BEWARE: Just went there for the first time. The wash knocked off a piece of my car that could not be found after searching for it (lost to the drainage system presumably). The manager Rich just said flatly that it's not their problem. This small piece needs to be painted to match the car so not cheap. Also, when I reported the piece missing (right after the wash) the on duty manager said "this happens all the time." So, beware, had I known that I would not have trusted my car to these guys. Okay, so last time I went to Jackson's I wasn't happy with the results and left a less than happy review. Months later I took a chance and went back. I needed some floor detail work. I was exceptionally happy with their work and would like to especially thank the detail manager Maria and detailer Sonny for the hard work and effort they put into my car. It practically looked brand new when I got it back. I watched them work the entire time and they were constantly checking and rechecking their work. Kudos to both of them. Maria was very friendly and courteous. I appreciate them both. I would also like to add that the business needs to give these people a decent work table to clean mats on. Spent $35 on a car wash that I could of spent $5 somewhere else and another $10 on cleaning supplies and did a 100x better, interior was half done almost to not touched. So first 50 bucks for a hand wash is 20 bucks too much, they took over 1:20 minutes and they didn't finish because I had to leave. This should of been a 40 minute wash from experience. My car was washed under direct sun light which shouldn't be done. It wasn't cleaned properly and any little trash they found on my floor they threw it on my seats. My windows are still super dirty and it wasn't dusted. Maybe if I would of waited another hour it would of gotten done. I've gotten full details in Cali in under 2 1/2 hours. The good reviews for this place MUST be fake. Huge waste of money and terrible customer service. Had my car done on 14JUL18 with the basic cleaning and seat detail for $50. A total ripoff. Was told it would take 45 minutes. Hour and fifteen minutes later they had forgotten about the seat detail and my car was just sitting there while I waited inside. It wasn't until I tried to get the vehicle that they realized it hadn't been done. The manager said they called inside to ask me about detailing and I didn't respond. This is BULLSHIT because 1. I had already requested the service, why do they need to confirm and 2. They service representative inside told me they had never called in. I asked for a refund and the manager was pushy about just letting them complete the service. I asked THREE times. I gave in and let them complete the service which was literally just wiping down the seats. Absolutely no difference, complete waste of money. Still dirt on the seats. Little bit of advice: Own your mistakes instead of suggesting it was the customers fault. And don't be pushy when the customer asks for a refund. Also do better quality work. read more

I am perplexed at all the negative comments posted here. We have the monthly membership for two cars and have them washed there often. I have always found the service very acceptable and the employees curteous. Yes, they do try to sell you oil chages and windshield replacement service and at times a bit aggressive. But a solid no thanks always takes care of that. read more

I went to Jackson's to see about getting my windshield repaired or replaced on 11/20/21. I set it all up with Jeremiah (AKA JJ). My appointment for the windshield replacement was set for 11/23. No show/No call. Finally I heard back from him and he informed me that the windshield was broken during transit to me. He rescheduled my replacement to 12/8 and he promised me he would make sure it got done. No show/No call again! I texted him to see what the status was. I could see that he read my message because of the read receipt on my iPhone, but he didn't respond. I tried calling him, but no answer. I ended up going with a different auto glass company. In my opinion, their car wash services are at best mediocre. My big issue here is the lousy job normally done cleaning the windows, for the subscription price it's still a really good value. However, my last visit in, I let them upsell me a full detail. My car had suffered an overspray of something unknown I believe to have been generated while parked at work from the company next door. Whatever it was didn't come off with a normal wash, hence the detail job. They worked on it for 4 hours my first visit and made good progress getting the residue off but not good enough. The detail manager agreed and we rescheduled for a redo, no additional charge because I wasn't satisfied. Today I dropped my car off this morning and instead of waiting got a ride home. I just picked it up and got to say they did an excellent job. I'm only going 4 stars in this review because no one took the time to call and let me know the car was done and it seems impossible to call them. read more

