BUYER BEWARE I went here yesterday. I couldn't review salon this poorly enough. I am in the process of a Credit Card dispute through my bank after they refuse to give me a refund. Repeatedly hanging up on me, and having no owner or manager on site. I have been having acrylic nails for 5-6 years and have NEVER had an experience this bad. I wish I remembered her name... I was at the work station in the very back left of the salon when you walk in. Firstly, she glued the tips on, as normal procedure. So far, so good. She then FILED the sides of the tips extremely narrow before putting the acrylic powder on (more narrow than my actual nails). I tried to explain to her that they were too thin. She had to have the young gal next to her explain to me that "this is what they do. And it will look different after the powder is on and they are shaped more thoroughly." Saying if they "left the tips flush with my actual nail, it would cause them to lift." I have never heard of such a thing. You're supposed to file and shape the sides AFTER you put the powder on. I tried to explain this. She got up, threw her towel down and proceeded to shout that I should have someone else do them because I'm too demanding. She was actually yelling at the customer. In order to avoid causing a scene, I asked her to please sit down and finish. After this incident, she was unbelievably rough with my hands, causing a few cuts here and there. I was (STILL) hoping I would like them when she was done. So I didn't say anything. She informed me that my friend, on the opposite side of the salon, wasn't getting the gel top coat... Okay? They didn't need to gossip in Vietnamese about my friend's choice not to spend an extra $5. That's her prerogative. Also, why did I need to know? Did they expect me to coerce her into getting a gel top coat? I explained that I didn't want gel either. My nails looked bad enough, why spend an extra $5 for a set that I need to get removed. My nail technician informed me that without spending an extra $5, my nails would be ugly and yellow. WHY DID I JUST SPEND 35 DOLLARS IF THEY WOULD JUST TURN YELLOW?!?!? My friend, who I was paying for as a treat, had been seated before me and was finished before me. She stormed over to me because she was done before I was. Her technician was apparently pushing so hard about needing the gel top coat she actually had to tell her to STOP PUSHING. The woman didn't even put clear polish on my friend's nails until she was asked to. The only curing/drying bulb in the salon was burnt out. and not one but TWO fans weren't working. The worst part is that the salon looked nice when I walked in. Upon looking closer, every work station was dingy and dirty. and every buffer and file they used were dirty. She went over to another tech and got a dirty file to use on me... WHAT?! I paid for two terrible sets of nails, not realizing how bad they were in the dimly-lit salon. After I got home, examining my nails in the light, they are full of bubbles and clouding. And a few sporadic pieces of rogue red glitter because her brushes weren't clean.. My friend's nails are all uneven lengths, the tips are filed pointy even through she asked for square... apparently they cant help themselves from over filing the sides... My thumb nail, in ONE day, is so lifted that i can fit a whole other nail half way under it. With dirty tools and a lift like that, I'm pretty much asking for a fungus. They are refusing to remedy the situation so I am going to take care of it. I am going to go soak my nails off at a salon that I know to be clean. And I will get my money back through my bank. If I could give this place a less rating I would. I went yesterday to get a brow wax. After I left the area we're they did the brow waxing I started to feel burning. I went home and put some aloe Vera and some Petroleum jelly on it. It helped a lot. I will never go back there again. read more

Tried a new venue to possibly promote and definitely encourage local business. Today's blunder, sadly. I don't have a preference for where I go for pedicures as I feel they are usually pretty standard. (except today's was below par) For the sake of time and trying a new venue in hopes to find a closer salon, I walked in this morning at 10:45 and I was pleasantly and immediately helped. Pedicure, French polish was $25 and my lackluster pink and white fill with a gel coat came out to $30 With tip, $55. I normally tip my guy $10 in Temecula after just my nails!) I am sorry but the service was fine, pedicure was minimal! Come to think of it I didn't even get my lotion and light finishing massage I get everywhere else!!! The acrylic filing was painful at a few moments, the finishing look is very low quality and I'm embarrassed to show the photos, but here they are~ I will need to go see Kannan in Temecula to fix this before my event on Saturday. So much for trying to save gas/few bucks. I really wish I could write at least a satisfactory review. Maybe I need to ask for someone else next time. I will check with my local friends and see. I'll give this place at least one more try for the pedicure. If Holly sees this, I hope this will help you better your work for future potential clients. read more

