The representative indicated she would notify housekeeping and in about 30 minutes wipes were replaced. I would urge management to pay more attention to this high risk area with so many small children and their parents. It's the parents who are spending money at the mall so please be more respectful.

This mall doesn't have higher end designers (Burberry, Jimmy Choo, Prada, etc.). So if you're looking for that, take the trip to Woodbury Commons. However, I've gotten great deals at stores like J. Crew, Banana Republic, and Aerie, and there's still a large range of stores to choose from. I've only ever been on weekdays, so I can speak to the weekend crowds. Because it's an outdoor mall, take weather into consideration when planning your trip. The last time I went it rained a bit, but some areas are slightly covered so we didn't have to use umbrellas the entire time. I've never grabbed lunch here while shopping, but I have stopped in to the recently added Coach Coffee Shop, which is super cute and has a nice selection of coffee and baked goods.

There's a Cheesecake Factory, which exists on the same moral plane as purgatory: vast, overlit, and full of folks trying to remember what it was they came in for. The mall is clean. The ceilings are high. The escalators move up and down like Sisyphus with a corporate sponsor. No one seems to know why they're there, but they are, floating from JC Penney to Old Navy in a retail daze. The air smells faintly of artificial scents and unspoken longing. There's something poetic about a mall in the 21st century. A living fossil. A place where you can still see teenagers in small herds, clutching bubble tea and dreams. Where old men power-walk past Forever 21, defiant in orthopedic sneakers. Where the Apple Store shines like a sterile shrine to tech-assisted distraction. Three stars. Not because it's bad; it's not. It is precisely what it claims to be: a mall. A decent one. One with enough stores to feel like you might find something, even if you don't know what you're looking for. this is my childhood mall, i have many fond memories of it and have zero bad things to say overall…read more more specifically, however, i was helped by gabby when i visited the gamestop at the ocean county mall and she was awesome! i came in to trade in my playstation 4 and upgrade to the PS5. gabby was super informative as to what i would need to bring with me in order to be eligible for trade-in, and also went over all options and details to help me make a decision based on my gaming preferences as to which version of the 5 would be best fit for me. with a year warranty on the new console and a quick upgrade to the gamestop premium membership, i spent about $350 altogether and i'd call that a win when it comes to buying a newest generation console!

Talbots, I never understood why my mom was such a loyal customer to talbots, she has been a…read morecustomer for three decades, has held a rewards card and everything and obviously you can see by Talbots ever shrinking retail space at the grove, no one is really coming out anymore. my mom is now in her 70's still working, co workers pitched in and got her a 500 gift card. My mom was so taken back by the gesture she never finds herself worthy of anything and lives a very minimalist life, she went to Talbots saw boots on sale and made one transaction the retail associate checking her out said i can apply the credits to your credit account so you don't need to worry about all these separate transactions and my mom said no no just deduct it from the gift card don't involve my visa account and it was done anyways and no balance was applied and she was charged for her boots, so her gift card was stolen and she was charged. I kept trying to go there after work during Xmas and they would be close two hours prior to their already modified "Christmas hours" elder abuse alert. not cool.
