Horrible wash. Spent a lot of time showing them all the dirt that was missed. Not going back

Service on drive was okay. Asked for full detail and got some "special" deal. I didn't believe they were cutting me some great deal...but I was willing to pay the $235 for full interior detail and exterior 3 stage treatment. My Tahoe was a mess as my dog rides in the back daily and I figured that would cover them getting it clean. Was told they'd call when truck was ready. By 5:45 still hadn't heard from them. I called and told me truck was done and keys were in the convenience store. Picked it up and inside was clean. Looking at it today in the daylight I'm less than impressed. All visible surfaces were clean but between the split bench in back was not clean. The back hatch when opened was not even wiped down still muddy and dirty. Windows still have residue around the edges. Shiny and clean from a distance but serious lack of attention to detail. Won't go back. Should have checked reviews first. read more

Purchased a monthly pass. It was on special and decided to try it out. They did not process it correctly. Got hung up trying to get in the gate, twice. Both times my wash was incomplete. No tire dressings no wax or sealant. Went in to find out what was wrong. Took the girl over an hour to find my paperwork. During which time she called me a liar. Accused me of not purchasing it on several occasions. Even after I showed them a bank statement. And then told me I did not know my own name. As my receipt was linked to someone else's name for some reason? They made me repeat my name three times and at one point told me, no, that is not your name. After an hour of searching she finally found the paperwork. (With A little giggle) "oh, here it is" as if it was funny. Do not go here, go anywhere else. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with Jackson's. Both times the customer service handled it poorly. And both times were at different locations. I should have known better read more

DON'T GO TO JACKSON'S CAR WASH!!!!!!. I have tried them several time because I live in the area and like to support businesses where I live. Every time I have tried to give them a shot my vehicle looks like a 5 year old kid washed it, everything is half done. They have poor management and no quality control. read more

Paid for VIP wash and they didn't wipe anything down on the interior and forgot to use the air gun to get out excess water from cracks/crevices. Took them 3 minutes to dry and dress the car. Obviously the guy didn't care. Unfortunately this is my third bad experience in a row, but first time to review. For $20 it's time to find somewhere new. read more

Wow management here is an absolute joke!! Went to get my car washed here today and had a Danny's free car wash coupon. Asked the guys in the front line if they could honor it even though they have switched there name to Jacksons and they agreed and took my car through. I went to pay for my wash and the guy said he's never seen the coupon before and had to get his manager to see if they could honor it or not(after the guys already said they could) I said okay but make sure they don't take my car through the tunnel until we make sure the coupon will work. The manager came over and said no we don't take these coupons because we haven't been apart of Danny's in a year and a half but I will give you 5 dollars off for the trouble. I told him to forget about it, and I'd get a car wash else-where. He radioed over to the front line guys and told them what was going on and they said my car already went through the tunnel and it was too late (after I told them in the beginning to make sure it didn't go through unless the coupon worked) then the manager proceedes to tell me I owe them 15 dollars for the wash. Are you kidding me??? Is this how you treat your customers? will not be returning! Thanks for the half ass job Jacksons! read more

HORRIBLE! Do not bother if you value your time. Their "Express" car wash is a scam! You have to wait behind all of the cars getting the full service car wash. You have to wait for the workers to put all of those cars through !! Not to mention the workers try to cut in front of you with more cars. Zero Stars. Do Not Do Business with Jackson's Car Wash. They pressure you to buy more services and don't inform you of No Refunds on the back of Prepaid Services Agreement. I was directed to corporate to inquire about a refund. The General Manager did nothing to understand my request and couldn't even remember my name. For a business that needs repeat customers, they sure missed it on this one. I mean, it was prepaid service, no lost to their business. But they rather be cold in their response to my request instead of building a customer relationship. Kind of sums up how they treat customers, you're only as good as your money. read more