I'm here at this salon right now. Nobody is here except for me and my daughter. While Nancy is doing my nails i asked her why the 3 women are not doing my daughter's nails? And they just started talking their own language... Even though I don't understand what they are saying, I can tell Nancy is asking for help and they are ignoring her. It seems like the 3 women got upset when I chose nancy over them, so all of them hid in the back. It's frustrating that there is no Manager or owner at the salon that I can complain to. Please get rid of these lazy ass workers of this salon! ill be back to talk to Manager or owner just to complain about these 3 women, but I will never come back to this salon again!!!!!! BTW, the other girl who seems new to this salon has been hiding in the back so I couldn't take a picture of her. She has long black hair!!! So another customer came in, a mother and daughter. And I told her about what happened and she understood my frustration and decided not to do their nails at the salon. It's funny because one lady worker even tapped her shoulder while I was complaining to the new customer as if I'm nothing, but ended up embarrassing herself when the customer left immediately afterwards. .lol read more

Great job! but not sure why we are asked to pay with Venmo or zelle. Paid mostly cash and the rest on my card and still was asked if I could pay with Venmo or zelle. I said "no thank you" and was told it would be a $2 charge to use my Visa card. I was fine with the charge. All in all great work and experience. This place has constantly & consistently disappointed. I only have returned because it is the closest to my disabled mother's house. They have scaled back the features of the services (shorter, more basic massages, less scrub & lotions used, and I can't remember the last time they actually attended to each nail in full. They don't even look at my hands when doing my nails most of the time. This time, like others, my service was rushed and my nails were dinged by the artist, who added another clear coat and walked away. I'm done here. read more

Woah, I never been to a nail salon this pushy. I had been asked 10 times in different ways about getting a pedicure and it got embarrassing because all the other customers were looking at me listening to my response. This money hungry business owner has an aggressive approach and made sure I didn't forget another tip after already handing her a $5 for my eyebrows being done by another person in which ofcourse I would remember ! She was like "and for the lady who waxed your eyebrows !?" All loud and aggressive lol. I don't care really, there's plenty of nail salons who don't harass you during the service in just about every corner. They doubled up on us, gave me recommendations and took care of us!!!! We were out in 1 hour,hands and feet!!! I've came to this salon three to four times. Trying to give it a chance with new people every time. But every time I come every person is rude and pushy and demanding on tip, and not satisfied with what you give them. Last Monday 1/8/24 I went in wanting a full set with a picture that " she's done" she said okay I can do that. Three fingers in I'm realizing looks NOTHING like her picture I mentioned it she fixed one and her attitude changed and became rough with my hands, then I seen she's not even caring how it looks I said I don't like it forget it just paint my nails black. She scoffs and tells me it's my fault and laughs and I said why is it and she replied you picked something hard. Yet she said she's done it and could do it. I bit my tongue and I'm not one to do so. Paid. Left. Following day my left middle finger was in pain and went to the dr and I got an infection from her and when I realize it her work area wasn't clean. That was my fault to even chose to continue to stay. Plus she rushed it because the gel wasn't cured all the way because it was seeping at the edges. I did t get her name but her work desk area is at the way back of the salon before you go into their break room. It's the first desk to the left, close to the wax rooms. Do not come here. Hands down worst pedi I've ever had. I had Lisa and though she was very sweet she did not give me what I paid for. No massage, no cuticle remover, no scrub like the package I selected offered. She basically let my feet soak for 10 mins then she disappeared for 20-25 in the middle of my appointment only to come back and paint my toes very horribly. You can't complain anymore due to being labeled a Karen so I just left/: what a waste of $40. read more

Horrible service they do not listen to the customers! Do not go to Jade nails! I got my nails done with Lisa and she did a lousy job with my nail dip, my nails were left very thick and lumpy, I'm Very dissatisfied. I went back to Get my nails redone and once I got there they said "there's nothing wrong with your nails" They charged me $43.00 for the nail dip and they said if I wanted my cuticles done it was an extra charge of $7.00 that's ridiculous!! read more

Aweful customer service. I brought two kids in to get there nails painted and get a fill for myself so I called ahead and they told me they could see me so I drove 30 mins. Once there, they kept trying to get me sat and started before I could get my girls sat and colors pick out for them. I politely asks if they could give me 2 mins. Once sat, I asks how long for the kids to get painted because they are kids and can be impatient. They told me an hour. Okay. i have been going here for a while personally i love getting my acrylics done by Mai she is the best!! when i come here sometimes it can be a hit or miss depending on who's working. it is always very hot in there shop. most of the time there is a little bit of a wait time even if they are not super busy. some workers will just be on their phones when it is really busy. i definitely recommend mai if you chose to go here! read more

