Delicious drinks that are not too sweet which is great because I can finish a whole drink without feeling heavy afterward. They put lots of thought into their menu and I like how they don't have the typical boba menu with basic drink items! The shop is very cute and clean and I love the color scheme they've got going on in there - creates a super chill and comfortable environment to sit and sip your drinks. BEST boba I have ever had. 10/10 recommend. The space is super cute and fun to hang out in, and the drinks are sooo good. I appreciate how much care has gone into their menu, it's not just the standard milk and fruit teas you find anywhere else. Each one I've tried is truly unique in the flavors, ingredients, and combinations. Only thing is, don't go here if you're in a rush! Absolutely the BEST boba in Tacoma, and in my opinion, the best in Pierce County!! Everyone is so nice, and the owners are the sweetest people. The atmosphere of the boba shop is so aesthetically pleasing - they always have the best music playing, and they have a little lounge area in the back that is so cozy and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend; my husband and I have definitely become regulars (I think we've been there every day this week!) because the drinks are so good. I have to start by saying, I absolutely LOVE this place. The ambiance, the customer service, the flavors are all on point! One star off because I can't seem to get what I order. Today I ordered a mango green tea drink + strawberry puree drink (can't remember the name of it) with extra ice, sub aloe for the boba....when I got the drink there was only 1 lonely piece of ice that melted by the time I got the drink to my bf (we just dumped it into our own cup with ice at home, it still tasted amazing!). For myself I ordered my usual, a Cap N Munch, blended w the strawberry puree on the bottom, add brown sugar boba....well I got my drink, very coarsely blended, without my added boba (again still tasted fantastic, just texturally funky... more chewing of the ice chunks than sipping). I will 100% be back, these minor issues will not deter me! I'm sure if you don't modify the drinks so much, like I do, they come out correctly...that being said, I have never gotten a drink here with enough ice it in to last as long as it takes me to enjoy the whole drink! read more

First tried jade lounge a couple month ago with my daughter and we have been hooked. We haven't had any of the bobas from the curated menus that we haven't liked. Went here for the first time last week and ordered a black sugar boba and it was not great. Maybe it's because I ordered something super simple, I don't know but it was almost undrinkable. So, so sweet and way overpriced. The customer service was excellent and I'd be willing to visit again/try something else just for that reason but I wouldn't order this drink again and would likely lower the sweetness next time out of caution. read more

Jade Lounge is a fantastic boba shop. Once you enter, you are greeted by the baristas and a comfortable atmosphere. It is the ideal place to relax or take memorable photos with your friends. I usually visit the Jade Lounge with my sister and we love to try all the flavors. However, sometimes it is difficult to not get the same flavor as last time because of your love for that specific drink. Personally, my favorite fruity drink so far is the Pink Starburst drink because of the rich flavor combined with the popping boba and aesthetically pleasing color. I've been coming here since it opened and this is a pretty solid boba spot. I got a lot of their milk teas and I really enjoyed the flavor pairings and creativity for all of their classics/seasonal drinks. I'm a huge fan of their mini mochi and I'm pretty sure everyone else is because they've been sold out of it the last couple of times I've gone. Walking inside the atmosphere was great! Very esthetic. I got a Earl grey Milk tea with honey boba and the taste was decent but the boba was very hard and not chewy like I would expect. It was hard to chew so I wasn't a big fan of that. Other than that everything else was okay! read more