I will definitely not go back to this car wash. The second I pulled up, I started getting a sales pitch about replacing my windshield. The guy said that he would give me a free car wash today just to set up an appointment to have someone from safelight come out and take a look at it. I didn't even get much of a chance to respond before he and 2 others were making decisions for me about which wash I wanted and getting my insurance info. I was wanting to come in and get a high priced wash because my car needed a lot of work but he started shouting at someone to give me the 2nd lowest level car wash but to charge me for the cheapest one without even asking which service I wanted. This, by the way, is not a free car wash, but rather a free "upgrade". (Bait and switch much?) So I walk inside with my 3 year old son and the sales guy is talking to me and introducing me to his boss... Saying they just need to call my insurance Company to see if I have glass coverage because I was unsure as my husband set up the policy. I asked them SPECIFICALLY if the call was to make a claim (because I definitely did NOT want to file a claim that day) and they flat out said no. So I told them to go ahead. So they are talking to my insurance rep and after a minute, the guy hands me the phone and the rep starts asking me questions.... I stop her and ask her if this call is filing a claim and she said yes it was... so I immediately stopped the process and told the guy I wasn't comfortable doing this and that I would rather let my husband handle this kind of thing and he got an attitude and huffed away. REALLY FEELING SWINDLED AT THIS POINT. So I go to pay for my car wash... My basic, low level car wash that I didn't even want in the first place, and wait for it to be finished. I would expect that even the lowest level car wash would include a vacuum and a dusting of the dash (and considering I supposedly got the next level up, even more so) but my floors are still filthy and my dash and most of the interior is still incredibly dusty and I had to ask for the scent to be put in even after I specified beforehand which one I wanted. I basically paid $15 (plus a $3 tip prior to seeing the end result, because I'm a nice damn person) for an exterior wash and that is bullshit. Not the mention the hassle, headache, and annoyance that came with the whole windshield thing. I just came for a good car wash and left with nothing of what I came for. Stopped at Jackson's to get my car washed on Thursday, February 9. While gathering up my things to go wait, the employee helping me pointed out a ding on my windshield and asked if I wanted to talk to their glass guy, which I did. I had been driving around with that ding for a while, but just never got around to taking care of it. The glass tech, Robert Widdison, explained that fixing the ding would only take a short time, and that he'd call my insurance right then and there to assure it was covered, so I agreed to have it fixed. Well, Robert did just that, and it was 100% covered! This already great, unexpected service got even better when I was told that my car wash was absolutely free for letting Jacksons Car Wash fix the ding in my windshield! Terrible terrible. Been sitting here for 40 min and they still have no touched my car to dry it and clean the windows. Horrible job cleaning the inside of the car. Bring back Danny's...at least the car was clean back then. read more

WORST..CUSTOMER SERVICE..EVER!! Have gone there several times in the past.....customer service gets worse every time...from the first "greeting" to the cashier to the guys outside. I paid $16.99 for a job that my dog could have done better!!!! I was a customer of Dannys for years. I had my cars detailed every two to three months and always very happy with the results. This new company is a joke!!! For $16.99 they only want to clean the outside, I was told if I wanted the inside cleaned that I would have to pay for a detail. For $16.99 I do still expect the entire car to be cleaned. I saw someone using the vacuum on my car, not sure why it did nothing but absolutely nothing was wiped down. I paid for the tires to be cleaned and they did spray something on them but never used a towel to wipe them off, the cleaner was just dripping off and smeared all over my rims. read more

I live semi nearby so this should be my "go to" car wash. I will drive miles out of my way to get my car actually cleaned somewhere else. Every time I go here it is disappointing. If they would just clean the windshield I might be tricked into thinking they actually did something. The windshield, the windshield is what,....maybe 5 feet across, 3 feet tall, and they somehow miss it completely. My suggestion is simple, if you find yourself about to get in your car and hand over the obligatory tip, simply tell them run it through again, go get a cold beverage and wait. Maybe the 2nd time they will clean the entire car, maybe but I doubt it. read more