I've been going to this place for quite a while and every time I go not even a week later I have to come back in to get my nails fixed...These people have many people working in the shop but apparently only two of them do nails...why hire people that can't handle your business when your not there at 9 when you say you open, so unprofessional. I waited a whole hour to get one freaking nail fixed insane...I was trying to stick with this place because it was across the street from my house but today will be my last day coming. I seen from previous post that most people had "okay" experiences but that jade nails is now under new management and I have to say I had an amazing experience. I stopped in on a Tuesday around 5:30PM and was helped right away. They have a wide variety of good quality nail polish and color! My nails are so shiny! I just got a pedicure and a regular manicure and the ladies were so nice and gentle with me. They really took their time to perfect their work! The place itself is really clean! I even seen one of the ladies clean with a scrubber and sponge which was pleasing to see how clean the place is. It has a very relaxing feel and smell of lavendar or some kind of relaxing oil. The whole staff was very nice and attentive to my needs! I had an amazing experience and will be back! read more

Went in for a manicure and pedicure and got helped right away. I did come in the morning around 11 so I think that was a good way to start my day out and about. Tina did my manicure and did awesome because I mainly wanted a cleaning. I don't really like to wear color on my hands so you could really tell she was able to clean up all my nails. And then Haley who did my pedicure and did freaking awesome! I got a combo pack so I was able to get a great massage on my legs with the sea salt scrub and callus treatment. I am 36 weeks pregnant and am in no way shape, or form, or even have the energy to clean up my toes so a big thanks to her. I will be back. Thank you!!! read more

Only if it's your last option in a emergency situation do I recommend this nail salon. They rinse the nail tools off with WATER! Gross! How unsanitary is that. I've called them out on it, the lady was super rude and said "fine, I go open new tools for you!" In a snarky voice. Meh, I'll take my business elsewhere. Just walked out of this place. Called at noon to see if they can take me at 3. "Sure" *click*. Didn't even take my name. I get there at 3, I'm seated for my pedi, and the water is cold. I told her that it was too cold. She spritzed some hot water and walked away to work on someone else. So now I'm sitting here in what feels like old bathwater. Trying to be patient, I wait 20 minutes for someone to start my pedi. Nothing. So I then ask the same woman that hooked me up with cold water if I can get it warmer. She stands up, looks at my water, and sits back down. No response. I looked around and ask if that meant no. She got up and gave me a towel to take my feet out and "wait." Seriously lady? Would've taken 2 seconds to warm up the water. Needless to say, I dried off my un-pedicured toes and bounced. read more

Don't come here, this was my first time here and I just came because it was close to my house to get a acrilic fill. The guy who was at the front desk was rude. He had an attitude. Once the lady took me to do my nails I showed her a picture and she said 44$ then when I went to pay said $48. My nails are bumpy, rounded and not straight like coffin shape should be, thick, and the glitter ombre literally looks like a line. There were little air bubbles on my nails as well. My nails are crooked. I ended up telling her and she was very nice about it but she just painted over my nails. I'm very disappointed with how my nails came out and definitely should not have paid for as much as I did. I do not recommend this place it is so over priced for bad quality nails. read more

Came in as a walk in for two gel pedicures and an ombre fill. The shop was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. We were seated right away. Tim did an amazing job on thr ombre, was quick and shapped them perfectly. Will definitely come back and recommend. read more

Left so disappointed. 50 dollars for full gel set, which is acceptable I guess, if they would have done a good job. My nails came out uneven, my right hand nails look good but my left hand look different, (one really crooked) & the coats of gel were not well done(I did get glitter though). There are also some chunks underneath them that she didn't buff away. I asked them to fix my thumbs because they came out ridiculously short and look like stumps, and my nail lady argued with me that they looked fine & were even with the rest until I walked out. She also hurt my nails while doing them, burning them & the corners while using that buffing device, which happens once in a while, but happened at least 4 times! The salon itself is beautiful, and well kept, however the service wasn't very nice, and for 50 dollars I expected much more, or at least them fixing what I didn't like. PS. I went with a friend who got just a gel manicure, and they did it the wrong color. read more