I'm not going to post the photos, i didn't snap the before and after but i went to wash my bmw 320i and i had sun oxidation on it . I asked the guy if they have anything that can take care of that! They offered a 300 dollar buffing with protective coatings on it and the guy said he'll make it look 90 % better. I payed, left the car there for a day, when i return to get my car, the car looked worse than before, they didn't even take the dead mosquito's from the front bumper! All the small scratches were still there and the oxidation was more visible than before. After i had a complaint with the manager, they said to bring the car back the second day and they will fix it for me! After the second try , they at least took care of the oxidation but still, a loooot of scratches and not even the mosquitoes from the front were not off! Easily the worst car wash I have ever paid for. $40 dollars plus the tip which I shouldn't have done. I realize I brought in a truck with a little bit of mud on it. Not went muddied dirty, but working in the backyard and went to the dump dirty. Thought to myself, wow, I don't really want to wash my truck, pay somebody else to do it. Now I've got the best of both worlds, I paid for somebody to do it and now I get to do it myself too! Just visited this location. New to the area and needed a car wash. They did a good job on the exterior, no big deal pretty much everyone does. Got the interior exterior package. Did a marginal job on the inside. Simply missed more stuff than I am used to, not a big deal though. They had a special going that they put the full court press on me about, when I told the guy I didn't want it he seemed, ****ed off, like he was trying to make a quota and I was screwing up his numbers. I had been going to a similiar operation in Seattle, but they had if figured out. These guy's are sorta close but they have a ways to go. Since I have been in the Phoenix area I have noticed that most services are a lot cheaper than Seattle. Haircuts, meals massage therapy, my wife has said the same. Anecedotally services seem to be about 20% cheaper. Could be wrong just seems that way. The real estate is way cheaper labor costs are lower here so things are naturally less expensive here. That is why I was so surprised at how much these guys were charging it was actually about 20% more for the same service in Seattle, not the 20% less I had expected. I will probably not be back, need to scope out the competition to see how well they do and at what price. People dont remember what you said or what you did. They remember how you made them feel. Pricewise they made me feel like a chump. Servicewise I felt they were out to upsell me big time and when I didnt bite they made me feel they just went through the motions. Well shucks, I have been going to that location for 20 years (started as Danny's). My issue is, when a brought my Jeep in with mud on it from driving on a dirt road in the rain the salesman said "I have to talk to the manager because we usually don't let these through ". I don't know...I just didn't like the feel of it. I left and went to another car wash. The guy at the other car wash said it would cost another 10 dollars to prep it before going through. I normally don't like to complain but I was very disappointed with the $160...($450 value) detail that I received... when purchased the detail I was assured I'd get the road paint off my car(pics below)! When I picked up my car they told me their chemical would have turned the plastics white... and they didn't touch it! however when I got home I used some Goo gone and my finger nail and the paint came right off, that tells me they didn't even bother to try! Also with the detail there was a lot of smudges from the wax like they didn't wipe very good...and the interior was clean but was very greasy to the point where your hands felt like you just ate fried chicken! I had used Jacksons car wash numerous times in the past and have been satisfied. I took my truck in for a VIP wash on the 8th of March, 2023 expecting the the level of service I was used to. It took me about 35 minutes to get my truck in the actual line for the wash. The truck made it through the wash and was pulled up to the team that finishes drying off the truck and dusting/wiping down the inside of the truck. They called out that my truck was ready. I started my walk around and I immediately notice a huge area of spots around my mirror and these aren't just spots from not drying quickly but these were dirt spots that the wash didn't catch. There were a total of nine spots the supervisor had to spray and wipe down. About the third or fourth area the supervisor explained that this is normal and if I wanted a better wash I should get a detail done the next time. With his remark it made it easy for me to decide not to use this company again. On my tailgate there was a horizontal strip of dirty spots about 9 inches wide and went to both sides of my truck and that's supposed to normal? I know better! I went in during my lunch hour and there was no wait. I was greeted right away at the entrance. The cashier area was cool and quiet. I bought a bottle of ice tea and wandered around their gift shop and sat on their comfy sofa seating and watched tv and their neat fish aquarium. That big porcupine fish in there looks at you w its big round eyes... pretty cool. About 12 min later i heard them call my car over the walkie talkie system they have so i went outside and my car was ready. I got in and the guy asked me if i was satisfied w how clean the inside was and if i needed him to clean anything else. Ive never had someone ask me that so i was pleasantly surprised. Great experience! I went to the other location north of there but realized it was an express wash... im not vacuuming my own car in 110 degree heat... id rather pay the extra. Yelpers - you are correct! I paid $40 for the ultimate wash and an additional $20 for what I thought was to be a bit more detail on the interior. They didn't even vacuum my trunk or under my seats. Found black marks on the doors that didn't come off during the wash that I was able to gently remove with my fingers. I spoke to the manager and gave them a chance to fix it. He explained if there is a mark that takes too much time, they need to move on. What package do I need to pay for to get a clean car? I didn't see THAT one posted! I get it, businesses need to keep moving to make a profit but come on! Some what better after but definitely not worth the $$. They failed to clean the odometer dash, steering wheel, back door handles and etc. even after the second time. Why - just why - do we have to complain to get the job done correctly! I have used Jackson's many times for car washes and have never been disappointed! They always take great car outside and inside of my car when they clean or do the oil changes. However, I have replaced my windshield twice with their glass services. The first time, they forgot to put the molding on the side of the windshield back on. I contacted the company and told them, they said they ordered it, but I never heard back from them to get it installed. The next time I replaced my windshield, I told the gentleman about what happened. He told me he ordered new molding and would come back to install them within a week. I never heard back from Jackson's OR the guy who installed the windshield. I tried calling him multiple times, left voicemails, and never got a response. Overall, if you are using Jackson's for a nice car wash or oil change, this is a great place! If you are thinking about using them for glass repair, be wary. read more
