Just purchased a vehicle from Ultimo motors. I looked for the auto I wanted for approximately 4 months so when I went into the dealership I was not looking for someone to convince me to buy the car they wanted to sell. I was approached by the salesman who stated, look around and let me know if you see any you're interested in and I'll get the keys. There was no rush and no pressure. The purchase process was swift and efficient. Upon leaving the dealership and driving at a high speed I felt a vibration in the wheels. However I knew the car was a lease turn-in so I thought I may have to buy new tires. When I got home I made an appointment to go into a Mercedes dealership to have the vibration checked out. They found a cracked and bent rim. Contacted Jacob Fence through another large company that said they were tied up till the end of the year. They recommended Jacob. I called, left a message and they called me back. Had a brief conversation and submitted pictures of my fence. I got a text later that evening that they could do the job on Saturday (4th of July) and the cost. They showed up prompt like they said they would, very professional, and got the job done! They even brought spray paint to make sure old spots looked new. I've been trying to get a fence company for months to help me repair my fence, but because it wasn't a large job, nobody would help me. This company does it all and I was very impressed with them. The garage of the abandoned house next to mine collapsed leaving me with a twelve foot gap. Since I was having that filled, I also replaced my alley gate. Jovanni was on time for the estimate and subsequent communication with his company was always within a reasonable time frame. Jovanni was a master perfectionist and I am quite happy with my fence. He even added an extra bolt lock at the top of my fence since I had chosen to go with the cheaper pine (I inherited this from the previous owners) and Jovanni said that this bolt would help to keep the gate from inevitably warping too much. His estimate was in line with the larger companies that I asked to come out, but ultimately, I chose this definitely family operation over the bigger guys and I am quite satisfied. read more

Jovanni and his crew did a fantastic job redoing a 170 linear ft privacy fence that was recently installed incorrectly by another company. I hired this crew to come and do the job right and that's exactly what they did. They showed up first thing in the morning and worked until it starting getting dark. These guys pulled up and replaced multiple post that twisted, readjusted every single panel, repaired 2 gates that were installed wrong, added 2 other gates that were never installed by the previous contractor. They are very responsive via text or phone calls, they gave fair/great estimates, and they presented good workmanship. So much to say to express the gratitude I have for Jacob fence. After so long of putting off getting a new fence. I finally decided to get the job done. From start to finish, Giovanni and Wilfredo were there to answer my concerns and tackle any detail in the price and job design. Jovanni is awesome guy ! He did a great job for me in one of the 360 degree theater. Other welder took a lot of time to do but it was like piece of cake for him. I gave him second job again and did awesome work with his helper. Now I've 3rd one coming little challenging but I've very confidence on this guy.
