Unfortunately, everything was the same as last time. Here's my experience: Parking: no one was here! I'm not sure if it was due to us being a half hour early, but we got a first parking spot! That was a plus Staff: they were all young but all so nice and pleasant. Experience: You aren't allowed to go into the theatre unless it's 15 mins before show time so we sat at the bar. As mentioned, staff Aplus! Food: Food came fast but everything was overly greasy, and cheesy. Felt like I was eating fake food if that makes any sense. No fault of the staff but SMG needs to do better! Their food selections and quality use to be so much better. Theatre: The buttons didn't work AGAIN and everything was sticky. It was so gross. I felt like I was being held hostage in the projects. Like someone was pranking me lol The theatre had an odor similar to that of a daycare (sticky floors, diapers, old food) idk! Not my cup for tea! I had them come back a week later to add recessed lights. The lighting in the kitchen is amazing, it had been very dark! Photo is right after the work, includes some of the holes needed to run the wires. We needed to paint anyway, so will have the painters repair the ceiling. I highly recommend Marco and his team!

In general, they leave a lot to be desired in the way of customer service and the store manager is not much help. But, I have encountered Andrew in the garden dept. several times recently and he is just a great person to work with. He always listens, he is committed to helping his customers and he is just so patient. When they call for help in Lawn and Garden he is always the one that shows up. He is so polite and has been so helpful, I'm unable to lift very heavy items and he helps me load and then unload into my car. He should teach all new hires about real customer service. Today while I was visiting, Devarion went out of his way to help me. The holders were located in the front of the store near the entrance but, I wasn't able to find them after asking two associates prior. Devarion took the time and escoreted me to the front of the store, far away from where he was working. After spending sometime looking, I decided to give up, but Devarion didn't. While I was standing in line to pay for something else I wanted to purchase, he approached me with the pole holder I was looking for after I had given up! Devarion was so professional and polite. I really appreciate this level of customer service and I was so unexpected. I truly hope Lowes acknowledges, and shows appreciation for employees that value customers, which is hard to come by these days.

So I had received a Target gift card for Christmas and just so happened to run completely out of…read morecat food, so I decided to venture out tonight. Note to self: never go out to shop the day after Christmas again! Everyone was flooding the store trying to make returns/exchanges and probably just looking for last minute post-holiday deals as well as using gift cards they had received. I decided to go to this location for the first time, as I was already in the area. I usually go to the Peachtree Corners location and prefer that one, as it is usually dead even post-pandemic. In any case, everything seemed well-stocked. I found the wet and dry cat food I needed without any issue. When I made it to the self-checkout area I was redirected to the end of a huge line that was wrapping around to the end of the store. So if you wanted a cashier or to self-checkout it was all just one big line. I was almost ready to give up when I saw how many people were waiting, however, I am glad I didn't because the line actually moved a lot quicker than you would think. I spent about 15 minutes total from wait to checkout time to be out of the store. That's faster than waiting in the self-checkout line at Walmart Jimmy Carter or Walmart Duluth, I know that much. Those can take a good half hour sometimes. So I can't really complain I guess lol. It was an okay location, but I'm guessing because of the complex they are in and being right off a major intersection they are still usually this busy no matter what. I would come back if I had to, it's just a little out of my way and busier than I like, but overall not bad.
