I used to go to this location all the time when it was Danny's, but I hadn't been back in a few years and was surprised to find out it is now Jackson's. I was also surprised that the price of the interior detail service has doubled! An interior detail + exterior wash now sets you back $120. Whatever, my car needed to be cleaned so I bit the bullet. I sure am glad I did! Even though they took longer than they had quoted me, I was extremely pleased with the final result. My car literally looks brand spankin' new! No cigarette smell, no scratches, not one speck of dust. Perfect. Also a big shout out to Danny. He took extra special care of me and my car, and just gave really great customer service overall. He knew it was taking a bit longer than expected and made sure to check in with me multiple times while I was waiting. I went to Jackson's trying to get an oil change. Went inside to figure out where I needed to go. The cashier in the building attached to the car wash/service area wasn't wearing a mask till I approached her. When I went outside to talk to the service guy he was more focused on the car wash which I didn't want and the guy who was talking to me was also not wearing a mask (never put one on) and was right in my car window. He seemed very annoyed that I didn't want the wash and kept commenting on how my car was going to be dirty. So I left for jiffy lube. read more

Elmir, Sergio, and Jason are the only guys I trust touching my car. I've grown up doing motor sports first hand and know the difference between having a good mechanic on your side vs not. Elmir has been someone close in my life for 10 years plus and I'd never recommend going anywhere else. The level of trust I have in these guys is impeccable always providing 5 star service and quick turn around times. The experience in this shop being able to pull apart a motor in an afternoon to dropping one out of a car all together in is impressive no matter make, model, or manufacture. I came here to get my car detailed. They offered us half off a full interior/exterior detail. We jumped on it. They told us 2.5 hours. I call 3 hours later and they say 2 more hours. Seriously???? I was stuck at a bar spending money and livid. They tell my fiancé they won't give us a discount because they failed to be done in the time they stated and ruined my plans for the evening. I visited Jackson's on 5/7 for a detail. I had recently got one done on the same car and it was awesome. Actually went back and tipped the detailers and additional $30 for the great job. Not so much this time... I asked for the same detailer and found out he was moved to another location due to poor service at that location. I asked for the same job and was told the price had gone up to $299 for the $99 I paid previous. Upon looking it up, the guy said I only got an interior detail. Wrong. One of the biggest problems with these guys is the constant wheel & deal approach to pricing. We went back and forth, and by the way, the customer NEVER wins here and I decided on a $40 wash, which included a wheel well polish and leather treatment. They left $60 on the table due to their own stupidity. Picked up the car after work and it was OK. Water spots, no interior scent, no vacuum of the rear of the car or behind the seats. No wheel well detail, etc. Horrible. I guess if I was getting the $16 "free" wash they throw in, I might have understood. I don't want the free wash, just do the wash I paid for correctly. I have been a customer at this location for years. I am done. Although it is convenient, I will not put up with a bad product. I have used Jackson's many times for car washes and have never been disappointed! They always take great car outside and inside of my car when they clean or do the oil changes. However, I have replaced my windshield twice with their glass services. The first time, they forgot to put the molding on the side of the windshield back on. I contacted the company and told them, they said they ordered it, but I never heard back from them to get it installed. The next time I replaced my windshield, I told the gentleman about what happened. He told me he ordered new molding and would come back to install them within a week. I never heard back from Jackson's OR the guy who installed the windshield. I tried calling him multiple times, left voicemails, and never got a response. Overall, if you are using Jackson's for a nice car wash or oil change, this is a great place! If you are thinking about using them for glass repair, be wary. read more

First time coming here because my car was in NEED of some TLC. Right off the bat they were super nice and they even fixed my little fender bender in the front, I thought that was nice because they didn't have to do that. They were extremely thorough and worth the every penny. I was unaware of the early bird special and I was kind of on the fence about paying the $19.99, but come to find out the cost is $5 cheaper if you go in the early am! So worth it!! I will definitely be coming back. Their customer service was unlike ANY car wash facility I have ever been to. Very pleased and happy my car finally looks like it did when I first got it. Well that was my first experience, second experience I have no idea what happened. But totally different. They didn't clean the inside as thoroughly still have little brown spots from my morning coffees all around my stick shift and my passenger side mirror still completely filthy with all the monsoon rain and dust storms (it doesn't even look like it was touched) First experience was amazing, the second experience I can take a finger to the dash and its still dusty. With that being said I'm on the fence about returning. Edit (06/22/18, 9:10 am): the owner contacted me to say they limit discounts to one per customer. I completely understand that. However, the 0.20 per gallon off was 2.34, while the car wash was discounted by 12.50. If I were given the option at the pump, I would choose the car wash discount every time. I was not trying to game the system to get both, since the manager refunded me my wash minus the 2.34. I was more than happy to pay my fair price; the fair price on Wednesday is different than any other day and should be properly advertised as such. read more

