I had issues of…read moredetermining how to schedule my time to travel to inspect the vehicle and shipping it home if I bought it. Then I thought of hiring an auto broker. I contacted Chris and I shared my situation with him. Professional ... courteous ... reliable ... Just three words to describe Chris and the level of service he provided. From our initial conversation, it was clear that Chris's mission statement to advocate for his clients truly was his mission. He immediately gathered the data he needed from me and he was off. Less than 48 hours later I purchased the car I was considering. Chris saved me time and money. I didn't have to fly to see the vehicle because Chris drove 1.5 hours to look at the car, test drive it, inspect it and give me his opinion. He assisted in helping me secure the financing and even caught an extra charge that did not to be included in the contract. I highly recommend Chris and his company. This experience was truly wonderful.

My husband & I went with our daughter for support on buying her first car. The dealership would've had her paying way more a month on her car payment, but Terrell got them below the payment she asked for Needless to say, our daughter was very very happy with how Terrell was able to help her buy her first car I would recommend Top Car Negotiators to everyone who wants a new car to choose Terrell !!

This place is a joke. I was interested in purchasing the EV Hummer they had listed on their…read morewebsite. It was listed as having 43 miles on it, the Carfax said the same and showed that it came with an off-road package that had side assist steps. After reaching out to them, three individuals texted/emailed me. I ended up corresponding back and forth with an individual named Brandon and set up a time to meet this morning at 11am. In an email with Brandon I did ask again about the mileage on the vehicle to confirm it was 43 to which he said yes and referred me to the Carfax. I arrived this morning at 11am, after a 45 min drive and after some initial whirlwind introductions (lots workers and people inside a small office) learned that Brandon was just a scheduler of appointments and not a sales person. The Hummer was located and brought up. My husband attempted to open the back door of the car using the remotes and neither remote would open it??? The sale person had no clue why this wasn't working or how to open it. I found the outside button and finally got it opened. The sales guy then told us the car had over 250 miles on it??? We then noticed that the side assist steps were not on the vehicle. At first I thought they were ones that opened/lowered when the car was opened, nope they were missing. The car looked so unfinished with them gone. We then informed them that we were no longer interested in test driving it due to all of this. When I mentioned the mileage dispute they tried to explain to me that when the got it at auction it had the 43 miles, but they had to get it to their location and test drives, etc. While I do understand that, your website should mention that it was purchased at 43 miles, but now it has this many. It was then brought up that I had been communicating only with a scheduler and not a sales person to which my response was then he should have said let me connect you with a sales person to answer the question. How was I to have known he didn't know anything about the actual car.

Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable. He will guide you through the process of buying a vehicle. I was a first time buyer so I had no clue whether to buy or lease. Stephen will advise you to test drive as many vehicles as you possibly can and then give you the pros and cons to buying/leasing. He was crucial in getting the mileage raised on my lease to 20K/year as well as all the options I wanted. The car will be delivered to you pretty quickly. Once that happens, he'll guide you through all the features just to make sure that you are taking full advantage of all the vehicle has to offer. Overall I've had a great experience and would use Make & Model for my next lease.

Less than 2 weeks later our 10 year old daughter was discharged from chapel hill nc hospital from a massive surgery. The grey Dodge Journey that my husband bought RAN HOT! We were told that WE had to get the truck towed to the car lot. So I looked around and found someone to tow it but to my surprise they wanted US to pay for it. Remind you I'm telling the owner we have no family here we have no ride home, he goes to telling me I'm getting off subject and YES this is the owner I was talking to. I replied with SIR let's be professional and boom 8 hours later we finally ended up home WITH MY CHILD IN PAIN! They did not return the car until the next week meaning my husband couldn't get to work for a week! We got the truck back finally and it did the same thing.. only to have to call back for the lady at the front to say well at least it's getting fixed for free.. come to find out the machinists didn't tighten something on the engine. So he so called fixed it.. then the next day it happened again! I finally got up with another owner meaning the first guy I talked to was not the owner!
