I ended up choosing them bc they are a "one stop" shop - I didn't want to have to book a bunch of different contractors for what I wanted done. They started on a Monday and were done by Thursday end of day. They are the hardest workers Ive ever seen. They worked from 9am until, literally, the last cast of sunlight. I'm kind of a pain in azz and Juan handled me and my random text messages/questions quickly. His cost estimate was on point as well. They cleaned up after themselves and were great all around. Unfortunately, moss removal was work they did not perform. Despite that, Sebastian went onto my roof to assess the situation. He informed me that my roof was still in good shape and did not see the need to replace it. He did refer me to another company. His integrity, along with his timely response, was much appreciated. I will definitely reach out to him to replace my roof when it is needed.