My review is for the Peoria, AZ location; 8369 W Bell Rd and occurred on 3/11/2017. I arrived at this location about 15 minutes before closing. I asked for The Works and proceeded into the store. I went to the counter and handed a Danny's Family Car Wash coupon to the cashier. The cashier scanned the bar code and told me that she could not honor the coupon. I asked why and she said that if the coupon was purchased in 2013 and if it was purchased in 2014 or after they could. I told her that I had been using them all along and was never told by anyone that there was a time limit or expiration on the coupons. She never apologized but kept repeating the 2013 information. I told her I understood what she was saying but didn't understand why no one ever told me. In my frustration, I tossed my credit card on the counter and it slid toward her. She said "I guess you want to use this card" and swiped the card. I stated again I didn't understand why no one told me about them having an expiration and that I had seven more coupons and that I was not happy to be losing my money. The cashier had no response, just ignoring my statements. I signed the receipt and stepped to the side for the next customer to complete his transactions. That customer asked the cashier how she was and she responded "I was doing fine until a few minutes ago. I almost made it through the day," and continued to complain while I stood a few feet of her. I walked away, but then realized that I should have her scan the book of remaining coupons because the one I gave her was not attached to the stack. I returned to the counter and asked her to check the purchase date of the remaining seven coupons. She didn't say a word and began to scan. After scanning a couple I told her that because they were connected together there was no need to scan them all because they must have been purchased together. She looked at me and said that they were from 2013. I put out my hand to take back the coupons. I calmly said that she may not want to complain about a customer to another customer while they are still standing near her. She looked at me and said "You were rude to me, so don't expect me not to be rude back." I said that she needed to understand the difference between a customer expressing frustration and being rude. She then grabbed the two way radio and said "David, I need you in here right now!". I looked at her and said "whatever" and walked toward the exit door. As I was walking away, the manager David, came to the counter and asked what was going on. I continued walking out the door, as I was, the cashier threw something on the counter and while walking toward the back room said "She threw her f*!king card at me". David came out after me and asked again. I explained my frustration and how I was treated, that I was not happy to lose $80 and that I should have been told there was a time limit by someone when I had been using them all along. He offered to comp my wash and I told him no, but that I would never use a Jackson's Car Wash again. When my car was done, I did my usual walk around the car and found road grime on the driver's door, bugs on the hood and bumper, dust on the door panels and on the back speaker deck of my hatchback and the hatch had not been vacuumed. I pointed out the grime and bugs, which the staff took care of. It is very disappointing to pay for a service that is not done properly and to have an unbelievably rude experience with the cashier was the last straw. I will not be back and will be sure that everyone knows about the experience. This is what I sent on the Jackson's website. We will see if I receive a response. read more

I went to Jacksons for a VIP car wash. Went I got home I noticed the back seat on the passenger side was all wet and the carpet in the back was also wet on the same side. I took my van back and told them and showed them the back seat. The manager, Richard, would not come out to talk to me and told the worker to tell me they are not responsible. Horrible customer service and I will never go there again. read more

OMG!!! I went there to get an expensive car wash because I needed my interior wiped down and didn't have time for a detail, plus it was on my way home. No one tried to upsell me, which was nice, but the work was HORRIBLE!!!!! I paid $25 for the VIP wash. I went to get my car and the floor mat on the driver's side had leaves on it, the attendant said that it was probably on someone's shoe, so he shook it out. Had to have him wipe the back of the driver's seat for overspray, there was no car scent put in. I finally had to leave, as I was driving noticed that there was still dust on the places they should have wiped down. I get home and open up the hatch and nothing had been wiped down. I could go on, but I blame myself for leaving without looking as much as I should have. Next time, I will go back to Cobblestone on Bell rd and the 51 to overpay for a good wash, at least they are more professional. Jackson's Car Wash shouldn't still be in business, I'm amazed, I guess it is because it is the only place in the vicinity. I will never go back here again. read more

Jackson car wash no longer does a complete hand dry on Express cars. When they were Denny's, they always did for Express wash. Now, when you drive away water comes out the doors, mirrors and grille so you have nice water spots all over the car when you get home! And I agree with the other reviews, the workers outside are pushy on selling higher priced washes and other services. I'm from NJ so use to the con. read more

Wow, I should have read these post before contemplating getting a car wash at Jackson's. I use to frequent Danny's before the change and received decent washes. I can't say anything about the finished product because I never even made it into the wash. When I arrived there were about 6 cars in their staging area and parked behind a single car. Got my ticket and went inside to wait. About 20 minutes passed when I noticed my car hadn't made it into the wash so I stepped outside and noticed they were just starting to vacuum it out. I waited outside for another 20 minutes for them to clear all the cars from the staging area (needless to say a bunch more after I arrived). Frustrated now and knowing at this rate it would take at least another 40 minutes to finish a basic wash I told the guy I didn't have an hour to waste on a car wash and left. I would not recommend anyone to use this wash unless they have a couple of hours to burn and by the sounds of these other responses for many more reasons. Totally irresponsible! read more

I went there today to get my car washed .When it came to dry it off and go over it .They did a very very bad job drying off my car and i asked them if the inside windows were cleaned .They said yes and they were not clean .They said my car was ready and it wasnt they didnt even dry the bottom parts of the car still had water and they didnt even blow it off .Back by the trunck was still all wet and they didnt even clean the marks off the windows that they write on .So i got a towel and went around my car and dryed it off my self .The guys were to busy talking and not working on the cars .I did say something but i really dont think they care .They didnt even ask if i would like a free one next time .Not very happy with them .You dont mined paying for a job well done but not today read more

