$92 cartridge broke and spilled oil all over...they were unable to exchange, total waste of money. will not be returning

Came here on July 2nd, the day after recreational sales was legalized. I waited in line for about 2 hours and waited inside for about 30 minutes before it was my turn. I've never been inside one of these dispensaries, but they really make it look like a medical facility. The workers were very friendly and very informative. I don't think any of the workers were high either, which I found ironic. They ran out of edibles because all the people who wanted to "try" it but not "smoke" it bought them all. Been here a few times, usually friendly and helpful staff. I get the same thing each time -- a dipped, hand-rolled joint that is supposed to be a gram. Got one yesterday that was shorter than my pinky and definitely not a gram. I went back today to try and exchange it and the staff member said they couldn't do that as they "didn't know if the tampering had been done by [me]." Was glared at by the gentleman who helped me the day prior during the entire ordeal making me feel uncomfortable. I don't appreciate a business selling me half a product at full price. I will not be back and I encourage everyone who buys pre-rolled joints from them to check them before buying as I don't wish anyone else to be scammed by this place. read more

I visited Blum once and the product I got smelled so bad it nearly made me vomit. Mynt has way better products and had multiple vegan options for me! But that is not what this review is about. Today I was threatened and harassed by Blum's security in the parking lot. I parked in a spot that has some yellow on it, for the Studio. For future visitors, the parking lot is divided for Blum parking and The Studio parking. However, Blum employees frequently park in the Studio's spots. The moment I got out of my car, a guy walks up to me and starts threatening me with towing my car. I don't respond well to being threatened, so I ignored him, and he started to follow me into the building. I returned to my car to get my phone and my purse, in case they were able to follow through on this threat, and the guy comes up to me again. At first he's nice, and says there's some spots available on the other side. Then he goes right back into threatening me. I walk up to him and he quickly walks away. He's a scared child that desperately wants to have power over people! Get some better security Blum, and better products while you're at it. And putting out a little kindness into the world might help your business. read more

If you go here ask for max. He puts in 110% for all of his patients and he truly cares about giving his patients the best product that suits them. I usually only smoke cartridges but he always helps me find which one will help best with my appetite. God I love this place. I'm embarrassed to admit how many pot clubs I've been to between my time in Colorado, LA and the Bay Area. Blum still tops them all. Vegas has a weird system where you go into a waiting room before you hit the sales counters but Blum has a killer lounge and hot staff to make up for it. As always their flowers were on point. The only main reason I'm giving two stars is because of the pandemic, however, this was a mess of an experience. Placed an order around 2pm Saturday, with a deliver window of 6pm-9pm. I was so happy to see same day deliver. 10:30 rolls around that night, no delivery, instead a phone call. They were very polite, as was I after all these are stressful times, explained my delivery wouldn't be able to come tonight but that it would be there first thing tomorrow morning for the 8am delivery window. They then confirmed every item with me over the phone and then me that the driver would be contacting me in the morning as well. They also told me to contact them via text from the phone they called from, apparently they were using personal phones, if I hadn't heard anything by 12. Around 8am, almost exactly, I revived an automated text saying that my order was out for delivery. Reader, this was going to be a ride. I waited so patiently, and around 12:30 caved and texted the phone number from the night before in hopes of them being able to help. After I sent a text inquiring about my order I also tried to call the store number. The number rang twice and went to voicemail, so is this number a cellphone? Because the voicemail recording definitely sounds as much. Frustrated I left no voicemail and figured my order was lost and never coming. I checked yelp and so horrendous reviews and knew. I had made a mistake. Well... around 2:30 a different number and a text saying that it was Blüm wanting time confirm my order and that the delivery driver would be out soon with my order... At this point I was just along for the ride because getting cannabis had never been such a hot mess. Fast forward to 9pm Sunday night and two phone calls in a row from a number I didn't recognize. They were so back to back I didn't even notice my phone light up. Oh boy, I had a voicemail. Turns out it was the delivery driver confirming if I was home. I called back immediately only to go straight to voicemail. I gave up and went to bed, and ordered somewhere else Monday morning. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. I've been into the store many times and have always had great experiences but after how much of a dumpster fire this experience was, there's a lot of other dispensaries in town. read more

Worst experience of my life!! I've been shopping at Blüm for about two years now. Always was taken care of always. I've spent thousands of dollars with this dispensary, all to be treated like shit. So I bought the royal oil cartridge an I bought the three pack because it was on sale for 90 bucks. I was told by several employees that the royal oil cartridge works with my select pen. NOPE!!! So I brought it back in and told them what the problem was then they proceeded to test it out themselves with their parents and by doing that they were smoking might oil then I bring it in again the next day and the same thing they tested out and they tell me that it's the battery so they give me a whole Nother battery then I come in again I went in for days and still got treated like shit I bought hundred dollars worth of cartridges I don't even go to my pen because I was told by their workers that I could use it in my pen nope now I'm done I will never ever shop at Blüm again I highly recommend never spending your money at this place because they will fudge you dry they will literally bend you over an screw you!! read more

My whole experience here was average at best. The line wasn't all that long, maybe 25 people and it took 2 hours just to get inside. No one told us a wait time, there is nowhere to sit while waiting and the whole experience was just very uncomfortable. The inside waiting room was just plain and boring. Then once you get to the weed display there was no menu, nothing popped out at you, nothing looked that interesting. So I asked our budtender some basic questions about their product and he didn't seem to know much, didn't seem to have ever smoked weed himself, so it's hard to trust he knew what he was talking about. Last, I felt they had no training in customer service. They were friendly yes, but nothing kept my attention and showed they wanted my business for life. Therefor I may not be returning for a very long time. I was just very bored and extremely disappointed. This is literally the last dispensary I would go to. It really has three things going for it. 1. Flashy graphics design. 2. Location 3. Hours of operation. That sounds nice right? Not completely, and here's why I choose to go elsewhere. First off, their website is incomplete... Like no "products" which you can view or assess for purchase. Secondly, there is no damn way to contact them... It goes to some tacky voicemail line(probably manager). Third, I went in around 11pm and they told me that the were only serving medical patients at that hour. Well why the hell not advertise that little tidbit on your website or Google listing. I am from out of town and it really pissed me off. The next day I went to another dispensary which BLUM hung a goddamn billboard right in front of(as previously mentioned in someone else's review). Anyway... I was in and out of that other place in like 15 minutes with exactly what I wanted per my viewing of the online menu.
