When you first walk in you see a diner style restaurant. There is a box of roasted peanuts to snack on while you wait. They have Great burgers and fries! I love the topping selection. The fries are crunchy and creamy and overfilled so I'm glad we shared one. It's pricey but so is everything these days. So I have Celia and had to order a burger with a lettuce wrap as a bun. My husband ordered his hot dog in a bowl- which means no bun and all the fixings. He was excited about this. Until...we got his outta the bag and it was a wrap of lettuce around his hot dogs. His first bite at trying it although it wasn't how he wanted it-was a disaster!( because he didn't wanna make a fuss over not getting what we ordered although it was $39omg) His weenie slipped out and hit his chest and bounced on the floor ‍‍ what a waste. I had to beg him to go back up there and tell them this happened and that he didn't get what he ordered. If it had been in the bowl he wouldn't have lost the meat that he paid so much for. Anyway. It was good. Their fries are the very best. My burger was hard to hold with lettuce as my bun. It was good though. I won't go there again. It's too high for one burger, a hot dog, two drinks and two fries. The place was clean and the music was great. Service was great and it looks clean in the kitchen. If you have the money- eat here. Don't get me wrong. The food is good. It just makes me feel like complete garbage. I don't eat a lot of fried or greasy foods. My Husband loves it. So I take one for the team every now and then. But I literally eat 1/2 hot dog and two bites of a burger and a few fries and I'm in the chair feeling like poop for the rest of the day. I ordered the Little Bacon Cheeseburger -All the way. Absolutely delicious! Cooked perfectly. Not over cooked and not under cooked - just right! My son got the regular cheeseburger and it was gone in minutes. We shared "regular" sized fries and it was more than plenty. For those of you who have never been to Five Guys, they fill up a cup with fries and then dump almost the same amount in the bag. You can get the fries with Cajun season which gives them a little kick. I love them seasoned that way but it's a little too much for my son. The service is fantastic. The restaurant is very open and it doesn't feel like you have any privacy. If you bring your children here, there is a coloring area they can be distracted with while you order. The cheeseburger in a bowl is decent. It's just not a pretty sight to look at. It's packaged in a container that looks like airplane food. They are generous with their condiments. I asked for extra mushrooms and I probably should have asked for more of the other condiments. Even ordering all-the-way with extra condiments, you could still see the bottom of the container. Make sure to order a soda because the soda machine is tons of fun. read more

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is an absurdly simple business model that delivers on the whole quite well. One has to wonder just how much it costs to print all those signs you see on the inside ( less than $10 a piece one would assume). The burgers, for the price, are bar none. Alexis is right when she says the quality is there. My biggest challenge is assuming what kind of toppings to add and usually I overload it. My brother goes here as a hangover remedy, and they do not disappoint. The fries are stellar. Stellar burgers, and an open atmosphere. What I mean by open is they just give it to you straight up, no confusion. Everything available is openly displayed, and is simple. How they make such delicious burgers on a normal flat-iron grill I may never know, but what I do know is Five Guys rocks. I love that they have an entirely separate menu for all the things you can put on the burgers or dogs. I always go with the bacon cheeseburger (double), but my toppings vary because I like to try them all. A good few: BBQ sauce, which adds a sweet/tangy element; grilled onions, which add a savory/sauteed taste; jalepenos, which are fresh cut raw peppers, not those one soaked and diluted in vinegar. These things will light you up! That's what makes the burgers spectacular--a few of those raw peppers to give it a garden kick in the mouth. The dogs are good too, but not as good or as big and filling as the burgers are. I've had the bacon dog and Kosher dog. Both are good, not much difference between the two. What makes them good is what you put on it. That's the cool thing. You basically get to choose your favorite combinations to real American food. It's like subway, but way better because it's not skimpy sandwiches with lame, un-fresh deli meats. It's real meat, and real good, for real people with real appetites. Five Guys. Check it out. Five Guys is probably the best burger in its genre of burger places. You're not gonna get a nice, neat restaurant-style burger made from your choice of freshly ground meats, but you're also not going to get McDonald's mystery meat patty. Entree options are limited to hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese and a BLT served with or without fries. What makes Five Guys a great stop is the number of toppings from which to choose. I like to eat a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, fresh jalapeños and A-1 steak sauce. Also, if you're dining with a friend, you only need to order one order of Little fries. Five guys fills the "little" cup until it overflows into the bag. This location of Five Guys is well-maintained and is typically clean when I visit. If you're looking for something healthy, you're in the wrong place. If you're looking to feed that guilty pleasure need for a good, greasy burger (or you have a hangover), Five Guys is the right place for you. read more

