Their unsweet tea was actually delicious, strong and fresh tasting, not that watered down stuff you sometimes get. And can we talk about the to-go cups? They're massive! I ordered an Eggnormous Burrito meal to go with a hash brown side. My burrito was cold (like genuinely chilled to the touch, not warm at all) and ONLY had eggs and cheese in it. I went back in to request that they give me the full fillings or remake the burrito but the cashier and manager both told me that that was the Eggnormous Burrito and if I wanted "add-ons" I had to pay extra for bacon and hashbrowns. I left without a refund or them remaking it because I was so confused but this is definitely not true! It's supposed to come with everything in the photo and they lied to me about the fillings. :( This was at 9:30 AM so they were not busy at all. It was clean and I ordered quickly but this specific interaction was really uncomfortable and weird. I paid $10 for a tortilla with eggs in it and for the workers to lie to me about their food, lol. I have a lot of empathy as someone that works in retail and I was very polite when I asked about burrito so I don't really understand this. I can't in good conscience recommend this place. I also filled out the Burger King receipt survey (I usually only leave good feedback) because this was so crazy to me.
