I have been going to Nancy for almost a year now. I truly love my pedicures from her she is great at massaging and very nice.

Nope. Just don't do it. No matter how "cheap" their lure is... I'm their first customer, and the entire time, the three ladies there were having a full-blown conversation with each other in another language. I was ignored, burned, and FREEZING the entire time. I was asked ONE question during the process, and that was, "Do you want your nails a little shorter?" because I was getting a fill. I said "Yeah, a little bit, I guess." As I'm getting ready to pay, I am looking around at the filthy facility and staring at their price sheet. She starts rattling off prices, "$18 for the fill, $5 for french tip paint, $5 for gel..." and I said, "Your sign says that fills are $16." She says, "Oh you said you wanted your nails shorter so that's an extra $2." I said, "You did not tell me it was extra, and no where does it say that it is extra." But she was firm, and I had already made up my mind that I hated this place and would never return. As she is about to run my card she says, "Oh and an extra .75 for using a credit card." I was not charged to use my card last time, which I informed her, to which she replied, "Sorry. It's .75." This place lost a customer over $2.75, its filthy facility, and its horrible customer service. I realize that it isn't easy to speak a language that is foreign, but it isn't too much to ask to be polite, courteous, and honest with customers! Learn decent personal skills, spend the time to clean up instead of chit-chat, be inviting, and maybe they'd keep a decent clientele. read more

I have to add to my review since the manager wrote me a rude message saying that I hadn't been to their salon since I gave them 1 star and accused me of being the competition. Obviously she didn't read my review. I gave them 3 stars but should change that to 1 after her message to me. So I hope she reads this and sees that I actually have integrity even if she doesn't. I don't give bad reviews for fun. All I said was they did an ok job but we're expensive for a simple pedicure. Now you can guarantee I won't give them a second chance. Not a way to impress people in your community and I do live in Canyon Hills even though she accused me of being from somewhere else. Can we say paranoid. Original review: This place wasn't bad but it is expensive for a simple pedicure. GELS LAST FOR WEEKS I've been going to Jenifer since 2010 and love the job she does. Plus, she's super creative and we always manage to create some type of really cool color combos and designs. A gel mani with a polish pedi runs about $50 but the gel on my finger nails is so durable and really lasts. Acrylics are so 20th century (sorry ladies). read more

Got my acrylics filled here and it was a total mistake. Hadn't had my nails done in a year so I knew they were heather enough for a fill but she filled them down so much my nails burned the whole time! And still do. Also my gel polish has a hair in it and my nails are lumpy. Got a flower design that looks like a 2 year old did. They charger me 41 bucks! Could have got a whole set brand new for cheaper. Wouldn't mine the price of the nails were good. Just trying to get my nails done for a wedding. The gel polish that she used was almost empty and left more lumps than the poor filling job also. I needed to get a fill...bad. I was at home around 4 o'clock on a thursday and decided to get in my car and find a place to get them done. I didn't take my time trying, just pulled up google maps and found the closest one....funny that I never knew this little place existed. I didn't care, needed my fill dangit. Upon walking in I was greeated immediately, love that. She spoke great english...I have a huge problem understanding anyone that isnt from one of the south western states period so this was great. The place is the typical nail salon, the venice look with gaudy pillars and a blue sky on the ceiling for that "romantic outdoors" feeling. I decided to get a pdicure since I was there, it was a great one to be honest. My fill came out great, mind you it was just a fill but she did a really good job and the pink matches the previoius salon place perfect. I will go back next time for a new set and I really hope they treat me with the same service and quality next time too. I beleive that I have found (finally!!!) my new nail salon :) read more

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 3 years now, and have continued to pay their bogus prices (make sure you do the math yourself because they will tack on bogus fees), because of the convenience of having it close to home- however today I officially freaking fire them as my nail salon and will not be sending any of my friends there again. I made an appointment for my daughter and I for a fill and a mani/pedi and after changing my mind about the pedicure I was told I'd have to wait 45 minutes to receive nail service. So I have made an appointment to get 2 peoples nails done and neither one of us had someone available to do our nails then? Unbelievable. Why would they even schedule me for a time when no one was available to provide a nail service? It's just bad business. I wish we had a better nail salon close by. I just read the review from Brooke G and I agree with her. This place is located in the Stater Bros shopping center in Canyon Lake area and I also needed a fill and pedi right away. They got me in and did an amazing job! I brought a photo in with details on how I wanted custom pink sparkles and some bling for a special occasion (wedding) and matching toes and they did a super great job. They were friendly and outgoing and I also got the owner's daughter who does indeed speak perfect English and is a real wiz at acrylic nails. Thanks again ladies - I will be back for sure! read more