Wish I would have read the reviews before I brought my brand new truck here for a wash and wax. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your car washed. I did not spend $20,$50 or even $100. I dropped it off for 3 hours and spent $200 for a hand wash and the first wax. The wax job was decent but the interior of the truck was not touched at all. When I came to pick it up I could see the marks on the window where the window sticker was. Dash, seats and mats exactly the same as when I left it. After they washed it the truck must have sat in the sun because of the water spots now etched on my Windows. To top it all off they scratched my right fender flare before I have even made the first payment. I did a damage report but have low expectations on recovery. Waste of time and money. read more

Terrible. I will never take my car there again. Not impressed with employees. They are not cognizant of who has been waiting in line. Had other cars show up after me and they went through before me. Actually said that I was there before these other cars and that mine needed to go before. No response to my statement and the other cars went in before mine. The man hosing the car off prior to it going in is the one who gets in the car and moves it up to the rails. He was soaking wet, his hands were soaking wet and in my car he goes to pull it up. They finish drying my car, I went to get in and the door jam was all wet, the floor mat has been displaced from the circles that hold it in place. I'm struggling to get it re-aligned before the employee offers to take care of it. I was driving into the morning sun today and it appears the interior windshield had cleaned with a wet rag. All streaked and not even clean, even with the streaks, it was as if the cloth barely touched the windshield. The steering wheel felt dirty (not like that when I brought it in) and there was water on the passenger seat. I have never gone to a car wash that did such a bad job in my life. This culture comes down from corporate. It's about turning the cars out quickly to make as much money as they can. There are only so many cars that will go through there one time and one time only so I don't know how long they think this will last. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I took my brand new car in for a VIP car wash after it was done I went to my dental appointment. When I got out of the car I noticed a scratch on the hood of the car. Of course I was very angry, my brand new infinity q50. The next day I took my car back to Jacksons and I talked to CHEWY the manager. He was very nice and very professional, he said he would definitely take care of it. After he observed it with one of his employees, they were able to read about the scratch. It wasn't as bad as I first thought but still Chewy assured me he would fix it none the less. They definitely deserve a good review they work very hard and it's not an easy job. I talked to CHEWY and he said since they changed and now were Jacksons their business has greatly improved. read more

This Jackson company doesn't know anything about customer service, worst car wash. 1 guy to vacuum all the cars, same guy drives it to load into car wash, 2 guys writing tickets and had to wave him down, 3 guys wiping down cars with 10 in line and they were so rushed it was the worst. Streaks on windows, didn't wipe down anything on outside because it was dry by the time he got to my truck. SO MUCH BETTER WHEN IT WAS DANNYS!!!!! read more

I remember Danny's used to get some bad reviews so when I saw all the negative ones for Jackson's I just ignored it because Danny's had always been good. Well I was wrong. Jackson's was just as all the reviews promised. Sales rep was extremely pushy I made it clear I was on lunch and I had to leave in 45min (I had called ahead to see what their time was right then for washes). He said if I upgraded to a wax and polish that would buff out some scrapes I had (new garage smaller than my last I misjudged the turn) he would throw in the car wash and he guranteed (used that word 3 times) I would be out in 30min. Well 20min rolls around and my car is behind 4 others. I called a coworker and they agreed that in 15min they would come get me. Sure enough at 40min they took my car around back to the detailing area. I went back there where they informed me that they had at least 30 to 40min worth of work to do. I was pissed but I had to leave. I was late back from lunch but I made it back just in time for my customer installation. So another hour rolls by and now my car is done and I can't go get it. 2 of my amazing coworkers agreed to go pick it up because I'm still on my instalation. So I don't get to see the car till 7:30pm when I'm finally done with work. It looked like I had gotten a $20 wash not a $100 polish, wax and wash. Not only were the scrapes that he garunteed to be gone still there, but there were new paint chips and a new scratch. Also the windshield wiper flew off when I was driving. They may have cheated me (that's what it feels like) out of an extra $80 today but they've lost not only my business but my coworker's business as well. read more