Saturday morning at approximately 11 am, I went to get my car washed at Jacksons Car Wash at Tempe Marketplace. I just wanted a quick wash but as I was exiting the car, I mentioned to the guy up front that there were a couple of spots on my backseat and I'd appreciate it if they had something quick to get it out. Immediately, the guy said he had something they could put on the seats and that it would only take a couple of minutes. I really didn't want to pay the additional $25 to get it done but thought it might be a good test in case I got future spots on the fabric. I paid and then waited for my car to come through on the other side, just like I'd done many, many times. There weren't many cars there that day and the guys on the line were playing around like they were in a men's locker room. Still, I wasn't looking for quality. I was only looking for a quick wash. The problem started when instead of calling me over to come get my car, one of the managers jumped in the driver's seat and just left. I went up to one of the guys on the line to ask where they had taken my car and they told me it had been taken to the detail department. I was immediately agitated because I wanted a quick wash, not a detail. I was explaining this to the guys in the detail department when the detail manager came up. I told him I didn't want the detail service any longer, that I realized he had to deal with the problem someone else had created, and I just wanted my money back for the service that hadn't yet been performed. And btw - even though my car had just been on the wash side, there was still heavy visible dirt on the car just behind the wheels. The car wasn't even clean! That's when the guy who had sold me the seat cleaning came up. I flat out told him he misled me, that this service wasn't as he described it. He argued with me and told me that it would only take an additional twenty minutes...which is no short amount of time! That's when the facility manager, David, jumped in. I, again, reiterated that I just wanted my money back for the service that hadn't yet been performed. David's response was to tell me to calm down and stop arguing with him so they can do their job...and they made me wait on the curb for twenty minutes while they performed a service on my car I didn't even want. These people are money-grubbing thugs and at one point, all 5'1" of me had three grown men, who were supposed to be managers surrounding me and yelling at me. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, DO NOT GO HERE. This place is dangerous. They ripped me off and held me and my car hostage. I probably should have called the police. And for the record, this incident happened on Saturday. I left a message at Jacksons corporate office immediately after this incident occurred. It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard from them. So don't let them fool you by popping on here and acting like they want to settle this incident offline. A lifetime of free carwashes wouldn't convince me to step one foot back on that property. I have visited this location on several occasions prior to today and I always leave satisfied with services provided. I am always embarrassed when the service attendant asks "How often do you get your car washed?" I know he is asking this question to try up sale me their monthly packages for express wash but I feel so bad for neglecting my car. I have the stupid $5 car wash vouchers they gave me to make up for smashing my car. Also I went right to Tempe Marketplace after. Oh and you say you have no record.....duh.....Yours guys wouldn't admit it. You actually think they would write a report for this. They did fess up for stealing things, but not the damage. I took my car in today for an interior/exterior clean. Upon just returning from a road trip the car definitely needed the interior clean. I chose the middle wash $24.99 knowing that would work fine. I have been a customer here for a very long time and left today feeling very disappointed. Upon having my named called notifying me my car was done, I get in to find the interior in the same condition I brought it in. There is NO WAY the interior had been cleaned. I had to pull to the side and spend 20 minutes vacuuming it out myself. The dash and other surfaces had not been wiped down either. To make it worse the exterior was spotty and had dead bugs all over the front still! I pulled around and chatted with a manager who said what do you want me to do, so I took it upon myself to return to the cleaning area asking them again to clean the interior. They appeared to have cleaned it again with no noticeable difference. So now home to clean it myself. I don't expect miracles for $24.99 but I do expect that you will do the right thing and actually clean the interior out. As for the manager nothing was done to acknowledge my concern or even an apology given. They are in the process of remodeling, not sure how they will stay open conducting business on this low level. As for me I will not be returning, pretty sad when this used to be your neighborhood car wash that offered good service, those days are sadly long gone. read more

