Wow, I should have read some of these post before going to Jackson's. I use to frequent Danny's Car Wash before the change and they did a pretty good job. This time when I took my car into Jackson's there was about a half dozen cars in the staging area in front of me. Took my ticket and went inside. I was inside for at least 20 minutes and concerned my car had not made it into the wash yet. I went outside to see they were just getting started vacuuming my car. As I waited another 20 minutes outside I noticed they were bringing cars that came in after me into the wash before mine. Frustrated I wouldn't get done for another 40 minutes, at this pace, I let them know I didn't have an hour to get a car wash and left. I will never return for a car wash ever again (even if it's free) and recommend no one else unless you have a couple of hours to burn. Totally irresponsible! read more

I just got my car washed and I was so impressed that I had to get on yelp and leave a review because they did such a good job their attention to detail was incredible. I don't think I've ever gotten a car wash this well done for sure I will be coming back to this location from now on. Even though it was hot as can be, the staff were all super friendly! read more

Their business was very slow and unfinished. Got the works deal and they didn't vacuum the car out, left spots all over the car, and once I got in the car the cup holders were filled with water and soap. Very unprofessional. The manager was very kind after being told the circumstances, but never will request anyone to get their car washed there. read more

Thoroughly disappointed after leaving the wash and looking in my back seat after getting home. The vacuum folks through pieces of wood from my truck bed onto my backseat (on top of my son's white karate gi). Backseat covered in dirt and same with the gi. Called to speak with the Manager, but they were offsite for a meeting. At this point, I'm over this place. It was my first time there, as well as my last time. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. I won't be back unfortunately, I like to keep my vehicles maintained. To start off I dropped my car off last Sunday 3/31 at 12:30 PM thinking it would be plenty of time. They quoted me 3 hours. I never received a call, showed up at 5:30-5:45 PM to find out they never touched my car, being pretty pissed I kept my mouth shut and rescheduled. They offered to do it the next Saturday 4/6/2019. I arrived before my appointment at 8:30 got it all set up, since I was already there I asked if they could knock out the oil change since it was due. They said sure it would be $85 and some change with full synthetic. Also, I was told if it was a canister style oil filter it be 5 dollars more, as well as if it the car took more then 5 qts it would charge 5 dollars more. So all is cool right?? Wrong! I get thecall to pick up my car at about 11 to 11:30 am which I was happy with car looked great asked if there was any thing I needed to pay or do besides get my keys and go cashier said no your good just go see the detail manager and they will have your keys. Got my keys and left, they called me today 4/7 saying I needed to pay for the oil change which I mean I agreed to pay for but since they had the situation with not getting my car done on Sunday I figured they just ate it since they didn't tell me to pay it when I picked up my car. Needless to say they didn't and I had to go this morning and pay it. Looking at the bill they charged me for 6 qts of oil when I know my car takes 4.5 qts I've done my oil changes all my life for this exact reason I just tried to let them to do it for the convenience. The customer service sucks as well as their communication between themselves and the customers. This is the worst I've ever experienced. read more

I was at your car wash today and i was there for an hour and unless you complain then your car sits there for 25 min and the man who complained the worked on his car for 20 min and mine for 10 plus others that got there after me were done before me!. I went to this car wash earlier today hoping they could redeem themselves for the bad wash I got the last time I was there. And to my surprise they did much worse then the last time. How disappointed was I that I paid 40 dollars for a half done wash. When I pulled in I told the guy about my bad experience before. He said they will "try"and and do a better wash. Car goes through the wash and emerges out the other side. Streaks all over the windows. Tire shine on only part of the wheels. And the vacuum was done horribly. I told the guy out front and he agreed with me. Didn't try to fix it. Just agreed. Almost to the point of dismissing my comments. I then asked him if the vacuums in front of where you collect your car are free. He said yes, I told him that I would go finish there job. He said ok. Agreeing with me again. I was so upset that I called the manager while I was vacuuming my own vehicle which I just paid 40 dollars for. He came over. He apologized to me which is ok. But why apologize. It should have been done right the first time. If I was the manager I would have jumped in the car and ran it through again. Ensuring it got done right. It's called managing. He tried helping me out while I was vacuuming. Which kind of upset me because he was vacuuming the same way the guys upfront were. Simply not caring to do it well. I told him never mind and finished the job which I just paid 40 dollars myself. Manager then came back and wanted to give me a card for a free wash. You've got to be kidding me. Wash wasn't done right the first time. Wash wasn't done right the second time. Again, take a hold of the customers concern. Run the car through the wash and make sure it's done right. Even if you have to stand there and tell the guys what to do. Manage your employees and train them to do a better job. read more

