I am extremely disappointed with this locations service, I purchased a full service car wash to try them out before I decide on getting a car wash membership. I was told they have great attention to detail and will ensure the vehicle looks great. First impression was extremely poor as there glass salesman tried to push a windshield I didn't need or want, the person who was checking cars in did not explain how anything worked and seemed irritated and rude. It took about 35 minutes for my car to be completed and I expected this as it was full service, however when I got to my vehicle once they were done with it I was disappointed as there was still dirt all over the outside my vehicle. They claimed to vacuum the inside though there is still dirt on my floor mats that I vacuumed out myself later that day. I attempted to speak to a manager but one was not available, I had to leave for work and decided I would call and leave a message, I have not heard anything back yet. Avoid this location, I will not be returning and you should not go. If you do go do not bother with full service as all they do is take your money and drive it through the was, zero benefit at all. read more

On November 10th, at approximately 3:30, my wife visited Jackson Carwash to get her car washed. After the wash, she came out to her car tire, losing air. The attendant tried to cover the damage by placing a valve cover on the stem, which was obviously broken, and claimed it was like that prior to showing up. There is absolutely no way that would be possible due to the stem being broken and the wheel not even holding air for longer than 30 seconds. Not only that, but the broken piece could not be located, so how would that have been possible? They were trying to take advantage of the situation and probably taught because my wife is a woman they would be able to take advantage of the situation. My wife pushed for a claim number and waited for over an hour for a resolution, and the only resolution they had was a detail? Like, how will that fix my inoperable vehicle? Also, what corporation does not provide a claim number for a damage I have been around corporations for 10 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a "manager," as he smirked and laughed about not wanting to write a claim. My wife asked for district manager and store manager number and name and once again was not able to be provided. Again, no professional corporation that takes pride in customer service will withhold that information. My wife, being an Army vet, did not expect to be treated like this a day before Veterans Day by a so-called manager who wouldn't provide his name (I will post a picture of him in all black on the left). Again, very unprofessional of Jackson Car Wash disrespecting women and an Army veteran on Veterans Day weekend. I have also been trying to get a hold of upper management calling their "corporate number" and having absolutely no luck getting the same answer by the customer service representative claiming she will have someone call. There's no way I am paying for something they tried to cover up and put the blame on my wife by saying it was like that when clearly they were trying to cover up by adding more air. Again, still waiting for a response or a call back regarding this issue, but as of now, there is no way anyone should support a company that disrespects veterans and women. read more

Jackson's on 101 and Bell Road I am writing this review for the service I received on November 2nd, 2024 at 12:00 - which was my scheduled appointment for my car detailing was to put as nicely as I can, beyond subpar. My brother prepaid for a car detailing as a present for me for over $200. When I pulled up, it was explained to me that that did not include a hand wax and buff, It only included a spray wax. I questioned this as I have gotten many, many car details here for the exact same amount and they always included a hand, wax and buff. When I explained to Arthur Aguirre that this is always been my experience here that he could even look up my car history and see the detailing packages and the cost and what they included (Inside detailing and hand, wax and buff). He simply looked at me and told me it would be an additional $131 to get a hand, wax and buff on top of the $200 that was already prepaid. At that point, I told him to go ahead and do the detailing as is and that I would be canceling my membership and no longer be a customer. He simply explained to me how to cancel my monthly membership. My husband is also a customer whose truck has to be hand washed each time and he will also be canceling his membership. It's very sad when customer loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore. I will be taking my business to the car wash up on Lake Pleasant. Tried this place again after being unsatisfied a few years ago. Nothing has changed. You pull up and the group stares at you. Paid $5 for the interior to be cleaned. It's obvious only half the dashboard was wiped down. My car was deemed ready with a whistle and a wave. I asked for a rag to finish drying off the driver door and wipe the three streaks off the back glass. read more

This place is great. I pulled in not quite sure where to start. Art read my mind and came out to help me. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in quickly without an appointment. And then Art noticed the crack in my windshield and got me a price right away. Good price and they'll come to my location! Inside there is a comfortable waiting room with a convenience store with all kinds of car stuff, greeting cards and cute crap made in China. First the guy that handles the wash tried to get me to purchase multiple promotions. Heavy pressure. Then the windshield guy takes over. He was so high pressure I actually handed him my phone and he sets up a windshield replacement using my insurance app. I explained to him I wasn't doing anything today because I'm emotionally distraught because my husband passed away 5 weeks ago. I feel as though he used that on me. Who does that?! I will not return to this car wash again. It's important to say here that I looked at my windshield after the wash and could not see anything that needed fixed or replaced. He was selling it because he could get away with it. read more