Ok, Five Guys really only does 2 things... burgers and fries. And they do both really well. The service is always prompt and friendly, it doesn't take very long to get your order completed, and the food is always consistent and great. Here's a couple observations I have: 1. I just LOVE the Five Guys iPhone app... even if I'm headed to Five Guys to eat there, I'll place my order through my phone before I get there, and i'm on my way. They don't drop your fries in the fryer until you get there, to insure they're hot and fresh. But you get to bypass the usual line at the register (since I paid through my phone), get my drink, and a minute or so later, I get my food. VERY convenient... I like that. 2. I usually order the smaller burger, as it's more than enough for the average person. 3. I always order the Cajun fries, but just the regular order, and it's big enough for two people by itself. 4. I understand the atmosphere they're going for here, but couldn't they turn down the music just a wee bit? If you get a phone call while sitting down, you can forget about the person on the other end hearing you. Yes, I know, it's not courteous to take phone calls in a restaurant. I get that... but the music is a little loud sometimes. Overall, Five Guys is a nice, quick place to get a great burger and fries. My diet is weird and I get that. I'm currently doing the whole 30 and there's a lot of stuff that I'm not eating and a lot of modifications that have to be made to my food. People mess it up all the time and I get that as well. What makes me happy is when people don't give me "the face" when I let them know I need something to be made a certain way (or remade a certain way). Enter Shelby at Five Guys. When I let her know that my burger in a lettuce wrap had been made incorrectly, I told her really I just needed another patty and I would handle it and she insisted that it be remade to my specifications. She was super nice, not a trace of sarcasm or irritability. Which is a pretty big deal when you have I hope bunch of people yelling at you to do different things at the same time which is the case and most restaurants. So, Five Guys management... The most excellent assortment of condiments I've ever seen. I can see why Mrs. Obama loves this place. I've been there 3 times and not dissappointed yet. It is very organized from the taking of the order to receiving your order. I agree with the other reviewers about the quantity of fries... 3 people can share 1 order. This restaurant was on the border of all the tornado damage last year (April 27, 2011) and I am SOOOOO glad that this place is still there. Horribly overpriced and mediocre at best. I can make natural cut home fries crispier and better than those soggy strings in my own kitchen. Great burger (hence the second star) but why go to a burger place where you have to buy everything separate? I've eaten burgers in over 19 states, they all came with a drink and fries unless the burger was $2 as well as the fries. If I'm paying $10-$15 for a burger and fries, the whole meal better knock my socks off and I want table service not just some free peanuts. Save yourself some money and eat at Sonic. read more

This place is GREAT! You actually get what you pay for because all the meat is 100% real beef no artificials like McDonald's or any other fast food burger restaurants. 3.5 ounce size patties with as much free toppings as you want. Your burger is cooked fresh as soon as you order, and you wait no longer than 7 mins. If you order fries you get a large portion.. For example, a large fry at Five Guys serves 4 people! Awesome right? I know! During your visit you get free peanuts, and last but not least.. This place has the new coke machines which has every coke product in every flavor you could ever think of! We ordered the spicy fries and it was like the shaker top fell off while seasoning them. They had so much seasoning on them that I couldn't eat them. I would have rather went to the Cookout. Typically, there's very little variation between Five Guys locations. You know what to expect: massive burgers with a huge array of toppings and condiments and gargantuan servings of fries. This location doesn't disappoint. Furthermore, service has always been incredibly fast and friendly each time I've visited. I do appreciate the fact that I always find each employee actually doing something (no one standing around chatting on a cell phone here), and yet, they consistently maintain a good attitude with stellar customer service skills. The food was very good as it seems to be with Five Guys. I do enjoy their burgers and fries. I only have two complaints. We ordered for a group and asked that they bag each burger and fry separately and mark it so we wouldn't have to dig through and open co-workers meals. They marked the burgers but were at the bottom of the bag, Not so bad as the number is supposed to be the line item on the receipt. The bigger issue, they couldn't process an order over $50. The order then had to be split in two (almost three) and that seemed to throw off the numbering. If Five Guys reads this, encourage the numbering go on the bag not the burger. The other option, offer to prepare a separate pan of fries and burgers and include serving utensils to divvy out the fries. I don't understand the $50 limit. With the prices as they are I would think any family of 4 would go over that limit. They get 4 stars bc I weigh the quality of the food pretty high in my reviews.
