There seem to be no car washes that do a good car wash. If I pay to get my car washed then I expect it to be throughly cleaned. I paid for the VIP car wash earlier today. I watched one of the workers half ass clean the tires. If your going to clean them then clean them. When I got in my car, the center console was half cleaned as there was still dried coffee on the side and marks on the inside of the doors. I'm sure you would get more business if you actually fully cleaned the cars as that is what your customers pay for. Disappointed. Still looking for a decent car wash. read more

After moving to Phoenix a little over a year ago, I was excited to find a one-stop-shop for my car so close to where I live. When they were Danny's, their car washes were amazing.... Even the quick, inexpensive washes I was amazed with. Since the re-branding, everything has gone downhill. The quality of their washes is terrible. I don't like spending the time to walk around my entire car and point out things that need to be fixed, so I often get home and find myself buffing things out (water spots, armor all inside, windows, etc). I understand that it's a relatively inexpensive wash, but I shouldn't have to fix something I've paid to have done. Now, the service center.... I have been taking my car there for oil changes since I moved here, as well. I came from a small-ish town where I had an oil shop who knew me by name, always asked about my family, and were incredibly honest. At this place, I have had to take my car back to them several times after services, because plugs weren't tightened on. Luckily, I caught the leaks before they became an issue, but again, you shouldn't have to be cleaning up after someone you paid to do something the right way. I also ended up with a transmission leak very shortly after visiting them, which could be a coincidence, but considering my car is a 2012, and it has a sealed transmission, that shouldn't have been an issue. I think they messed with it to try to check fluids on it, and I ended up having to spend $400 to get my transmission serviced. I will never bring my car back here for service, and will only bring it back for a car wash in times of complete desperation. (Which will be rare, since there is so much competition in the area). read more

The worst car wash I have ever been to. Every location is horrible, I've gone to three separate locations now and paid for the best "VIP" wash they offer. They sit there and try to up sell you on getting a detail blah blah blah but they can't even manage to get the dirt of my vehicle when paying for a "wax" hire some employees that take pride in work or at least manage them and keep them to a certain standard. read more

I stopped at this Jackson's Car Wash a couple of months ago and was treated so poorly that I swore I'd never go back. Well, never say never. I gave it another chance today and it was the difference between day and night. Courteous, friendly and a very nice hand wash. They even gave me a veterans discount. This car was is back in my good graces. read more

Guys up front are friendly. Option of either staying in your vehicle or having them run it through for you. Offer basic to extreme cleaning.

This place sucks. Takes forever and expensive. We have been here 10 minutes and they haven't moved the car yet. I won't be back. There is a much faster and cheaper option on Shea by the 51. read more

Pretty awful car wash in all. Spent $25 plus a $5 tip for a car wash that didn't even fully vacuum the inside, didn't wipe down the dash very well, left water spots all over, and gave it a quick 1 wipe missing all kinds of spots. Could've just spent a little more somewhere else and got a full detail. Don't even bother with this place. Not to mention the guys bombarding you the moment you get out of your car. read more

Done going here. Paid a lot of money for the ultimate interior and exterior cleaning with oil change. Was quoted an hour and a half. Came back after two and was told it'd be another 45. Checked in after another 45-60 minutes and was told it'd be another 45. Got my money back and cut my losses after they hadn't even started. Sounded like someone else got hosed too. They said it got busy, but it sounds like everyone that came in after us got ahead of us. read more

There were still bugs on my windshield and my rims were not clean. None of my floor mats were placed back correctly in my car and they did not vacuum my console . This place has never done great work, but today was a new low. I will not return. read more

I wish I could take stars away. I went to get a basic car wash. I've had this new car less than a week so there wasn't a lot for them to do, just vacuuming the front floor boards and wash the outside. When I pulled up, the nice young man explained that the automatic wash was down and that they could only do hand wash which was taking about 30 minutes, start to finish. I said that was okay, so he wrote on my back window and walked off. A minute later, another guy walks up and informs me that he's charging me $35 for the hand wash. I said it wasn't my problem that their equipment was broken, but he refused to honor the basic wash price. When I protested he said that he'd give it to me for the basic, but that it would be over an hour wait as they would service the customers paying the full price first. This is my second craptacular experience with this company. I won't be giving them a third strike. read more

