During my first visit, I went ahead and had an in office procedure that didn't involve surgery or anesthesia. 3 weeks later and I feel great! Specially while mountain bike riding! I thought the worst and now have peace of mind. He re-examined me on my second visit and I had the same procedure done. He understands the thought process a person goes through when they are deciding when they want to go through a procedure which keeps things simple, fast, and easy. Get in, get out! My style. For the past week, I couldn't walk or sit properly because of severe pain, so I had no choice but to visit. From the moment I made the appointment over the phone, they were so kind and professional that my expectations were already high. After visiting, their exceptional kindness made me feel compelled to leave this review. The doctor initially said that surgery would quickly solve the problem, but the pain I had endured over the past week made it hard for me to believe. However, now that the anesthesia has worn off, I can confidently say the doctor was absolutely right. If you're experiencing similar pain, I highly recommend coming here. Savannah tells me she is the manager and when I told her that I was not happy that she had not called me to schedule the appointment, even though it got approved on Monday. Today is Friday. Her excuse she was of town Tuesday and Wednesday. She had Monday, Thursday and Friday to call. What bunch of excuses. So at the end of the phone call when I asked her if there's anybody else I could speak to she was very snarky on the phone and told me no that she was the manager. I asked her again to repeat her name since I was going to leave a review on yelp. She lied to me and told me her name is Veronica. I will not be returning to this office to the unprofessionalism of the staff. I hope Dr realizes that he's losing patients do to the unprofessionalism of Savannah. Even the day I was in she was so unprofessional in the office answering phone calls. She is so loud, obnoxious, and zero professionalism. I have never felt such an unprofessional environment as I did when I walked into that office.

If you don't enjoy your job find something else. Sick people should not be surrounded by bitter and miserable nurses. Listen to your patients. Not all patients fit into your boxes. Instead of helping patients or showing empathy, they made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. What concerned me the most was the overall feeling that patient health and well-being were not a priority. Communication was poor, questions were brushed off, and there seemed to be very little care or urgency regarding patient concerns. A medical office should make patients feel respected and supported, especially when they are dealing with health issues. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I had surgery nearly two weeks ago and am still dealing with pain, yet the office has failed to send the required paperwork to my employer. This has caused unnecessary delays, added stress, and has made an already difficult recovery even harder. I have called, emailed, and texted multiple times with little to no response or follow-through. It is incredibly frustrating to feel ignored when I am simply trying to get something handled that is both urgent and essential. If I had a direct way to contact Dr. Patel, I am confident this would have been resolved by now. Instead, I am left chasing basic support that should have been taken care of without repeated requests. Based on other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue, which is even more concerning. All I am asking for is timely communication and follow-up--this should not be this difficult, especially during recovery from surgery.

Small outside parking area that's complimentary for 2 hours. So I had to move my car before that time limit. There's free WiFi with the code that's posted on the check in wall. Good communication from staff of when surgery is and duration as well. When my mom was done they wheeled her out directly to my car and made sure she was good before they left. Good service overall. Highly recommend.

This was, without question, the worst medical experience of my life. After my colonoscopy, I was in…read moreunbearable abdominal pain, couldn't sit, eat, or sleep, and was severely constipated--symptoms I had never had before. Two days later, desperate for help, I went to see Dr. Dalia Ibrahim. Instead of showing any concern or providing answers, she dismissed my symptoms entirely and sent me out of her office with zero support or follow-up. I left feeling abandoned and uncared for at a time when I was terrified something was seriously wrong. What followed was a month of severe pain, ER visits, and multiple GI consultations. No one could explain what happened, and I was left to suffer on my own until the symptoms slowly faded. This experience was traumatic enough that I will never undergo another colonoscopy again. Based on how I was treated, I absolutely cannot recommend Dr. Ibrahim. In my opinion, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed a shocking lack of compassion when I needed medical care the most.

If memory serves, Dr. Ibrahim was completely lovely and my procedure went perfectly (it was a while…read moreago). Zero complaints about the Dr. you should see her, for sure. But I just called her office to get my records and the woman who answered couldn't have been more rude. Like the kind of rude that impacts your whole day. I'm going to meditate, be grateful and get myself back to center. Remember, kindness always.
