I scheduled an appointment to get my car detailed at 9:00 am on a Monday. 5 hours passed and I still didn't get a phone call to let me know the status of my car. I called them and could not talk to anyone directly... it was an automated voice service. I left a message and they told me that someone would contact me. After another 2 hours I decided to head over to pick up my car. They had my car for over 6 hours and it still wasn't finished!!!!! They told me they were busy. Then what is the point of making an appointment? I told them I would come back the next day to pick it up. I showed up around 10:00 and they informed me they just finished shampooing my seats so everything is still damp and drying. Beyond unacceptable. I will never ever book this service with them again. I spent almost $75 on uber rides due to this inconvenience. I even tried to contact corporate through their website and the link wouldn't work. They didn't even do that great of job on my car. I had purchased a detail package and when I took my truck in to redeem it they said they could not do anything to the exterior. My truck is a 2006 so yes the clear coat is peeling. When I purchased the detail I was told they could make it look amazing. They offered to do the full interior detail which is not what I needed. They then said they would wax it and wash the floor mats. It looks like they basically ran it through the car wash and that was it. Expensive car wash to say the least! Do not ever use this car wash. They ran my car through the entire wash with a window down and when I asked the manager Shyloh for an incident report he said "he will not do it because it's not their responsibility to make sure the windows are up". My entire front seat was full of water including the touchscreen dash and he said "nothing will happen this has happened before and the car was fine. I usually clean it myself but this particular day I decided to pay to have it done. I went to Jackson's. My car looked shiny! When I got into my car the front seat still had hair all over it. I told the attendant and he said, "Oh, I'm sorry they missed a seat." I was annoyed but decided not to wait in the very long line for vacuuming. Later that day, I opened the back door of my car and quickly realized they didn't vacuum my car AT ALL! That was the main reason I went there! $40 for tire shine??? That's basically what I felt I paid for. Shame on me for expecting different from a turn & burn business. I had already ran it through wash at Clean Freaks but wanted the inside cleaner. Wasn't expecting a detail service, but damn... Didn't count on having water leftover on seat, streaky windows, cup holders and similar without vacuuming, dirt wiped on plastic trim/edge under back hatch, half-assed cleaned wheels (package I paid for specifically addressed wheels). Adam, a manager, did try to make it better but I was over it. They say the vacuums are "too big" to fit into cupholders. Really? They fit just fine at Clean Freaks. Never returning. PS: I see your rating at 1.5 stars. Management, you may want to look into why your rating is so dismal. You may do fine turning and burning cars, but better to have QUALITY over quantity. read more

I came here for a one time wash. I was paying my bill at the drive thru kiosk and an attendant came up to me and said "we have a promotion running and you can get another wash before the end of the month and it's only $10 instead of $16 ( the price I was about to pay for a single car wash) so I said cool why not. The guy then took my phone number and license plate which I thought was strange but was in a hurry so I didn't think much about it. A month later I get charged $21 for what I found out was an unlimited car wash program. I called to get it canceled and refunded and the manager acted like I was in fault for not "realizing" what I was signing up for, when instead it seemed pretty obvious this car attendant gets credit for signing individuals up for unlimited washes and scammed me. She said she'd refund me and come to find out I was refunded $10 ... lol. Definitely won't be back. read more

Paid for an interior detail and I'm really disappointed. I won't go back. For $150 and over two hours I would expect the car to look better. Didn't clean the vents, didn't clean the mirrors on the sun visors, did a lazy job on the back seat. When I got into my car, there were papers strewn on the passenger floor and throughout the back seat. If I could give zero stars I would do it. I just had the worse experience you could have at the car wash. I have been going to this car wash for years. I would have overall a good experience. However today that ended. I was in a rush to get my car wash and continue with my day when I got back in my car. I didn't realize that my spare tire cover was missing until a couple of hours later. I called and after being placed on hold they verified that my tire cover was there. I said I would be by later to get it. I come to get my cover and it took over 20 minutes for the on duty detail manager to be located. I literally had to take my tire cover and go locate him. I then realized while waiting that my cover was cracked. I pointed out how unprofessional his unresponsive action was and showed him the damage. I asked what will be done to make this right. He told me it's common for spare tire covers to fly off in the air dryers. And some owners take their's off and put it in the trunk area. I asked why isn't that the standard if you know it could lead to damage?! He told me it was nothing he could do. It took everything in me to not yell a big ole f u. I then went and cancelled my subscription. I will never in my life go to another Jackson's car wash. I don't care if they offer it for free! Their lack of attention to detail and take ownership of their preventable damaging cars is extremely problematic. I now join the one star raters! read more

