Jacob's is the best in Spokane. I have had them come out (free of charge) several times to do everything from rock chip repair to repairing windows broken by crooks. They are fast, responsive and do quality work. I've sent everyone I know to them for anything glass. To top it off, they are far and away the most affordable. What more could you ask for? I usually don't write reviews. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!! I brought my 1975 f100 in rebuilding and was hesitant with price. Safelite wanted 340.00$ say wtf!!! JACOBS did it for 230.00$ with new front window and seals. Of coarse all jobs differ but to do it timely, fast and very caring no B.S.. they talked to me let me take pics for a scrap book and had coffee, candy, and wow like real chocolate candies lmao.! Both times I've gone to Jacob's Auto Glass for help they have been fabulous and friendly. The first time, he came out, took a look at the windshield, and gave me the honest truth I didn't need to replace the glass; very appreciative for the honesty so I wasn't wasting money. Finally, I really needed the replacement (rock chip rapidly spreading due to the cold winter weather). While on a trip from Vancouver to Minneapolis, my husband and I woke to a smashed rear passenger window in Seattle. We were planning on driving from Seattle to Columbia Falls, MT that day and every repair shop we called didn't have our window in stock. So we taped cardboard and plastic to our window and headed east. About an hour west of Spokane, our makeshift solution started coming apart. We called Jacob's to see if they could create a temporary covering that would last until we reached Minneapolis. Not only did they get us in immediately, but they also created a strong temporary cover for our window and did not charge us for it! They really helped me out. I was unlucky enough to find my window broken overnight on my Subaru Impreza hatchback (the small one on the back). After calling around he quoted me less than half of what the dealership had. He even went above and beyond and found the "rare" (dealerships words) window at a junkyard to help keep the cost low. Best. Service. Ever. I had shopped around and been quoted around $600-800 dollars for a windshield replacement on my car. Called Jacob and he quoted me less than half that price and offered to do it within the hour. I was on lunch from work so an hour worked in my schedule. Installed scratched windshield in my truck on friday. I noticed it when i drove the truck sunday morning (when the sun hit it) i called monday morning to let them know about the scratches. They asked me to bring the truck by. When I did, they told me i scratched it by washing it with the gas station sponge/squeegie. Which is pretty silly considering that my mirrors and side windows were not scratched. They offered to install another windshield and not charge for the labor, they would just charge for the windshield. Im not buying another windshield if they wont stand behind this one. My wife and I were looking for repair on a factory window tint that had failed. Jacob was 1/2 price of what other auto glass places quoted, which made me wonder if he would do a good job. I wanted to support a local glass shop. They came out and replaced my windshield on site efficiently. No leaks, no worries. The only hassle I had was from the "Third Party" insurance representative. They called right at dinner time, asked the same questions more than once, their computer was "slow", etc. They even called my husband within 12 hours to repeat the process again! I understand Jacob's Auto Glass had no control over that end of the transaction. I would recommend them and and use them again if needed for any auto glass work. read more

I originally scheduled to have Jacob's come out to service my windshield in the parking lot at my employer. Jacob's was easy to schedule and the price quote was terrific. Upon starting the install, the installer realized my van had a special molding that was not included with the window. The bad news, this molding was not available except through the dealer and would be more than $500. Yikes! Jacob said he had been able to salvage and re-use the molding but I would need to bring the Van to his shop. I accepted, and the technician carefully clear taped the window panel to get me by until the next day. When I arrived at the shop, Jacob immediately met me, knew who I was, and assured me they would do their best. Jacob personally did the repair. I don't know what I would have done without their service, honesty, and willingness to put in the time and effort necessary to repair my window. I know this was more than they were expecting and certainly took them more time and effort. I will never use another shop and will recommend them to anyone I can. read more

Wow! I'm impressed. Fantastic customer service and the best price in town! Jacob, you and your business are First Class! I left a late night message asking for an estimate. I received a full response by text (which I requested) with quote by 7am. Jacob's quote was the best price by far. Not only did Jacob communicate with me promptly via text with additional questions, but once I said I was ready to move forward with the windshield replacement, he got me in 20 minutes later! I used Google maps to find his establishment which is located in a nice area with signs helping to guide you. I pulled in and handed over my keys to an employee. Without delay, they took my rig into the shop. I was very pleasantly surprised with the waiting area ambiance. Actually very impressed! Large and comfortable with fresh coffee, cold water and snacks! There is plenty of comfortable seating in a large sized waiting area, including a plush leather couch and chairs with free wifi, a beautifully maintained large fish tank, cable TV on a good sized flat screen and a well stocked (with newer, clean, vibrant toys) children's play area that is attached to the larger waiting area but also separated by a wall just enough to make sure that adults can see their kids but also let adults relax. I settled in and enjoyed the amenities. Before I knew it (45 minutes at most but felt faster) my car was pulled back in front for my inspection. My windshield was literally spotless and my vehicle and been vacuumed and smelled of light citrus air freshener. What a pleasant, unexpected touch! The work is all warrantied. I also asked about window tinting and they again gave me a very competitive quote! I will never go anywhere else! I will update my review after my window tint which I am looking forward to as well as some more relaxing time in their waiting area! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with any other auto glass replacement or tinting businesses! PS: They also offer mobile service! Thanks again Jacob!