I just went to Jacksons Car wash off tatum and got "the works" wash with premium wax.. once I got into my car after they had finished, my rear view mirror was faced down and when I turned it up right, I noticed it had been cracked. I turned around right away (with in 30 seconds of me leaving) and told them. They wrote down my name and number so they can have cooperate call me on Tuesday or Wednesday... it is Saturday today. It was one of those things where every one says "hmm idk?"... Accidents happen, and I'm not saying it was done on purpose, but clearly they were not being careful enough with some one else's property. I'm alittle frustrated, because I just simply went to get a car wash and vacuum job done ... UNSUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE. Hoping something good comes out of corporate getting in touch with me when they do. I just went to get my new car washed/vacuumed ... and I left with the vacuum job being less than subpar and my rear view mirror being broken.... Don't think I will be going back any time soon. I could not believe that ANY business could have such horrible service. 1 car wash. 1 hour. If you are in the slow lane...watch out. After rolling up my window to stop the windshield sales man, and then having to beg for the car wash I wanted, without upgrading, they put my car on hold. I'm certain. I went there for an oil change, they took my phone number, said they'd call when car was ready, I said I would probably stay in the lobby but decided to walk around, I was not there when my car was ready, I got back to the lobby and sat they for like 40 minutes. The man who took my order came into the lobby twice, saw me, but never told me my car was ready. The cashier didn't either. They just let me sit there waiting....waiting....waiting...Well, I hope that the oil was changed correctly but I have no way of knowing it. The car was washed well enough to satisfy me but no tip when I feel like an invisible old lady and no one bothers to let me know my car is ready. read more

I drive a lifted F-250. Been getting ultimate hand washes religiously for two years here...generally pay $60. They raised the price to $90 and don't wash the mats anymore. Wash jobs are normally ok but never great... but $90 is ridiculous. Will never go back. read more

My daughter took my Jeep to the Paradise Valley location to be cleaned on December 10, 2017. Upon completion, she saw that a piece of the gear shift casing had been broken out and there is now a gaping hole. She left a message for that location's manager, John Johnson, who said he'd get back to her with their resolution. On December 29th, she finally contacted him again only to be told he would not take responsibility for the breakage that occurred during their possession of the vehicle. I contacted him directly as well and he told me the same thing, saying that since my Jeep is a 2004, it's too old and probably just fell apart. I informed him that it only has around 65,000 miles on it, is in excellent condition, and wouldn't have simply fallen apart. I then called the corporate office and left a message for the operations manager, Matthew Teneyck. He has simply ignored my call and refused to call back. I find it interesting that their website says "Family owned service you can trust," yet they have broken something on my vehicle and refuse to repair or replace it and, even worse, simply refuse to show the common courtesy of a call back. I am heartsick that it will be up to me to get the gear shift casing replaced at my own expense after trusting Jackson's with the care of my vehicle. They have exhibited a shameful lack of professionalism and "service you can trust!" read more

I haven't gone to Jackson's in two years but since the other one in the neighborhood close down I gave it a try today. It is worse than it was two years ago they did half the things that I paid for and I had to go back and ask them to do it right and help them clean things again like I did two years ago. this place is a waste of time and money don't go there. After a great weekend at the Scottsdale Princess Resort, my friend and I were heading back to Tucson when a service light shows up on my friend's dashboard. We went to auto zone to put coolant in her car when we also notice her low tire pressure icon and decided to go to shell across the street to get air. The gentleman in the convenient store told us if we went to the car shop they'd gladly do it for free. Michael at Jackson's helped my friend and showed her where the nail was and was going to help her put on her spare but she did not have the lug nut key and they didn't have one big enough. He advised her to go to Walmart and checked on her coolant to make sure everything was fine. Turns out there's a leak but minor repair. She just need to tighten the clamp/replace it. He also continued to point out that she should replace her windsheild wipers. My poor friend who was completely oblivious to all these things her car needs was so thankful. Michael did not need to go above and beyond and help advise us on all these details since we weren't even paying customers nor were we purchasing anything from them. Michael gave great service and was honest, which is what i appreciated the most. Sadly we live in Tucson so we probably won't be coming here but i cannot leave Phoenix without giving a 5 star review for his awesome service. Thank you Michael! read more