Wow, my truck was absolutely thrashed and I purchased a detail that was actually over a year old and when I brought it in, I was told they wouldn't take care of me because it was expired until the manager looked over the receipt and said yeah, no problem we'll take care of you. I dropped off my truck at 9:30 AM and picked it up at 4:30 PM. I was met by Jason the detail manager who took me to my truck and let me look it over. All I can say is I wanted to hug him as it looks so amazing, I don't know why this place has only one and a half stars I'm sure it's because everyone's got an opinion but I will say for what I paid. They did an amazing job and Jason was a really nice guy and I feel comfortable bringing my other vehicles here so if the owners or managers read this, give Jason a raise him and his crew did an amazing job. I don't know why I keep coming back here. Every time I'm disappointed and just shocked at the poor job they do. Like the basics! I got the VIP wash for $40, which includes everything. If the outside of the car is still dirty, it's not clean! OBVIOUSLY! There's dead bugs and bird poop still. They didn't do my back seats or back floors, didn't vacuum, didn't wipe the seats down, they were still covered in dirt and dog hair. Didn't wipe down any of the interior or my doors. Ugh I'm not the kind to leave bad reviews but I just wanted to share because I was super disappointed with my car wash. So I first introduced to Jackson's car wash in Chandler. I had the best car wash I have ever had. It was pricier but I don't mind paying for good service. I was super impressed they were so detailed and I was so happy. I am now in a new area and I found this location. I am highly disappointed that the quality did not match. I pay for Ultimate car washes which is supposed to be the best kind. They did not vacuum thoroughly nor even bothered to wipe down. Mind you my mats are dirty, and I didn't expect those to be cleaned but underneath them it was still a mess. Please refer to the pictures below. I still tipped because that is just who I am but I feel pretty ripped off. I will say I went around 4:40 which they close at 5:30 so not sure if they just wanted to rush me out of there but that's not fair to the customer. I just left here and was extremely disappointed, I got the VIP car wash which included the inside of my car and my tires and my mats cleaned and my car looks almost the same except its clean on the outside. Not to mention I was charged for 4 floor mats but only have two. There was dust on my stereo console so I know it wasn't even touched and whatever they used to wipe down my interior it left a weird residue all over the place (see pictures). I should have checked the reviews- this place is horrible. I paid $250 for a full detail and wash and seal- happy to pay for an amazing product- witch I was promised. I was told it would be an hour and 2 hours later they aren't done - the manager lied to me multiple times about how long it would take and ended up disappearing. The staff was sitting around chilling while my car sat there. I was handed the wrong keys and also my mats weren't put back in my car. I got back to my car the floor mats were still dirty, black smudge on my white seats, and road tar was still on the side of my car as if they gave me a 10-dollar wash. In fact have had better car washes from a gas station car washes. Please don't make the same mistake I did and bring your car here for a wash. When I brought this to their attention they informed me I did not pay for the Matt's to be cleaned after the guy talked me into it to clean the entire car. This place is very disappointing. I got my car washed yesterday and chose the least expensive deal, I am unemployed and live paycheck to paycheck. I understood that all they would do is wash the outside and wipe with a wet cloth the inside; however, the area where the shifting gears are inside was not even touched. I went home to wipe the areas again! Back in December, 2022, I chose a $39.99 wash. They did not do a good job either. I regret tipping before I saw the job that was done I still had dust on my interior and on the exterior I could see rag marks and many spots that just looked u touched. I would give this place 4 stars for the car wash, but I am taking off two stars for the lack of concern for COVID precautions. First of all, I had been to this place (pre-COVID) for a car wash and had remembered it as being an express wash place where I could stay in my car and drive through. When I pulled in the driveway, the attendant signaled for me to pull in to the far left lane, which I later found out was a full service lane (I think the express wash lane that lets you stay in your car is the right lane). They told me to get out of my car and one of the employees walked over to it. All of the employees have masks, but not all of them are wearing them (and half of the ones who are wearing them have them pulled down below their noses or chins). Such was the case with the guy who got in my car. I asked him to put on his mask before he got in, which he didn't seem too happy about. As I walked towards the store to pay, I realized that the first guy got out of my car and another guy (again, who didn't have his mask on) got in and drove my car up to the wash. Once out of the wash, a third guy (without a mask on) got in and drove my car up to the place where they dry off your car. I get it, it's hot outside, especially if you have to wear a mask all day. But at least pull the freaking mask on when you go inside someone's car. It's just common courtesy. I won't be back here anytime soon. read more

This is the third time I've been to the Jackson car wash on happy Valley. I would highly recommend them their prompt courteous and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. My detailers were Casey and Ashley and if I have any needs in the future such as calibration for my car.
