Car wash is hit and miss. You really can't tell until you drive into the sunlight. By that time it's too late to tip or not. Also who wants to go back and kill another 30-45 minutes waiting. Go here if you want to wait an hour and a half outside on concrete benches for your standard mid-level "Works" carwash to be completed. Not even that busy and spent most of the time staring at my unattended vehicle while other vehicles were being tended to. They pay no attention to the arrival order as a large truck behind me was finished before my car. Plus, the simple request of cleaning the dashboard and surfaces, were not done the first time. So I had to wait longer for it to get done. Paid for oil change and detail. After oil changed I asked why my tire psi value was 10 psi over my normal, they explained they will bring back to my preferred value. Didn't happen. After detail, I realized there was a cup ring on my sun roof. (Woah!) and my instrument cluster has dressing over the dirt.... I wiped the dirt and dressing off with my hand to make it clean.... These guys are quick, fast, don't care about the customer. I spend 175 here, I recommend you think twice and pay a real detailer who cares about his work, not a quick lube/detail/gas station suck fest. read more

Be careful if you value your car - Jackson's apparently doesn't take ownership for damage to your vehicle while in their care. We have done a ton of business with Jackson's on 20th st & highland in Phoenix & I made the mistake today of assuming the brand held integrity & the same standard of excellence amongst their other locations. Brought my car in to clean the seats from a water stain & decided to get it fully detailed since I am selling it this weekend. The car was returned with a broken hub cap that was placed in my trunk by an employee & was never brought to my attention. I left excited with how beautiful the interior looked after they were done cleaning & went to go take pictures to list for sale. That's when I noticed the missing hub & found it in my trunk. As mistakes happen I figured they just forgot to put it back on, so I drove back to have them do so. That's when I was told it was broken. Why was I not told it was broken initially? Where is the honesty & transparency?? The manager went in circles from actually BLAMING ME, taking zero ownership for what happened in their care, & lying to my face saying I came in with it off, to it fell off when it was being washed, & every other excuse he could think of as to why it broke under their care. Extremely disappointed that I was 1. not refunded after I asked as now not only has my time been delayed , but I had to go across the street to Toyota & purchase a new hub (10/10 service from Toyota & after I told them how they treated me & the situation they helped me out a little & suggested I bring the $90 replacement bill to Jackson's). 2. I understand things happen, mistakes are made, but to blame a customer for something that happens under your possession is death for retention. They did give a gift card for another detail - but let's be real, even Jiffy Lube makes it right for their customer's by replacing damaged parts & Jacksons no liability policy under their care is a risk I won't be making again. The service tech was friendly. A little surprised how little attention to detail was given to a detail and wax. A casual walk around my car and it was easy to see all the spots with wax, some sort of goop on the windows, and similar issues inside. The items spots were very much obvious. This place is so shady. Tried to use the free car wash coupon on their app and it said no internet connection which was a blatant lie bc my 4G had 4 bars. Didn't work until I was forced to sign onto their WiFi and who knows what data they stole from my phone. What a scam. My internet clearly worked on my phone who is this not false advertising or legal ? The owner replied however when I was at your counter I tried multiple websites and they ALL worked fine. I tried to redeem the free wash 3 times and it said "no internet connection" I miraculously signed onto your free WiFi and magically it worked. Went to Jackson's car wash today on 84th Ave. and Bell Road and took my wife's 2013 Prius in for a cleaning. It had been long in need! Paid for a really deep cleaning job and was expecting it to look, you know, good when it came out. Holy cow was I shocked! Troy, the technician who cleaned my wife's Prius, did such an outstandingly amazing fantastic job that I just could not believe it! The car went from looking so disgusting to looking like a brand-new or, better than brand-new car! The shine was so deep and clear and the carpet and seats look brand-new! I don't gush much, but wow! What a great job Troy did! Thank you so very very much! A family member gifted me a month of free washes as well as a $50 gift card to this car wash. I arrived about 15min after they opened and there was no wait. The sales person who greeted me was very friendly and helpful with my gifted washes and gift card and explained what it would include as well as any add on's I might want as well as their costs. After selecting my wash type he directed me inside to pay. The cashier was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything went through as needed. She also checked on the status of my vehicle twice for me without me even asking. It did take about 2 hours for my car to be finished. My only issue was that I had to ask the person who handled the cleaning to vacuum out a few different spots in the back seat area that had not been cleaned at all. Took my car to be cleaned, the outcome was terrible. I watched the staff work on the vehicle and did a horrible job. The so called supervisor who is supposed to check cars before they leave left. The so called supervisor was the rudest person ever with a huge attitude, not sure why they hired this person or why the person is still there. Every time I come to this car wash there's two cars in front of me in my car doesn't come out till after four or five cars after me came in why I asked the manager they don't know. This happened before I didn't say anything but I am done now!! I have been here a few times before as it's in a convenient area that I am usually around. When you pull in you have a few people that will ask you what you are looking for. Today I was there for a wash and oil change. Of course there is also a salesman that tells you about your windshield being cracked and tries to sell you on fixing it and it's free. Working for an insurance company before, be careful as it can be considered as a claim and raise your premiums. They don't tell you that. Just that it's free and all they have to do is call your insurance. Just be informed and check with your insurance. Anyway, we went inside and watched as they pulled our car into the service bay. They will try to sell you on new filters or some kind of flush. Good thing is that for the oil change and car wash we were in and out within an hour. They have a nice waiting spot and there are benches to sit outside as well to wait for your car to be done. Generally I have to tell them to go back over a few spots but they happily clean whatever I point out. You have the option to leave a tip on your card as well. I will continue to come back to get a good car wash or oil change when needed. read more

