One of my best friends just paid them thousands for a car, and literally her FIRST time driving the car the check engine light went on and she discovered the car had a cracked engine!!! She took it back to them and they said that she was just unlucky and did absolutely NOTHING for her. KHAN (the manager) was completely unsympathetic and didn't even offer a single condolence. They even said it's HER FAULT for not researching the car more thoroughly. My friend is in our Military and was literally on her way to drill and this happened. This is how they treat our military and their paying customers. An absolute scam!!!!!

Needless to say, I did not have the title in my name yet as it was sent in to the DMV. I found a beautiful 4Runner online and it was at Phil's car lot up in Sanford. I explained to him my situation with my title and told him I was just waiting on the DMV to issue the title so I could collect the insurance money for a new car. He bent over backwards to help me out, without any financing to avoid predatory lending. Phil and his team are a good, caring and highly professional group of car salesman. All his vehicles are well priced and in great shape. He is an honest man and I'd buy from him again with no hesitation.

Service Department- I had an appointment to get a recalled…read moreairbag replaced in my Honda Insight. I asked if they could change my oil too if they had time. I only had an hour to spare and heard that changing the airbag took that long..and they were pretty busy. I waited in their lounge and an hour later I was done and out! They replaced my airbag, changed my oil, refreshed my tires, AND swapped out the recalled battery I had that I didn't even know about. Perfect! Only paid $51 which is great because usually my oil changes at Valvoline are at least $60. So I'll definately be coming back!
