they actually serve them hot (extra points). But, the bestest thing served at Jacks is a fried bologna biscuit!! This was my very first time going to Jack's, and I assure you that it will be my last. The employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing behind the counter in this place. They started mixing up orders and getting seriously confused - it was as if it was everyone's very first day on the job and they had not yet received training. And when they realized their mistake, their response was, "Oh my bad, sh*t." Seriously? I don't care what anyone chooses to say, but cursing in the presence of a customer at your workplace is just unprofessional. The employees at this location are sloppy, unorganized, and lack any form of hospitality. I wouldn't eat their food again if it were given to me for free. It is simply not good at all. And their milkshakes are just melted ice cream, so thick that it leaves a lumpy feeling in your throat. This is not the place you want to go, even for just a quick drive-thru run. I stopped by on the way back to my dorm from a football camp and I must say that it was very tasty. I bought 7 burgers and took them back to my dorm in which my peers all asked for one. I simply said no and continued to munch on the scrumptious delicacy. Since then I've bought seven burgers a day (it has been 2 years now) and am feeling healthier than ever. Last night I tested my physical limits in units of car bombs at innisfree, and I'm not gonna lie to you, there's a good chance I made it on some sort of list at the pentagon because of it. Regardless, I woke up this morning feeling especially hangry, which for those who can't pick up context clues, means I was hungry and in a pissy mood because of it. In an attempt to cure this, I decided a drive-thru was justified, and as soon as I was sober enough (circa noonish) I grabbed my keys and headed to Jack's. This is where shit hits the fan. Are you fucking kidding me, Jack? No like actually answer that question for me. I want to know. I ordered a number 7 (two cheeseburgers) and maybe you took it way too literal when I said "just the sandwiches please" which in most parts of world means "I'm too poor to afford the drink and fries, I'd just like the main food item" but somehow you guys missed the memo and managed to actually blow my mind. I should have been cautious when you literally had the bag hanging out of the window before I even pulled up to pay for it, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you were just working extra hard today. Holy shit I was wrong. So fucking wrong. As I'm driving back to my house, I reach into the bag for my first bite of solid food in 24 hours and what do I see? Literal dog shit. The thing you tried to pass off as a "burger" held a closer resemblance to my dead grandmother than actual edible food. I am a huge fan of Jack's and I always have been. But the past two times I have been to this jack's in particular, it has been sub par. They have not put ANY cheese salt on my fries both times and I have actually even asked for them to put extra cheese salt and still NOPE! Also, my burger has came out hard each time and like it has been sitting out a while. Worse customer service ever! I roll up to the drive thru speaker where I am immediately greeted with some type of incoherent audible blurb; not understanding what was exactly said I begin to place my order. I managed to get out two or three words of my order when I am greeted with the phrase "I TOLD YOU TO WAIT!" Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened at this location so I'm not surprised by the employees lack of professionalism; if you truly hate your job that much then you should quit and find another job where you don't have to deal with the customers or the public in general. I was hungry and in a rush so I still placed my order but you can be sure that this is the last time I will be visiting this jacks or any other Jack's location for that matter. The food at this fast food chain is not good enough for me to put up with that kind of attitude from an employee who hates her job and probably hates her life. 10/10 best fast food burger place in Tuscaloosa. Affordable, delicious, friendly staff, always quick. Only negative is if you don't like sal the French fries are covered in what I believe to be lawrys and salt. I love salt tho. read more