Update!! My husband and I went back in and spoke with Nick - the manager. Nick was very professional and friendly. He made the situation right and we feel confident enough to return. I went today to get my van washed. I wanted them to clean out the cup holders since they never do. They talked me into a $60 interior detail minus shampoo of upholstery. I didn't go in planning to pay that much but ... ok. Got into my van after waiting an hour - and the front so far (haven't checked the back) does not look like they spent an hour detailing. Ugh! We've been customers for a few years. They charge our credit card for both of our cars every month. They repeatedly tell my wife she can't get a car wash even though we've paid every month. I've even spoke with the manager twice and he could barely figure out their system. I thought that we had it all fixed and she just got refused another car wash even though we have two active accounts with our license plates in the system. During my last "Works wash" I was annoyed to the point I'm considering not having my cars washed there anymore. After I said I wanted the Works Wash, the attendant tried hard to sell me a detailing service for $699. I said no thank you however he kept pushing it and said he would give me a discount if I prepaid. After my third no thank you, I went inside to use the restroom. When I walked out another attendant was calling for the owner of my car. When I approached him he tried hard to sell me a new windshield. I told him my windshield was only a few years old and it was fine. He continued to try and convince me to replace mine and again offered a discount to prepay. Even when there is only a few cars being washed it seems to take a minimum of 20 minutes to get out of there. After all that my car was not cleaned to my satisfaction. When I got home I noticed I still had to vacuum behind my seats even though I moved everything in the car was moved to my trunk to make it easier to clean. I also had to wipe the dashboard down on the sides as I could see the line of dust where they missed. In the past they did a much better job. I miss the quality I enjoyed having my car washed here several years ago. read more

Went to get my car washed today, spent $35 or so on the VIP package. When I got my car back, the seats had not been vacuumed, the doors and back of the seats were still dirty. Come to find out they don't vacuum or wipe down these areas when you get your car washed there. If you want this stuff done it's the $50 package plus an additional $20 to have the doors WIPED down. Are you kidding me?! I am paying for the INTERIOR to be cleaned yet they don't do it! I had a nice gentleman wipe it down and he agreed it was not a good practice and suggested somewhere else to go. This will be my LAST time coming here. If you have kids and a messy car like I do, you will not leave there with a clean car. You are better off doing it yourself. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review about how bad the actual "detail" was, because it was free. I just wasn't going to return since they didn't do anything besides vacuum, and go through the car wash. The seats, cup holders, everything was not even touched. But that's not the issue. They also got some kind of white paint or something ALL OVER the hood, sides, windows, etc. like little dots of white paint everywhere. I know it wasn't there before, and if it had been it would have came off when they took it through the car wash. Also my cousin who I had MET there, we came from different directions, and left different directions ALSO had the white spots all over her car. I called the manager to talk to him about it, and he told me it was probably from driving through paint or something on my way home? Uhh... lol. I've always been taken care of with my car care at Jackson's location. Sadly over the past year at their 83rd & Union Hills location when they serviced their wash equipment, they increased the pressure of the wash spray... it ruined my paint on the top surfaces in several locations front to back! I've been patient addressing this, apparently, their answer was the shrug of the shoulders that I got. I'm on autopay for a basic wash at this location, but how about some respect? I don't frequent this place as much as I once did due to the attitude I receive, there's no problem solvers attempting to retain my business. Nobody from Corp calling me back to discuss the issue either as promised. The repair of the paint won't be cheap, and I'm guessing they're doing everything to avoid taking responsibility for their high-pressure wash destroying my paint...I'll let my insurance company handle the issue! read more

This is my 6-car family car wash and we've come here since it was Danny's Family. Just this week my daughter had items stolen from the car during servicing; after a couple of days after WE had to keep following up, their final answer after "reviewing footage" determined they could not do anything. Zero recompense, zero customer service to make it right, zero empathy, just zero! You've lost our business - DO NOT go here if you value ethical business with good customer service! Went in for a full works wash (my birthday freebie) and was told my vehicle was too dirty; they would not wash my vehicle unless I also paid $25 for pre-wash (doubling the price). Finally, after talking to management I got the wash, no pre-wash, and the truck.was clean on the outside. Inside was done ok except the windshield wasn't clean. Basically I think they wanted me to pay for a free wash. Has anybody heard your car needs to be clean before you get it washed? I've attached the after with no prewash. A little dirt on the bumper. I went for detailing and was told the price for an all inclusive package was $149 and had to wait to place my order. When the salesperson came to take my order I was told it was $199. When questioned why the first person told me $149 I was told he didn't k ow the prices and I could either take the price or leave. I did get my car detailed, was told it would take about two hours and would receive a call once complete. Four and a half hours later I had not gotten a call. I called and was told another 15 minutes was needed after having to state several times the car I was looking for. Overall the customer service was poor, the car was mostly cleaned, but not worth what was paid. I will not be returning as there are places with better service that I would rather frequent. read more