I purchased a monthly car wash pass for $30 per month. When I bought the plan, I was told that I could upgrade to a VIP for only $1.99 per month. Three months have gone by and I finally decided to get the full wash. I was told that I was misinformed by someone who no longer works here. The cashier was not nice about it and they did not try to make it right. I will go somewhere else with better customer service! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! Where is the gd 0 star rating Yelp...this place used to be Danny's Family Car Wash. I don't know if Jacksons is owned by Danny's or if it's a completely separate business, but they sure act like the old Danny's. Danny's was AWFUL, always trying to upsell you on crap you didn't need, at least at the time they said you needed it. Everything always seemed to be on the brink of collapse when you took your car to Danny's. I finally saw that it was a new place and decided to try it out for a quick and basic oil change + whatever free car wash came with that. As soon as I pull in, they try to get me to upgrade to a paid car wash on top of my oil change. When I decline, the girl calls over a third guy, who pops my hood, points to some arbitrary crap and tells me that he HAS to use synthetic oil or otherwise the regular oil change will void my warranty. When I told him to just use regular oil, he actually told me that he was NOT ABLE to do a regular oil change on my car b/c of this reason. I've heard A LOT of dumb s&*! in my life...but this was up there. I know exactly what this guy was thinking - I'm 38 years old, but I must have looked like a dumb young kid that day with my t-shirt, bball shorts, and hat, b/c that's the only reason I can think of as to why he would try to make me believe that drivel. No, my 4 cylinder Nissan Sentra base model does NOT need synthetic oil, and there is no manufacturer's warranty that will be voided unless synthetic oil is used. Just utterly asinine and insulting that he tried to make me believe this, I guess he thought I would just agree to anything. It's actually downright deceptive, as I'm SURE he knew better and was intentionally just trying to get me to spend more money. My next web page visit will be to the BBB's site. Not the ideal service you expect coming here. Selected regular customers pay off employee's for big discounts on car wash's and detail service. A large amount of car's don't experience the satisfaction of a true clean car without a complaint. The whole business model is a front with poor management, for i have experienced and witnessed first hand all that i describe. A manager even offer a old gentleman a headlight treatment for 30 dollars and when he refused he then said he would do the treatment no charge for a yelp review, very unjust and distasteful. Not enough people working so cars sit in a line in the sun. This has been a problem with every Jackson's that I have been to. On top of that it would be nice is one of these workers could clean windows without leaving streaks. Oh and the music is way to loud. If you get a phone call you have to move away. My husband paid for an ULTIMATE car wash. What he got should be an embarrassment for a lowest level carwash: dirt in bumper corners, sand in interior corners, bug splash remainders on windshield, whole bugs on front bumper, and dust on dash. No where close to what was promised as Ultimate vs. was very little than running thru the automatic wash. He started to point out what was missed, but gave up in dispair and came home. No one there had any pride in their work or desire to provide an "Ultimate" . Unfortunately, he also tipped $7 before noticing the lack of work they provided. Took my brand new 2016 Toyota Tundra here for a wash after a road trip and i left with it only minimally cleaned. $20 for a VIP car wash for a large vehicle and they still leave it looking like crap. I used to go to this place all the Time when it was Danny"s family car wash ever the since the name changed there great customer service went out the window as well. They rush and don't take there time and do a half ass job. Danny's car wash was excellent the people who worked there then always completed the washes proudly. Now there all a bunch of low life's scrambling for a paycheck who want to get paid but not actually work. Right when I pull up I get bond barded by selling me a detail, wax, oil change, etc. i go for a car wash, if I wanted high pressure sales I'd go to a car dealer. After I drove away drivers side floor was still dirty, its like they didn't lift up mat. There were various smudge marks on windows. I will not go back, not worth money. read more

Horrible job. I've used them 3 times and against better judgement this last time was no different. Windows still dirty and they left whatever cleaning solution they use on my car. Never wiped it up. So this place is clean and staff is seriously friendly when you walk up or ask questions. My concern is with sales practices. My lady drops her car off and we go next door for breakfast. Two people call two different times to try and upsell her on tons of stuff. Once I get it but twice is too much. I really feel they try to take advantage of women. As they are interrupting my breakfast twice I keep my mouth shut and just let her deal with it. On the second call she looks at me confused and says they are telling me I need all this extra stuff and asks me for help. I take phone and dude immediately starts in on his scripted rant and I ask nicely if he can just change the oil and wash the car to which he replied yes and hung up on me lol. I guess problem solved?? They said the would call her when done so we go home to wait. Six hours go by and she calls and the girl who answers has no idea if car is done or not. We decide to just go and check and sure enough it's done. Guy who shows us to her car said it normally takes less than an hour and I said we never got a call. He apologized of course and was nice. I told him I'd give them two star Yelp review rather than one since the staff was nice mostly. He asked what he could do to get a three star rating. I said call me six hours ago and not call to just sell multiple times. He tried to assure me they don't call to sell when people just get oil changes. So why two calls and then lie about it ? Back down to one star. I'd honestly never even buy gas here. They try to take advantage of women then bold face lie about it. read more