The Worst service I've ever got. It says "full service ", but it's definitely "No". The guy told me to leave key and pay the bill at cashier. Someone drove my car into machine without turning off the wiper which was damaged by it. And when I claimed that the manager called it's my own fault not theirs. They felt nothing wrong with it. But no body told me or ask me if wipers auto-detection was turned off ?And the sign was far away from parking lot to let customers see it. How ridiculous! Possibly the worst car wash ever. I paid for the VIP wash but they barely touched the interior. When I cleaned the interior myself later, I could see where they made lame attempts at cleaning-literally one swipe with a dirty rag on two of the four doors and they cleaned the dash. So I went in for a car wash and Abel convinced me into a full detail and buff to restore the dull paint. Oxidized? It was garage kept and no white oxidation just dull paint. I was promised 2-3 hours to complete the work. Being in a wheelchair I don't have the affordability to wait around comfortably in their establishment, so I took a bus home. This was at 10:10 am. At. 3:30 pm not hearing anything back I went back to see what was going on. To my disgust they had just started work! They started giving excuse after excuse , the main one being two people quit. I said I didn't have time to wait for them to finish as they hadn't called me to let me know what happened nor did I have the ability or desire to sit and wait. We agreed I would bring the car back. When getting the car from the back the guy working on it said sorry it didn't get done but people quit and he wasn't a detailed he was a vacuum guy. I brought it back Saturday morning at 8:30 am. Told the detail manager DJ I believe about everything and he said that guy who worked on my car prior was a manager at a detail shop .... oh the lies they told! I called because once again no communication from them at 3:10 and they called me back at 3:40 saying it was done.... NO IT WASNT! They had my car now for a total of 14 hours and the work was unfinished and they made nothing but excuses. In fact the wheels were untouched and when I took my finger with a little saliva on it and cleaned a spot he said well you have certain oils on your finger and that's why you got it clean... wow! So I took it to a different Jackson's and TJ said they were trying to convince me because they did a crappy job, 'but you know that ' he said. Yes I did! So TJ did a far better job after another 6 hours (20 in total) but they never fully detailed the engine as I paid for, they damaged my paint on the passenger door, I had to clean the sofa from the driver window because they were going to use a Brillo pad but then said the issue was in my tint, yet I got it off with a straight razor right in front of them. NEVER go there! They offered a refund but after 3 days of my time, an unfinished car, and damaged paint a $200 refund is far from fair! These guys are the absolute worst company and I wouldn't recommend allowing them to steal your money for work they won't do and then take your time and give you excuses in return. read more

Came in on a Saturday shortly after they opened. Requested the Ultimate Wash ($40) with the leather conditioner and disinfectant as my two options, later found that the wash itself was $30 and each add on was $5. Would have just bought the wash if I knew. Especially since the first person I met tried to upsell me to a $120 wash and when I said no he tried to give it to me for an extra $20. I laughed hard on the inside, he tried to upsell me 3x for something that only cost them an extra $20? Terrible. But I get trying to make the sale so I let it go. When it came to drying there were only a few cars there at the time. My car was done ahead of cars that were there before me. The interior was sprayed with the leather conditioner so it was all wet which I understand but the problem is they sprayed it even on my dash, all the interior buttons, gloss black trim which made everything sticky, without wiping it off. There were stains on my interior windows both from me and the conditioner which I specifically asked for them to focus on that they missed. The exterior was still dripping wet as well in my door sills, door handles, trunk area, and front fascia. They have compressed air that should have pushed the water out but it seems like they didn't use it for my car. Ended up spending more time at home wiping down everything. I can understand missing spots here and there but I felt that they didn't put in enough attention to me even though I paid for the most expensive wash on the board. Everyone has their off days and I understand that it depends on who I get working on my car. Just disappointed that this isn't the first time this happened. So for $29.99, I drive my own car through the wash, park my own car after the wash, an attendant vacuums my car, applies dressing to my tires and that is it. What happened to the interior of the car getting cleaned? Windows are no longer getting cleaned either? How about a nice car scent for the interior? Nope. I can and will go back to Superstar Car Wash and spend $15.00 and get the same service. I can vacuum my own car. The $15.00 at Superstar Car Wash includes the Tire Dressing as well. I had a tiny crack in my windshield. The sales rep said my insurance would cover a replacement and that it wouldn't affect my insurance because we're in Arizona. I said no because it's such a small crack and I'll do it if I get another crack or this one grows. Then they said if it cracks again, they'll redo it for free. I got a crack in the new one less than a week later and brought it back. They said the free replacement didn't cover it but they could bill my insurance again. I looked over the paperwork and they billed a nice, expensive windowshield to my insurance company but used a cheap one on my car. Then my insurance went up. This happened when it was Danny's, so hopefully things are different now. But just know the sales reps will say anything to get you to use their services. read more
