This place was great when it was Danny's, but I've tried it under the new owners twice now and the second time was worse than the first. I paid $25 for a car wash and "special treatment" of the interior, including vinyl cleaning/conditioning, cup holder cleaning and carpet cleaning. The exterior of my car had smudge marks all over it (I'm assuming from the vinyl treatment product). The vinyl had marks all over it, which cleaned up easily with a damp rag (they hadn't touched it). The wood finish inside the car was smudged. The cupholders were still dirty. The carpet was dirtier after the cleaning than when I brought it in! I will NEVER go to any Jacksons Car Wash again. read more

Give it no star sounds about right! Went through car wash and came out with paint off the front bumper. Then the worst part was the manager came out and said he can do nothing about it. I also was watching the guy who was power washing it through the glass window , he noticed the paint came out and called someone else but I couldn't see what is going on so I didn't think of it as anything. Thanks god I went around to check otherwise they would act like nothing happened, And that's what made me mad the most and the fact the manager -Robert -had no compassion for the damage to my car. I brought my car here for the first time yesterday and I have to say I could not be more disappointed. If I could give them zero stars I would. I usually wash my car myself and go somewhere to use vacuums and I do a 10 times better job than this place, however, being 9 months pregnant at the moment washing the car myself is not something I am able to do (or not very easily at least). I figured I would dish out the $25 but it would be worth it for a clean car and make my life a little easier. I had read reviews yesterday before going, but despite the bad things people were saying I figured I would give them a chance because lets be honest sometimes can be just a little bit too picky with their cars and i figured that was the case in the bad reviews I was reading. But since I wasn't asking for much (i got the V.I.P wash which consisted of a basic wash and cleaning of the interior) i figured what could really be that bad about it... boy am i mad at myself now for not listening to the reviews!!!!!!! Outside of the car looked fine, but the inside was just terrible!!!!!!! my back seats didn't even get touched with the vacuum, my dash board which had been a little dusty was still dusty only now with about 2 streaks across it where you can see they quickly and very half assed ran a rag over parts of it, so i now have a half dusty half oily streaky looking dashboard. And the main thing i am upset about was my cup holder... i had a drink spill in it last week so it needed to be cleaned with a rag because there was some sticky stuff at the bottom of it, this didn't even get touched!! when i got my car back the sticky stuff was still there untouched however around the top of the cup holder had been wiped down so i know it wasn't that they just "missed" that part. they saw it and didn't touch it out of pure laziness. Now i am not a picky person and i let a lot of things go but this service has just been too bad to not speak up about, I uploaded pictures with this review so you could really see how terrible job was actually done. I think they definitely sacrifice quality for speed here but i would much rather wait the additional 10 minutes if it means i could then actually get the service i paid for! i guess everyone should just know that when they purchase and "exterior and interior wash" it actually means "only the parts of the interior that we actually feel like running the rag over and no back seat vacuums." i will definitely not be returning again. read more

I stopped by here at Jackson's a couple months ago and I havn't been able to write a review but what happened needs to be seen on here. I went in short on time so I thought I would drop by just to see if I could get a quote about cleaning my car seats (some stains on them). I talked to a guy and showed him my car seats, I simply asked him "Is this something you guys could clean?" He responded with "Oh, I'm not sure, probably not all of it." If they can't, I totally get that but I'll have to go somewhere else. So I just thought ok I don't want to do business here especially if they are confident that they can get done what I need done. I told him that I'll think about it but he proceeded to tell me that if I want to buy the cleaning it would be $50. I said that I'd think about it and maybe come back tomorrow. Then he said that he'd throw in some free waxes, washes, and stuff that's worth like $200 and he said he would only charge me for $119. I told him the same thing "I'll think about it maybe come back tomorrow" it was so clear that he was working on commission. At this point I was pissed. This guy would not stop and he said he'd give it all to me for $100. I told him no and he just said "whatever and walked away in disgust". I tried to tell him I'd come by tomorrow Because I don't have time and he was like "But you can pay right now and than come by tomorrow." He was awful. He was Tall, skinny, and had a beard. This was such an awful experience. I had never been to Jackson's before and actually went here because someone I know told me that y'all did some good work. read more