I got my car detailed here yesterday - despite the negative reviews, I had come in the distant past for basic washes and had been happy enough, so I decided to give it a try. The detail cost $120 - very expensive, but my car is 8 years old and has never had the interior detailed so I decided it was worth it if it would really make it 'like new' as the salesperson promised. I pointed to a few specific places I wanted to make sure could be cleaned, like the steering wheel and door handle that had accumulated some dirt, and was promised it would all come off. I dropped my car off and was told to return in an hour. An hour later, I stopped by and saw my car sitting in the detailing area. I walked over only to be told that they hadn't even started! I was told another hour. I left and ran a few errands, calling back 2 hours later to see what the progress was (as they told me they'd call when it was done). I was told another half an hour. I went in half an hour to find them still working on it, tree sap still stuck to the outside, which I was told I would need to pay more to remove. The inside had 'new car' scent, even though I clarified twice I wanted vanilla, but that was the least of the issues. The steering wheel and console had not even been wiped down! For $120 'detail' they sure overlooked a lot. All the grime came off easily with a quick wipe of the rag, showing that they hadn't even bothered cleaning it at all. Today, I opened up the cup holder to find that the foam cushion is gone except for the very center that is glued down - I guess they ripped it off while cleaning and got rid of the evidence, as it is nowhere to be found in my car. I'm worried to find out what other things were forgotten or broken over the next few days... After $120 (plus tip) and a 3.5 hour wait I expected a lot more. The only positive things I have to say were that the floors are very clean now and the guy who did the final checkout (not the one who was actually did the detailing and overlooked so much) was very nice. Went to Danny's for years and recently started going back to the Tatum location again because it's convenient for me. Gosh, do I hate going there because of their hard sell tactics. Had a bad experience last visit only weeks ago when they aggressively upsold me to $100 service and this time I only wanted a basic wash. I was on the phone and told them what I wanted...they wouldn't stop trying to sell me. One guy even came after me when I was paying to try to sell me on another service! And I was on the phone! They don't care they just want your money. For the second time in a row I just want to get the heck out of there. Feels like a used car dealership. I'm going to find a better place. read more

First, let me say, DO NOT waste your money here. This used to be a Danny's Car Wash, which was one of the worst places I've ever taken my car to be cleaned. I thought now that it's Jackson's it might be better so I gave it a try. Unfortunately, it was worse than expected. I brought my car for a basic wash and vacuum. The attendant was bored and uninterested. I very clearly indicated I needed a little more vacuuming inside and after barely acknowledging my request, he directed me to the waiting area. After getting my car, I literally could not believe how terribly the interior had been cleaned. Crumbs and dog hair still everywhere, it was nearly impossible to tell it had even been TOUCHED by a vacuum. I couldn't believe it. The dashboard had been wiped over with something and was streaked. I didn't bother tipping and ended up taking it to a do-it-yourself wash a few days later to actual get it clean. This place is a joke, whoever is in management should seriously consider a new career path other than running a successful business. read more

I loved Danny's car wash but when Jackson's took over I noticed a horrendous change in the service, how they put the cars in order and it takes FOREVER to get your car completed as they do not have enough staff and charge a small fortune. This place cannot stay in business very long. I took my truck in this morning for an express wash.(83rd Union Hills) I had driven through a mud puddle and there was mud on my running boards and wheel wells where it had splashed up. No mud anywhere else. The attendant Took a look at the mud and conferred with another gentleman. The other guy held up three fingers, and the attendant told me that it would cost $30 to wash my truck. Needless to say I didn't get my truck washed. I drove a mile down to Costco and had it washed for $7.99. The attendant at Costco looked at the mud and said we will run it through one time and if it doesn't come off the first time we will run it through again. I did not have to go back the second time. Jacksons must have looked at my grey hair and thought I was an easy mark! read more

I read all the reviews and was leery. My car was so dirty you could grow potatoes on it and i needed an oil change. I was surprised how good the service was. They changed the oil and checked fluids etc. They showed me what the battery was and what it should be and mine was not the best. I told them I had a Sears battery and would check and see if it was still under warranty. No problem. They were great no up sell. I did go to Sears no warranty left and got a quote . There's was a 2 year for about the same price as Jacksons with a 5 year. Everyone was great! Glad I went! read more