I paid for a VIP carwash $24.99 yesterday, and they didn't even vacuum the interior. I had to pull around and wait in line again for them to vacuum it. The armoral was spread unevenly and the bugs are still on the front. They did a good job on the wheels though. I expected more for that price. read more

The employees were exceptional. The speed at which the tasks were completed was a little suspect. Once my car was finished (VIP) I proceeded to exit onto Bell Road, I noticed that my windows were hazy and streaked. I do not know if the same rag is used repeatedly or if the glass cleaner that is being used is not up to par, but I was not impressed with the result. I also noticed that there were finger prints in the glass and on the shiny black surfaces of my car. Also, my car still has bugs and some road debris left on the hood and grill area. Jacksons is a very clean and friendly place to visit, it's just unfortunate that the end result is substandard. read more

They have instituted a new process that the lead stays up front and checks the car before you get it. The quality is improved as I stopped going for a while due to the lack of detail. I just tried them again since I was in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the wash AND finish at the end is noticeably different. Had bugs on the front of my G35 from a road trip to Vegas, stopped by the new location on 83rd and Union hills, and it happened to be their grand opening. Got their top wash for free, and left my car shiny and clean again. Did a great job on the paint, cleaned up the tires, and I was able to use one of their new vacuums in the stall to finish the job. Incredible vacuum suction, cleaned up the rugs like new. I will be buying a monthly pass for my wife's SUV as it never stays clean for long, this location will be my new favorite car wash. Plus I don't have to wait around anymore, just wash and go If I want. Love it. read more

I was super disappointed after spending $99 on a detail and wax. After 2 hours of waiting I finally asked how much longer it was going to be. It was another 20 minutes. I was told there were several people working on detailing. Saw one guy. Got out there and guy started showing me the car. First there were still spots on the seats (which he tried to remove with a spray bottle and rag) then I noticed someone else's car mats on top of my mats. Told the guy they weren't my mats. They were from a completely different make of car. I started to hand him a tip and said I only had a few dollars. He told me I could go next door to get more money! I got in the car, not really thinking about it, and the seats were soaked! He hadn't even put plastic on the seats. By this time I was upset and just wanted to leave. He stopped me to return some items he took out of the car earlier that were laying off to the side. Got home to find wax caked inside my gas tank door and my pants were of course soaked through. Good thing I came right home. I have to say the atmosphere inside the waiting room is nicer than most and the lady inside was nice. Other than that...not happy at all! read more

For the last 8 months I have been taking my car here once or twice a month. They do a decent job of cleaning the car (but they are quite slow). However, my most recent experience has ensured that I will not return. The girl in the lane at the entrance to the car wash was so incredibly rude that I actually left without having my car washed. Granted, it was 30 minutes before they closed and perhaps she was ready for her day to end. I understand that everyone has a bad day now and then but she was over the top disrespectful. The thing that sealed the deal is that her manager was standing in the lane next to us and did not say or do anything to address her behavior. I am not interested in patronage of an establishment that treats their customers so poorly and therefore I will no longer be one of them. read more

Bought a detail for my truck, they cleaned it but they did not put my window shade back in the truck when they were done, and my dash mat was 1 1/2 inches shorter than when I dropped it off. The worker stated they didn't have my shade, and he said he didn't know why the mat shrunk because they don't take them out or wet them,.... when i told him they did take it out because I had to flatten back out the defrost vent holes he said well maybe they took it out to clean the dash? Well which one is it? I will never go back there and they have lost a long time customer and family! read more

the car washes are good. I would recommend those. I would not recommend their detailing service. spilled an entire cup of coffee that soaked into the seat. asked if they could get the coffee and the smell out. came back a few hours later and it still wreaked of coffee and there were still spots of dried coffee noticed the next day. brought it back the next day, they said they will take care of it, came back a few hours later and all they did was wash it. it sat there for an hour and a half with no call even though the they had my number. no re-detail. THE THIRD time I take it back, that is when they tell me they can only do the surface, the coffee soaked into the seat (duh I said that) and they will do what they can and put in a fabric freshener but they cant guarantee the smell wont come back from the seat cushion. worst $120 I have ever spent. I will probably look into a different cleaner to finish the job they said they could do in the first place. probably will look for a different car wash strictly from the severely poor experience and refuse to give this car wash any more of my money even if the washes are good. read more

