Bad customer service, high wait times, and inventory that isnt correct. Preorder online so that when you arrive you dont wait in the line, the bad part is whatever you preorder theres a very high chance it will be out of stock or medical only. If you have any problems with the products consider your money gone, they wont help at Blum Reno. read more

I don't know how else to communicate with you guys during the pandemic. But you guys HAVE to answer the phones. Or have some way of getting ahold of you guys. You're running a business that has changed completely in the last couple weeks, and I know y'all are busting your asses and working hard, but I can't even describe how sketchy it is that you guys are unreachable once I've place my order. You have sensitive info that I give over the phone now, and after waiting 9 hours for my weed, I wanted to cancel the entire transaction at hour 5, but couldn't contact ANYONE. Not to mention that you guys deliberately call your customers from a "No Caller Id" number so it's untraceable. What if I never get the weed I paid for? Who would I even contact about that? I love you guys, but you need to work out the kinks in your new system. read more

Horrible customer service. I placed an order at 5:37pm they said my delivery time will be between 8-11 at 11:30pm I get a call saying we can't make you delivery. I basically I wasted my entire evening waiting just to be told we can't come now fucking ridiculous. I have work at 4 am everyday so staying up that late for no reason is infuriating. I'm really impressed with this dispensary. From the minute I walked up every employee I came in contact with was professional and friendly. The wait time was about two seconds and when I reached the counter the setup was organized and the "budtender" was courteous and helpful. I have been a customer at Blum and it is a very nice dispensary. However, I will never give them another cent because of one thing. Blum has put up GIGANTIC billboards directly above both Silver State Relief and Sierra Wellness dispensaries. I am not exaggerating about the size and proximity of these billboards. If a business cannot stand on its own merits and must resort to this type of repugnant and hostile advertising, it is not part of the community that I choose to support. read more

Recently we stopped into this dispensary while visiting Reno, Nevada. And were so pleasantly surprised. First of all, the security guard was helpful and welcoming and pleasant, the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming as well. Was really anticipating some relief after work. Showed up at 11:40 pm and they had closed earlier than the time was posted. There were 4 other customers in despair that needed relief. I am sure this place is good, but it has very bad business practices. If there is any connoisseur or recreational, medical users out there, this is not the place to satisfy your needs. Very professional dispensary - everything explained in layman's terms on the various products so you have a complete understanding of what you may buy. My issues are for Medicinal purposes not recreational. Their purpose is to make sure the customers have the best experience and seek the relief they need to help them medically. I am so happy that I don't have to worry about harm to my body. And I am so clear not cloudy like when I was buying over the counter and prescription drugs. read more

Went in and asked the "expert" who in real life is a dipshit stoner for an indica strain that would help with tension and anxiety. So he recommends a sativa dominant hybrid. Which I didn't learn till later when I looked it up. Lots of energy. That is specifically not what I asked for. But no refunds. I guess he was told to push that strain. I also heard the girl working there telling a customer to move their car because the businesses that Blum inserted themselves between were being assholes and were quick to tow someone's car. Well those businesses were there before you and I'm sure they have had to put up with a lot in the last few months. This place is no good and I think when critics of legalized MJ need an example of the negative effects on Reno they will use Blum. There are much better dispensaries in Reno. read more

They normally only have a couple strains of flower in stock, weak selection. They've gotten better with wait times, but they don't post any info on their website, never answer the phone, and don't have online chat, so you never really know what they have until you wait in line and get in there. By far the best dispensary in Reno. I live in Tahoe but legal bud isn't happening until and South Lake Tahoe has limited itself to only 2 dispensaries which are mediocre. I am glad to drive 45 miles to visit Blum, they have a great staff and top notch product. I used to grow MMJ high grade for years before getting married and I know good product, prices are comparable and fair for the quality. Nothing but good things to say about Blüm read more