I am absolutely disappointed of the service I received at this location. They totally ripped me off as well as lied. I called to have my car detailed on the inside. I spoke to Jason, the manager, and he stated I needed to have the exterior washed as well. I asked if he could just clean the inside because we are expecting rain and I didn't want to pay for an exterior wash. He advised that wasn't an option and said he'd help me out with the price and only charge me $90.00. I dropped my car off and said someone else would be picking it up. They called me 40 minutes later to say my car was done (detailing a car takes longer than 40 minutes). When they went to pick my car up, they noticed my car was dirty on the outside. When confronted, Jason, THE MANAGER, argued and refused to wash the car. When asked to speak to his manager, Jason said he was the manager and there was no one above him. Finally, another man came out and said just wash the car, so they did. Once I got home to see my car, I noticed that my car was not detailed. The inside is dusty, and it's still dirty. It looks like they just vacuumed the inside and just wiped it down, and did a half ass job with that. I do not recommend this place. They rip you off, provide shitty service and don't even do the job you pay them to do. read more

If there was a rating less than one star this place would get it. My last two experiences show that since becoming Jackson's the only interest is hard-sell of things you don't need instead of actually washing the car. Two weeks ago I took the car after a road trip. Got it home and saw that the front bumper was still full of bugs so was the sideview mirrors. Took it for another car wash this weekend and got the car back the interior had not been wiped down. The windows and mirrors were smeared with wax or some kind of film because it was dried with a dirty towel. The glare in driving the car as a result makes it almost impossible to see. I called this evening to express concern politely to the manager, Spencer. Spencer's reaction basically was he did not care that I even called to complain and that he was losing a ten year customer. And he did not offer to rectify the problem. Bad Service is one thing, bad customer service even worse. I will get the word out among all my friends who drive both nice and regular cars. I was reluctant to write a bad review, but I had such a terrible experience that I felt the need to warn others. As soon as I pulled up I was pressured into buying a more expensive package. Even after turning down the request the person persisted. After convincing him that I didn't want to pay more I went to wait for my car. I watched people that came after me ( even with the same package) drive away as my car sat at the front of the line. Over 25 minutes later I got into my car only to discover that the seats were all out of line ( one fell forward), the car was still dirty inside and the mats still had dog hair on them. A very nice gentleman named Titan noticed that I had pulled over and he asked if I was satisfied with my car. When I showed him the issues he immediately told me that he would re-vacuum and clean the back. As I was waiting in the vacuum line another man noticed I had a small spot on my windshield from a rock. He tried to get me to fix it. When I told him I had to leave to get my kids he told me how he hates that everyone uses that excuse and it would only take 3 minutes. Really?! I will never go back to this location again. If it weren't for Titan I would have given this place 0 stars. They need to train their staff to be more professional and to clean the cars properly. Don't go here! Came in on Tuesday to "baby my baby" paid $117 to have my car detailed. Tuesday evening I turned on my driver side wiper did not work. I sent an email to this location about the damage. I stopped by on Wednesday and spoke to Luis. He took pictures and stated it looked like the arm got bent. He took my name and number. The GM just called me and told me that he will not take responsibility for the damage. Nor would he reimburse me for the detailing as the service had been provided. He stated that his technicians do not touch anything in the car, but the keys. I must have left the automatic wiper on. I told him I am the only one that drives my car, it wasn't on, and as far as not touching anything that is not true because the radio, was turned to a different channel, seat was moved, etc.. so more than likely his technicians could have bumped it on. I have not been back in the area until just recently. Did notice Danny's no longer there,now Jacksons. Tried it last month, not good. I ask about up grade discount, they said none, prices are as posted. On the driveway, a guy was all over my windshield, I ask what he was doing and he said looking for cracks. Told him I wanted a wash, not a windshield. I bought the basic and after that, not so friendly other cars went ahead, guess they bought the more expensive wash. Saturday after the rain Friday you would think they would be busy, not so. Only four cars on the dry line and very lazy guys kinda drying off the car. In the past, when it was Danny's, there was hustle and there would be 20+ cars on the dry line. I noticed they did not clean the inside of the front or rear windshields, ask the guy to do it and he did his best at being put off because I ask him to complete the job. You know when you drive past a restaurant and no cars out front, there is a message. Jackson's has the same message. read more

jackson car wash located west bell road and 101 peoria, not going back, the car was half cleaned, wheels were sort of wiped down and not cleaned even though i paid to have them cleaned, looks like they had used a dirty rag for the inside, and my whole car had hard water spots all over which my husband had to wax off after i got home and clean the wheels, inside of car himself......won't be back... read more