Drove up to Jackson's car wash and when we pulled in told them we wanted more focus on the inside of our car than the outside. Explained I'm going in for c section tomorrow and really wanted the inside looking good and dirt free for driving baby home from the hospital. The first guy kept upselling packages and finally convinced us to do the $40 ultimate wash with disinfectant and brake dust repellant. Sure, sounded great. However we realized way to soon our car made it onto the conveyor belt for wash way to quick for the attention we requested the interior to have. Sure enough when we looked in our car there was still dog hair EVERYWHERE. When we brought this up to a supervisor we were told if they see dog hair they don't even bother vacuuming it because that's a "detail job" but that they would rectify the situation today and apologize for the misunderstanding. The supervisor Wes really did try everything in his power to please us, wiped off the seats with a damp rag to remove hair and personally vacuumed it a second time. However we still had to point out the center console wasn't wiped and we still drove off the lot with dirt on the dash, stereo, every door compartment, just an unsatisfactory job for the $40 I spent. Not to mention I didn't see a disinfectant or brake dust repellant used. When I go to a car wash I don't anticipate having to baby sit my car every step of the way and sure don't feel like I should have to point out to them the spots to be cleaned. Needless to say I'd rather spend my money and time at a do it yourself and get the job I expect. Sadly this isn't the first time we have been disappointed by them, but it will be the last. read more

I have used this car wash for years (previously Danny's) and have always had a pleasant experience. Not so this past visit in January. My car waited to be detailed while a large pick-up truck was being finished. And waited, and waited and waited while 4 cars in different areas went before me. I asked the gentleman at the pick-up why it was taking so long and couldn't he get someone else to do my car. That did not seem to be an option. When he finally got to my car he rushed through it so fast it was left with water spots all over it and the windows were less than clean. Totally unhappy was I. I picked up a form in the office to voice my concerns, took it home, filled it in immediately along with my receipt voicing my unhappiness. I stated that I was not looking for recompense - only an apology with a promise to look into the inadequacies of this particular location. Not a word have I heard. My son needed his RAV4 detailed as he was putting it up for sale and wanted it really clean. I called Jacksons Car Wash and told them what needed to done and did they have the time to do it that day. Eric said if I got it there in the 30 minutes they could get it done but would need it for 4.5 hours. I took it over and met Eric and Bryan, a Detail Manager. Eric sold me on the Premium Detail to be sure every area was cleaned. I asked for a call back 20-30 prior to it being done so I could arrange a ride. I never got that call. My son and I drove over because they were closing in 15 minutes. On the way I got a call saying they just finished. My son lifted the deck lid and it hadn't been touched. It was filthy. We found a few other issues which the detailer worked on but they were closing. After getting it home my son found the sunroof window hadn't been cleaned, there were whole bugs in the front grate, the cup holder was dirty and not all of the windows had been cleaned. There was dog hair still in the car. It took him an hour to clean. I called the next day and spoke to Jordan, a Detail Manager. He apologized over and over. He said to bring it back and they would work on it but my son had cleaned it and it was up for sale. I said I was talked into paid $200 for $100 car wash. He said they wouldn't give a refund and I said what will you do and he said nothing. They had 15 cars and 2 new detailers that day. I told him not my problem and I shouldn't have been told they could do it if they were only able to do a mediocre job. Not a way to do business. I will never use them again. read more

Watch what you are signing at all of the Jacksons Car Wash. I went to the turnstile location and told the attendant I wanted the $30.00 all you can wash in a month. I gave him my credit card, and he scanned it and handed it and the receipt back and wanted it signed. It was the garden variety receipt that one gets for signature every where you use your card. I signed it and gave it back. Two months later, I noticed my credit card had been billed three times by Jacksons Car Wash.for $30.00. I went o the manager and complained and he explained that I signed up to have Jacksons AUTOMATICALLY BILL my credit card EVERY MONTH for $30.00. I insisted that I NEVER signed anything of the kind. Well , he said I had and he produced the "receipt" for my first $30.00 payment with my signature on it. Well, buried in the verbosity that I thought was a routine receipt of my first transaction was the words that said I give Jacksons permission to bill my credit card EVERY MONTH. I wanted it refunded because I din't use the car wash for but a few times and the manager basically told me "tough luck" I have your signature right here. So basically, I paid $90.00 for 5 car washes. A reputable business would have refunded my money, but Jacksons refused. So, check your receipts and your credit card billings, because you may have an unpleasant surprise that you gave Jacksons permission you didn't intend to and it is costing you big time. This was clearly an underhanded way to get you into a long term contract by disguising it as a receipt. read more
