Hugo arranged a "Bring the Shine Back" promotion in less than 24 hours after calling for a quote. I warned this project might be a challenge and sent a couple photos of the before and with no hesitation Hugo was confident the original paint on my 66' Chevy Caprice could be restored like new and protected with ceramic coating for a fraction of the price of others I had researched. Hugo had great communication and showed up ready and excited for the project. The paint is original and in good condition in most areas; but some spots had some serious issues with oxidation and rust that was forming under the paint. After we discussed the risk/reward and without Hugo pushing anything or trying to upsell any part of the service (which I feel others would do) we agreed it would be worth it to do the paint correction with no loss to the original paint. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! The photos truly speak for themselves and I promise these are not touched up (one uses iPhone portrait mode but does not change the color or shine). The car has gained $1000's in visual value for a fraction of the cost! The problem areas discussed were conquered with ease by Hugo and even got rid of some rust areas that I thought were permanent. I finally reached out and was told an employee had called in sick. While it would have been nice to have been notified before I wasted my time waiting, I understood and agreed to reschedule. We rescheduled for July 5 at 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened. By 3:15 p.m., no one had arrived, and I had to reach out again asking for an ETA. I continued receiving messages that the owner was trying to get ahold of his employee, but there was never any proactive communication, no arrival, and no solution. After waiting through two missed appointments, I canceled. What disappointed me most wasn't that things went wrong--it was how they were handled. There was no meaningful attempt to make up for the inconvenience, no offer to prioritize my appointment, no discount on a future service, no refund, and no acknowledgment beyond a simple "sorry." My time was treated as if it had no value. I ended up having to fight for a refund for a service I never received, after setting aside time on two separate days. Had the owner made any genuine effort to make the situation right, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer service left me with no confidence in this business. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking with this company.
