We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.

And while the value for the dollar wasn't the best, the capability to have a high quality food delivered to my room via an online experience was nice. We did consider coming back here recently for our friend's birthday but apparently if you try to make a reservation for over 6 people you have to PAY per person - that's a little ludicrous. Out of the 3 in the European one, the Spanish wine (Marques de Grinon, 'Caliza' 2020 vintage) stood out the most to us. We felt bad though. He was busting his bottom to serve everyone in the bar area. Besides that young lady in the floor who occasionally came and went there was nobody else. The staff is great, there are a few more taps here than the HR location, and the food selection is pretty good and served quickly. The terrific south and west facing patio offers great views of the southern suburbs and the Front Range of the Rockies, as the establishment sits on a fairly high hill. Our most recent visit was a little before sunset with some scattered clouds over the mountains that lit up in gold and orange - quite a sight.