ICKY GROSS BATHROOMS ALL THE TIME. This is going to be a difficult review for me to post but I'm kind of tired of this lackluster service. Unfortunately Jackson's car wash is the main game in town- not very many other carwashes to go to. I'm stuck having to go to this particular one. The service at the front desk is always great, I don't have a problem with that. I do have a problem with the guys ....when you check in four or five guys come up to you and constantly badger you for upgrades. Seriously it gets old. I've learned to be very quick and I say no upgrades today. I've had things stolen from my car on several occasions iphone chords- A pager I use for work a small change bag with at least 30 bucks in it. A pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses. I've gotten much smarter and I have learned to take everything of value out of my car before I checked it. The car wash is somewhat decent and you never know if you're going to get a good wash or a bad one... it's never consistent, I sometimes have to go back and have them re-vacuum or spot check for bird droppings. The bathroom at this particular location is vile ...it's never cleaned. I don't know what's going on with management but obviously from the photograph I posted this is a serious issue. Went through the wash, tore the glass part of the passenger mirror out. I asked them about it, they retrieved the broken glass from the wash area. I asked them if they had any way to reimburse for damage. The manager said no. I worked for Costco for 31 years. If we damaged a vehicle in our car wash we would pay for it. I was surprised to hear from the manager that their policy was to never pay for damage. I would never go there again. read more

I had black tar splattered across the front and the windshield. Also have some stains in the leather seats. Came in when they were doing 1/2 Wednesdays for a FULL detail that they said would take 4 hours. They called me and it was done after 2 hours. No attention to detail and didn't even do a full detail because the black tar was still on the windshield? They said they didn't have anything to remove the tar from the windshield except for the buffing machine that they used on the body, but using it on the windshield could shatter it. So you don't have any kind of tar removal being a car detailing service? Ok. I paid $250 when I could of went to autozone and bought tar removal spray myself for $10 read more

I think I will be canceling my monthly membership. I came to the full service to get my car washed and vacuumed as I did not have time to do it myself. The upselling and payment on the curbside turned me off. You lost the opportunity for me to shop inside and purchase a drink or anything. I like to shop and purchase everything at once, then get cash to tip at pick up to include the cashier. The curbside payment stopped this for me and you lost the bigger tip plus a purchase of goods. Then asked me if I wanted to leave a 3-5or 10 tip at payment. No I don't, I want yo get cash back from my purchase inside and tip according to the service that was provided. Then the box outside stated tips are split equally. This is why no service is good anymore. No attention to detail or working hard to get a good tip when it's all split anyways. Lost my business for the monthly membership price plus the 31.99 one time car wash charge, I'm over it Jackson's. I can't even bless a hard worker anymore, as they are forced to split tips that are not being given due to you asking at time of payment. Tips are based on service and service isn't even provided yet. This has resulted in waiting a long time for a mediocre car wash that is not worth 31.99. And workers not really caring. One more membership canceled as I have been realizing that staying loyal to businesses like this is not worth it. I will go back to hiring a teenager or just washing my own car in my own driveway. read more

I have two vehicles and this is the only place I get them washed at. The team at this location is friendly, efficient, and ensure you leave with a clean car and smile on your face. They tend to get pretty busy on the weekends, especially around lunch time, but I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes from the second I pull up, to the second I drive away. I find the "works" washes to be the best value if you don't want the monthly membership, but they always have good deals and specials going on, which is great if you're into keeping your car clean and looking good. read more

Don't waste your money I would give it a zero if I could. Got "suckered" in toa $50 wash yes $50 asked about the VIP as I wanted the inside of my car wiped down. Guy taking the $$ snowballed me that this $50 "special wash" was "well worth the extra money. ha ha ha what a joke honestly I could not even determine if the inside was even wiped out....I know my center counsel wasn't for sure and none of the area around the screens they were still all dusty. In addition the entire drivers side of my car was all water spots and my back window the cleaned it I guess but did not even bother move the back wiper to get under it so large dirty spot all around the wiper. Never again will I go there....a better wash and dry at the places that charge $10 what a joke...should have read the reviews before I went. My Daughter bought me a detail on my car for my birthday. I made an appointment for 8am. I arrived on schedule and was told 2 to 3 hours, and I had to wait because I only have one car and no one to pick me up. Seven hours later and speaking to them multiple times because I saw them doing other cars in front mine I got my car, half way done, carpets soaked, dashboard a mess and windows on passenger side dirty. That cost 194.00!!!! But they gave me a certificate for a free carwash. So I swore never to go back there and gave the certificate to my daughter who has/had a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it went through their system to wash it, it ripped off her rack from the top of the car. They said oh "we are not responsible!" DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CARWASH IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR OR EXPECT ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I went to Jackson's and was sold a $40 unlimited car wash pass. A long story short the THREE times I've been here the pass doesn't work. I have to go through a huge ordeal with everyone trying to look up my stuff. Corporate was called and they were going to "fix" it. It's now a week later and nothing has changed. I feel ripped off.