Went to jade nails with a large group for my wedding and we were all quite disappointed. From the minute we got to the salon we were rushed to the extent that they didn't file, or buff any of the 7 of us! I got a French manicure and gel which they didn't file/ buff before or after. I assume they slacked off because we were a large group and took up all the hands in the salon and they just wanted to get us out, but we were paying customers no more or less important then a single person coming in... I came there right after i had done gel nails at the other salon where they did a terrible job on my &my daughter's nails. We were leaving for vacation that day and i just couldn't leave like that. We came to Jade Nails and ladies were very nice. Nia redid my gel and even fixed my manicure. She filed nails in a better shape and was soo particular about removing my cuticles that it was probably the best manicure i have ever had! I showed her the photo of the gel design i wanted and she did exactly what i asked for. What i liked the most about Nia is she was suggesting me what will look better on the design. What color of diamond will match the gel color better, how many should we put so it doesnt look too much.i know these are the little details but i felt so taken care of and it really helped when somebody actually discussed and advised me so that my nails look beautiful. I was also amazed how she draw the lines with the black nail polisher! It is such a meticulous job and it looked perfect! When i had my nails done somewhere else, gel would last only 4 days and would peel off! After Nia did my nails, we went for a road trip to Florida for a month. We were in the ocean swimming a lot and not a single nail peeled off, nor did the diamonds unglued! I didn't know it was possible! From now on i will only have Nia do my nails at Jade Nails salon. i wont be coming here ever again! clearly they are all about $$$$ and not the customer! i took my daughter to get her nails done (15 y/o) the nail tech was talking to a walk in about making an appointment and was ignoring my daughters ?'s, blatantly! i still left a cash tip before paying at the register. a few days later i see on my bank statement that she tipped herself $20. !! i guess my $10 tip to her was not good enough. i appealed the charge at my bank, but after researching it they said it was a one time charge so they can't prove it was fraudulent, and are taking the overage back out of my account. read more

My go to place for my Manicures and pedicures. They can be busy sometimes, so I'm never in a hurry. Have designs put on my nails and with the gel they last 2-3 weeks. Everyone is friendly there and they always try to fit you in. They take walk-ins or you can call for an appointment. Moderately priced it's like a mini spa day. read more

Clean place went in today for a mani and pedi. They push their price chart down your throat! Got a pedi (average) and a mani. Didn't even get clear polish and I was charged 40 bucks. I have been going here for awhile and most times the service has been fine. Even when my nails have come out not the greatest I have not said anything but today when the girl was painting my nails I first said something because the color was totally lighter then what the sample was so she put it on extra thick. By the time she finished my nails are so thick and heavy they look odd. I also asked for coffin shape which they no longer are. I didn't have time to have her redo them. It was time to pay and they charged me extra for coffin shape, extra for long nails, extra for gel. My nails are not long and are not coffin at this point. I spoke up again about the fact I was unhappy with my nails and explained I did not have time to stay to have them fixed and was going out of town till Monday. I asked if I could come back to get them fixed and they said no only within 24 hours. After being a customer for a year I will not be going back. I would give no stars if possible. Worst rushed pedicure ever. Doesn't try to cut your cuticles down or fix any ingrown. In the regular they include a "mint scrub" that doesn't even happen. The massage is a joke. The fact that it costs $22 with no scrub is ridiculous because other places are $17/$18 for a pedicure and if you want a scrub it's an additional $5 which comes out to $22. They really don't care about the customers just doing the mediocre motions. read more

Took my wife to get a full set done and they turned out not so great. They are uneven and lumpy. She asked for a white set and they painted them on and none of them match. There is brush hair and bubbles stuck in the nails as well. I am now having to take her somewhere else now to get them fixed cause she is so unhappy and they look terrible. Yesterday was my second time coming here. The location is right next to my house which is perfect. I normally drive to Menifee or Murrieta for great service. I got a fill and a pedicure. It was all ruined when the girl who did my nails yelled at me. She had a thick accent and at first I wasnt sure if ahe was being rude. when it came time for me to let my nails dry she yelled again saying "dont touch anything and go dit over there. If after 10 minutes your nails mess up thats all on you!" She was also rough with my nails and burned me a few times and twisted my fingers hard. she was an angry person. My sister and I had our nails done at Allure nail spa 2 weeks ago and we walked in the ladies there were not happy about walk ins. They did a rush job on mine and my sister's. They did a horrible job. Anyways, we came here for the fill and they had asked if anybody there did this bad of a job. We explained to them what happened and they made sure we would have our nails done correctly. They went above and beyond for us. Went here with my sister and her friend. My sister got some simple nails with a cute design and her friend and I got some Shaped nails. I have never been more unhappy with a service on my Nails before now. The shape is terrible As is the paint job, I asked the woman several times to please make them shorter, and she yelled at me about it .. and they are STILL too long. My sisters friends nails are horribly painted. And PRICE?! WHat a RIPOFF!!! 50$ for stilleto nails?!?! I've never paid more than 35$ ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. Does the mani and pedi no longer include massage and lotion? $57 for dip and $38 for pedi and the dip was done incorrectly. I wanted to go dark to light and even saw her start with the first nail and she said I know, this is right. Each time she set the dip in the gel lamp to set it, I kept saying it looks too light and why is the darker color at the end and not up near the nail bed? She said my nails were too short. It has nothing to do with that. She then said I needed an acrylic tip to do the light color at the end. She said ombré is always light to dark. I had shown her pictures at the beginning where they were all dark to light. She said, yes, next time tell me you want dark to light. I showed her the the picture.if I'm going to spend more than $100 for nails and a pedi, I don't want to have to feel like I'm arguing, and when she realized I'm not liking where it's heading, she should have redone it. I didn't want to make a scene, but I refuse to go there anymore. I have clear gel polish stilucj to my finger tips and my nails are rough and bumpy when all was said and done.