Picked up the bill and there were two charges that I questioned. A $3.00 charge for an upgraded car wash, that I told TWO employees that I did not want. The second was for $5.00. The service manager told me that this charge was for a cartridge oil filter and that the person writing my original ticket should have told me about. As much as I tried to like this place the quality of the work is just trash. the customer service is up in the air. my first visit went smooth and i even bought a windshield. but after some examination i found some stains from the glue on my A pillar trim and it wasnt installed correctly. I still wasnt mad though Im a tech for BMW and i understand some times its hard to get that piece in. no worries i reinstalled it and cleaned the stain. but today was the cherry on top. i bought a monthly plan today at around 12pm. when i paid i asked the cashier if i just wait in the lobby. she replied yes wait for your name to be called. 2.5 hours past. i tried to be patient but i had to go talk to the cashier, where she found out my car had been parked sitting for over an hour. last time i come here for to get my time wasted for a weak car wash to begin with. and i was looking to get a detail soon. guess i will take my business elsewhere. read more

Pros: what they cleaned, they did very well. Interior was well wiped and treated. The military discount dropped the price a couple of dollars! Cons: Very slow. Didn't vacuum everything. Didn't use the requested (or any) scent, as far as three of us could tell. For the $19 wash it took 45 min during non peak hours with only 2-3 cars ahead of us. Most of the van was well cleaned but they missed vacuuming the entire rear storage area by the lift door, even though they had the door open for wiping the interior. To be fair, I probably could have asked them to re vacuum, but I didn't inspect it while I was there. read more

Absolute confusion when I was in line at 730 this morning. Lane I pulled into has 2 cars in front of me. Other two lines had 3 cars each. The only lane that did not move after 25 minutes was mine. Other two lines had 5 and 6 cars go through. The guy vacuuming cars in my lane kept disappearing. Not worth the frustration. Initially, I was not at all pleased with the service received. Sometimes that happens no matter what the business or location. The measure of quality comes in how a business is committed and stands behind their service. Attempts at resolution with the manager were unsuccessful. Whether the issue was resolved or not, I felt their business leadership needed to hear me (or at least help me feel better by venting) so I contacted Jackson's through their online site. Within 2 days, I was curteously contacted by Scott from the corporate office, suggesting we meet onsite. Long story short, I was met by Scott and the chief/lead mechanic, Geoff. They were sincere and professional in both appearance and attitude. They reviewed records and we came to an agreed resolution. I was so impressed, I asked about additional mechanical service. Wow. Geoff kept me updated, letting me know of additional work that would be needed in the future and what wasn't needed yet. He was right on target. My car is back, runs better than it did when I took it in, including better gas mileage. What a change. Initially, I was determined to never go back, and ended up now trusting and intend to return frequently. I've never written a business or product review, but Geoff and Scott earned this lengthy kudos. read more

Went in for an oil change because of a coupon. Free basic wash included. When I dropped off truck no mention of what was included in basic car wash. Now when I arrived to pick it up, I was charged an extra $5 for a additional quart of oil. The inside of my truck was not vacuumed and the exterior had not been wiped down properly. I had noticeable streak of dirt left on the passenger door and steps. I was visibly upset with the service. I paid $40 overall I was completely disappointed with the service I received. I was not looking for a refund because I did receive the oil change but I could have done a far superior job washing my own truck. read more