Took my daughter's vehicle in to have it detailed for her 21st birthday and it's been a complete and utter disaster. Had a 7:30 appointment and was called and told the vehicle was ready at 10:00. We arrived at 1:00 and the vehicle looked so half assed we are still waiting for them to "spot clean" problem areas (it's 2:30) My daughter is upset. I'm upset. $269 later and having to tell the manager guy 3-4 times over and over to clean the same freaking areas is too much for anyone to have to deal with. Was even was accused of not having an appointment at one point? What the hell was that about? I've had 6 major back surgeries and to have had to deal with this today is unacceptable. Especially with my daughter with me on her birthday. The vehicle still isn't detail clean, roof isn't waxed and my back is killing me from standing around for nearly 2 hours while I tell them how to do their job. I want my money returned! read more

I just left and the detail this time around was done in 2 hrs. It's 10x better than the last time (7.5 hrs spent at Happy Valley location) & the staff was super nice. They allowed me to check things out before I left and told me to come back if I needed anything. I worked with Jacob & Alex at the 83rd & Bell location. My husband pays for a monthly membership for our Durango and our charger thats 2 memberships and I take the cars at least once every 2 weeks , now the car wash is at least half an hour to 45 minutes away from my house and we make the drive all the way to the car wash clearly because we need it now the last five times I have taken the car in I have asked them nicely, to specifically focus on the vacuuming and specially of the third row because they always leave it dirty! their manager tells them in front of me to make sure they focus on the third row seat and the vacuuming of the car entire car... The location we go to off the 101 and Bell after you drop off your car you have to walk inside to the gift shop then you have option to stay there or go out the other side where they give you your "finished car" so it's not like I can sit there or stand there and look at them vacuum my car. so you trust them that asking them to do something that they would take care of it. That has not been the case the last handful of times that I have taken the cars and it's pretty upsetting because every time when I get my car back I have to stop and vacuum it myself AGAIN because they failed to do what I had asked them and what they insured me they were going to take care of. I will be talking to my husband to cancel both memberships and look for the detailing of our cars somewhere else I am truly disappointed! read more

I want to start by saying that we have a brand new 2017 jeep with no kids and we don't smoke, a showroom clean should not have been that difficult. Paid $350, had to have them rewash it after inspection, the rims were still covered in break dust, bugs on the front and sap on the roof. They rewashed it only after I insisted. The interior was very well done everything was oiled and the seats were steam cleaned. I'm not sure why they felt the need to adjust the lumbar support to move the vehicle from A to B. I do not feel that the check-in associate was very forthcoming with the services rendered. Will not be a repeat customer to this franchise. read more

I use their Bell road location.I usually keep my vehicle pretty clean to begin with so I cant say what it would look like if it was taken in to them real dirty. The upselling thing I could do without but I tell them no thanks and they move on.Overall the employees are friendly and do a good job.The prewash prep could be improved by by using the powerwasher to do the whole vehicle instead of one side or not at all.They use a sponge to clean the back of the vehicle but not sure how often the water is changed.The actual car wash itself is a soft cloth so less scratches.If you get the works tell them to skip the tire dressing.It looks nice but once you go down the road it throws black spots down the side of the vehicle.The final detail guys are great and usually dont miss much.Rarely do I have water spots post wash. I did purchase the yearly works pass along with the exterior ceramic wax and interior detail.It was a fair price. Overall I'm satisfied with their service. read more

I have not been to this location since it was Danny's and WOW oh WOW! I don't know if it all the stars, moons and planets were aligned or what but this was the best car wash that I've had in the 40+ years I've been driving. The customer service was over the top, seriously everyone was smiling, kind and courteous and truly seemed to be loving their job despite the heat and humidity. On top of that my car was spotless.... really clean... no touch-ups needed.
