While waiting for the tow truck, I noticed the coolant container was dry, which is another reason I plan to leave a review for the BMW dealership--more on that later. But anyway, back to Isaiah and his heroics. Once the engine cooled down and we checked the coolant levels, he confirmed that no coolant had been added to the car. After I confirmed our vehicle was not smoking or shaking, I bought some coolant. After a few minutes, 'ol Dustie was back up and running smoothly with no further issues.