I was written up for a $75 dollar check as an incentive to get my windshield replaced. I had a work order stating this. A day before the install they called to say they don't do that. Was not willing to honor my written work order. Today my girlfriend goes to get an oil change on a Honda Civic and they bullied her into full synthetic. I met her there to run an errand. She told me what happened so I went to the sales guy and said we just want synthetic blend. He proceeds to tell me that the only way you can get lower than full synthetic is if you own your car outright. Knowing that this was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard a sales guy say I just replied we do own the car outright and would like synthetic blend. He walked towards the shop and said he would correct it. When I dropped my girlfriend back to get her car I had a doctorsappointment so I couldn't walk her in. ( never in a million years would I have imagined what happened next ) They had charged her for full synthetic anyways. When questioned why, the sales guy Is hovering explains we know what's best for your car so we have to put what's right. But don't worry it's gonna drive like a race car now! ( remember Honda civic ) She asked for the manager and no one came the sales guy said listen I'm gonna help you out here and take 20% off your bill making it less than what it would've cost you going with the blend. (She's no math mathematician, just a first grade teacher on a budget. ) 20% of 80 is $16 so now her bill is $10 higher than it would've been. I could care less about the $85 dollars total between the windshield and this oil change. I have been going there for years I easily spend that in 2 months heck I've gotten my car detailed there! What I want to illustrate is the training. Shady, bully type sales practices. They held her car hostage and would not give her the keys until she paid. Would this have happened to a guy? What kind of company this size would hold a woman hostage for$10? I sincerely hope by reading this no one else will be subjected to these strong arm tactics. I filed a complaint and have yet to even receive a call from someone who can explain to me how this is even possible outside of a used car lot. I didn't tell him anything. He made an offer of free car washes and store credit I refused. He offered a check and I accepted. To make an offering of an incentive for a service to write it on a work order and then rescind the offer is pretty much text book bait and switch no? I have the offer and would be happy to send a picture. We specifically told the advisor that we wanted semi synthetic oil. So no authorization was given on our part. It's pretty ironic that when you stand to gain by putting something in writing it's gospel but when you don't it's sorry for the inconvenience. Also do you stand by your advisors statement that unless we own the vehicle out right we can not choose anything besides synthetic? Also she received no voucher. (which would be useless since we will never return) Based on your response it just cements for me that you implement fraudulent sales practices. It's pretty amazing to me the due diligence you have when it comes to $85 dollars. If any of this due diligence was applied to the training and development of your employees I doubt you would have the reviews you do. It's clear your interest isn't in taking care of people your interest seems to be in writing responses. Just to be clear. I would give them negative stars if I could. Took my 2016 Altima (less than 33000 miles) and the machine ripped the driver side lower running board out. After sitting there for 30 minutes talking with them they said they would take responsiblity for it as it didn't look like there was anything bad on my car. Gave me a claim form and said it would take two days. Almost 10 days later and no call do I call back a 3rd time just to finally be told that the Corporate office after talking to the store, denies responsibility for it. I have not been able o drive my car since then as the running board rubs when driving and it'll take two days to get part Plus 4 days for the body shop to paint and replace. So 3 weeks without the car. To boot, the store manager said he never agreed to repair and he told the other manager to tell me except its not what was told to me and at no point would I be sitting here for 2 weeks waiting for them to tell me when I could expect to have estimate submitted. Talk about double talking, back peddling snake oil salesman. Cobblestone even for times they've made mistakes, they've owned up to them. Bell Rd in Peoria, AZ 10 stars I would for the last 12 years I've been taking all of my vehicles to another well known car wash facility in Surprise, AZ I wont include the name each and every time I've taken my vehicles to this other car wash in surprise I would always find places on or inside of the vehicle where they didn't vacuum or perhaps missed like an entire windshield I've taken my vehicles to this other car wash facility in Surprise because of convenience so on Saturday March 27,2021 I had business near the Jacksons Car Wash at 8369 W. Bell Rd I needed to have my vehicle cleaned so I stopped by and bought a VIP wash for $25.00 I was VERY, VERY,VERY impressed with the quality of work it was outstanding to say the least I had passed this place a million times and had never stopped in however I know that washing cars there's no guarantee that they will get every spot so after my vehicle was done it looked like a complete detail they wiped down the interior, shined the tires the way tires should be shined wiped every single window the most important part was they wiped the wheels which most car wash facilities will do but not like this place they wiped every piece of the wheel I could say a whole lot more but the way I'm going to show Jacksons how much I appreciate there quality of work is by giving them 100% of my business yes I will have to drive 7 miles out of my way to go there but it will be 100% worth it I will also let all of my associates and neighbors know about this place as well.......KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK Jacksons. read more

Bad experience time after time. 4 times now in the last 5 or so months the team at Jacksons has ripped my satellite radio antenna out of its location. I am willing to be understanding when this happens as I know adhesives tend to dry out over time in this heat, but the fact that no one mentions it and assume it is ok is beyond me. This last time I spoke with the manager and he started to kind of argue with me stating "I don't know how my team would do this - they don't touch this area". When I asked for a refund he started to argue again stating that my receipt said this was a free wash. (It was a prepaid wash with gas). Terrible management/customer service skills. I went inside and finally got my refund. I am so mad because this car wash is within walking distance from my house and they have forced me to have to go someplace else. All they need to do is be a bit careful and if they do pull it out, point it out, apologize, and ask if they can fix it. Not too much to ask. read more

These guys rock! I left a pack with 4 cigs in the center console just to see if they would steal them based on my experience from other car washes. When I pulled up, they listened to what I wanted and didn't spend an hour trying to sell me something extra. The price including my seats shampooed was very reasonable. When my car was done, I was super curious to see if they stole from me. Immediately, I see a $5 and an almost full pack of smokes sitting in a cup holder. Of course, the 4 smokes I knew about we're all there. This was a nice feeling to see how honest they really were since they could have taken these other items without me knowing it.