Today I visited this location for the first time. For years I was a customer of the Northsight facility while Marcos was the manager. But the quality of service has deteriorated in the last few weeks. The push for services I don't need is annoying, to say the least. The quality of the finished product is not what it used to be. When your name is called and you point out areas needing attention, you get the "look," as if..."this is the best I can do." If you had asked for Black Ice, forget about it, you don't get it. So today, I took my Jeep for a VIP wash to this location. I asked for the manager, Marcos recognized me immediately. I told him the areas I was concerned with and the final product exceeded expectations. This facility is larger than Northsight, and the friendly professionalism of everyone working there is second to none. I will continue my membership for years to come. Keep up the great work Marcos! Paid $35 for the VIP car wash for my truck. Had to point out all the things they didn't clean which was included in the price. They try to upsell you when they can't even do a mediocre job in the first place. Had to tell the guy to clean the wheel wells, bumper, inside wasn't properly vacuumed; only driver-side door was cleaned, leaving other three doors dirty. This has been the case every time I've gone there. A shoddy, poorly staffed business. read more

Sadly we must give a star. I live on a meager fixed income. This car wash was a surprise for my wife. I asked at the entrance that they make sure of one thing -- that the back window of our small car was clean. I noted after the wash that the final attendants had not done this at all, and I asked the gentleman "discharging" my car to check. He went over it quickly, apologized for the poorly done work by "his incompetent guys" and said it was done. As soon as I drove into the sun I saw that most of the rear window was still untouched, though some was streaked (no part was clean). The seat also had a small, fresh stain and there was considerable dirt under the mats. I called today and was told the manager was too busy to take my call. I said I was a dissatisfied customer and insisted on speaking with him. The young lady say "well -- no, he said he was busy" and hung up. Normally when you a leave a car wash you want your car to be cleaner than when you took it in, not the case at Jackson's. My car looked horrible. The manager told me that the only way to get it to look better was to get it waxed. Imagine his surprise when I told him that it was just waxed 3 weeks ago. I took the time to actually wash and dry the car myself in front of their employees and customers just to show that if you do it right, no problems will exist. No employee offered to help me. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS BUSINESS WORTHY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! The work is sub-par at best. There is NO customer service. Took my Cadillac in for a wash and when finished, I found my driver's side mirror shattered and sitting in the passenger seat in my car. Nobody approached me to explain an unfortunate mishap. They just dumped it into my car without a word..WTF did they think I wouldn't notice??!? When I asked what the hell, I was given the 'no liability' response. I told them I wasn't asking for liability, I wanted to know why they wouldn't come to me, offer an apology at least and maybe another shitty free car wash or two. Instead, what I got was a douche bag who tried to tell me that there must've been a pre-existing condition with my mirror. It wasn't brain surgery dickhead it was a car wash. He wasn't having anything to do with attempting any customer satisfaction. He was too busy sucking the food out of his teeth as he pretended to listen. The front end staff are rude, badger you on up-sells and then cop an attitude after you decline the third or fourth time. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Fast and efficient. Some people always think a carwash is a detail. But they actually do a good job.

First time visit for car wash and kudos to the staff. Car came out very clean and this was the first wash location that I was asked if anything needed a touch up. My main concern here in the valley is the inside front windshield never gets touched other then moving the existing dirt around. They actually took the time to redo the inside and it is amazing!!! I've gone to this location for years when it was under previous management. I won't be going to it again under the new "management." I took my car there on a slow afternoon. Mine was one of three in line for service. I paid and went out to wait for my car. I waited and waited and no car for 25 minutes. I suddenly realized I had forgotten and not left the key in my car and walked around to give it to them. I asked, "why didn't you let me know you didn't have the key?" The response was, "we paged you." I hadn't heard any page. To make things even worse, it was another 25 minutes before my car was finished. Absolutely no sense of urgency, and clearly no one demonstrating any responsibility for serving customers. They've spent a good deal fixing up the facility, but appears they've cut back on supervision and customer service to pay for the renovation. And did I mention.....they increased the prices! read more

Cloudy day with chance of rain, but car was in need of a wash. Only one other car there, so I thought I would get good service, but I was wrong. I have had better service at a quick drive through with an attendant that works for tips. I had to ask them to at dry off the roof. When I got back I ended up cleaning off the windows myself, removing droppings from the hood, and wiping down all the doors. In essence, I should have went through a drive through since I did most of the work. I regret the tip I gave sincr it was before I saw their effort. read more
