THE EXPERT for Seamless TV, Audio, Internet Systems We wanted help choosing and installing a new TV and hiding the messy tangle of wires at the junction of our TV, audio, and internet components. What we got from Justin was much more! He started with a free in-home consultation. Justin recommended a size and type of TV that was right for our space and gave us the option of purchasing it ourselves or having him supply it with a price-matching guarantee. He also found some wiring issues and weak links in our TV and audio systems that were greatly degrading image and sound quality and took the time to explain the issues to our satisfaction. He offered a reasonable and detailed estimate to install the TV and address the connection issues and scheduled a date to do the work soon after. Justin and his capable assistant arrived on time and got to work. They soon discovered that our ethernet connections had been improperly installed so that we were not getting the promised high-speed signal for our TVs or home computers. They traced the wiring from the pole to the house and found and fixed the issue at no extra cost. Our previously slow computers are now operating at lighting speed. Justin also hard-wired a second TV that previously had relied on a WIFI signal. When a second issue arose with the AT&T modem, Justin navigated AT&T customer service and got an AT&T technician to come out and replace the modem that day! Justin stuck around to make sure the system was operating properly once the new modem was installed. Again, no extra charge for this. We couldn't be happier with the TV (amazing picture and sound, the old messy wires are gone, and the few remaining wires are completely out of sight.) We hadn't realized there was a problem with our audio system, but the changes Justin made using our same old speakers upped our sound quality dramatically. We are listening to a lot more music now. Added bonus, he set the whole system up to be controlled by an easy-to-use app that allows us to listen to different music in different parts of the house. I should add, Justin is a really nice guy. Prior to the installation, Justin was super helpful and very responsive in helping me understand my options and me communicate to my contractor on some cabinetry work that had to be done before justin did his work. For 12 years I've had a custom show truck that has yet to be "finished". When it comes to show trucks, Northern California is in a drought of custom shops. If you're serious about your project, you either take the drive to the Central Valley or Southern California to find a reputable shop. After years on hold, I finally resumed my project, and needed to find someone with not only technical ability but ability to engineer and reverse engineer anything and everything. Enter Justin Jacopi from a personal recommendation from a family member. As for that custom show truck? It's still a work in progress but we're rounding third. Justin not only designed, manufactured, and installed a truly unique one-of-a-kind audio/video system that is better than I could ever imagined, but has been there every step of the way which is critical when working on such a big project. I've dealt with countless installers who are quick to take your money but incapable of comprehending the science of ohms, draw current, and everything that I know nothing of but Justin excels at. I'll give a quick example: I decided to shave off the taillights off my truck and install LED taillights on the tailgate, all of which was done at a Marin body shop. Upon delivery of the truck, the body shop was unable to wire the new taillights correctly. Imagine not having functional taillights. Justin quickly pulled off the covering, exposing the wiring, and within the hour, the taillights were working as if it were produced on the GM assembly line. Since then I can't count how many times or vehicles Justin has worked on with my show truck being our biggest project to date. Recently Justin has entered the home theater market and the work is equally impressive and speaks for itself. Not long ago, I remember seeing one of his home theater projects appear in the Sunday issue of the San Francisco Chronicle. If that weren't enough, Justin is able to work with any budget. You can see a Mercedes or Ferrari in his garage bay and hours later he'll work on my Scion. Bought a new 65 inch Samsung LED TV, attempted to mount it on the wall but because my apartment was built pre 1906 I had a hell of time finding the studs. Definitely worth a 5 star rating. Justin did the installation of the audio and visual for my gym here in San Francisco. The install was professional and done on time, and I feel that I got my money's worth and more. It has been 2 and a half years since the install, and the only problem I have had is that the TV is broken because a Capoeira participant did a cartwheel into it, so I can't blame Justin for that. I try to hire people with a genuine passion for what they do, which is a big reason I hired Justin and pretty much gave him free reign on most of the decisions.
