This place is terrible. I enjoy a place where you can get a relaxing pedicure, but unfortunately this is not the place to do that. I went there two days in a row with an appointment and they couldn't see me be of walk-ins and the nail technician had an outside appointment to get to. Helen did my pedicure yesterday and I found her service and the service here to be great in general! I called ahead to see if they did nail art, which seems to be few and far between near me in Lake Elsinore. They do and I walked away with exactly what I wanted. She took the time to do the extra touches I asked for. SO CUTE!! Picture attached. It isn't a budget place, but is fairly competitive with what I am used to paying. I am looking for overall experience before price myself. They get busy, so you may want to call ahead. My feet looked like an animal. I knew it was time. I don't know why I put off getting a pedicure when it is always a wonderful experience. I went to Jade Nails and Spa. It was fabulous. I had the deluxe pedicure which included all the extras. Even the lady beside me asked which pedicure I had selected because it looks so great. Mary did my pedicure and she was fabulous. Dont get facials done here‼‼ I came in for a facial this passed Wednesday , i got a gift card for jades nail salon so i decided to use that towards a facial., BIG Mistake!! Before i even lay down she was already asking if i wanted to pay $10 extra for her to apply this lotion on my face like wtf?? She seemed rushed, after steaming my face she started scraping my face ive never experienced this before & iv gone to better locations . I told her when you do extractions you dont just scrap my face ! It was extremely painful!!! And she did not care! She was jusr turning my face left & right too fast I was not comfortable &i was in so nuch pain now im breaking out even more bc she did not do extractions the correct/polite way!! I have been coming here for a while and typically have a good experience but this time he made the decision for gel on my toes and I told him no after I saw he was getting out the light. This place sucks! I got a gel manicure and I could feel gel all underneath my fingernails and on parts of my hand. I asked her if she could remove the gel from under my fingernails. She used a tool and very aggressively was getting off the gel and then she sliced underneath my fingernail and made it bleed! Then tried to claim that I already had a cut there!!? I am a regular customer of Jade Nails. Last Thursday I went in for a full set, I was Asked what shape I wanted, I pointed to a display that had almond shape nails. My nail artist began filing them and I noticed the shape was not consistent, I mentioned this to her- and she seemed to be confused on the shape I requested, she continues to file my nails and said "You want coffin shape" so I just let it go.... I was Really not paying attention to how wide my nails were! once settled the glue and acrylic were Spilling over both sides of each finger-by the time I left the spa I felt frustrated and didn't think it was even relevant to try to fix them, five days into it- I couldn't stand how wide, how thick, and just overall poorly done any longer...I think it's fair to request a full refund. I tried this place out because it is close by. I would recommend Julia she did a beautiful job my nails. She is talkative which I like. It took about 45-50 minutes to do my nails. She was very efficient and I love the way they turned out! She said they will last 2 weeks until I need to get a refill which is $28. It is very disheartening when you have an appointment or we're told to come in at a certain time and when you do, your vaguely acknowledged .. almost like your time is not important!!!!!! This nail salon is extremely busy.. crowded , and unkept!! but as I observed what was happening around me it became clear that all their interested in is packing customers in and making money!!! I have never seen someone so passionate about their work. You give him an idea show him a color and he will match it for you. These photos were taken about 3-4 weeks ago, I still have every nail on and still look good. I will be coming in this weekend for a fill. Julia took my really messed up dip powder nails and made them brand new! I wanted short and natural, and instead of pushing me to a full gel manicure, Julia said, "Try dip again, I'll make it short and natural, no problem." I'd had other salons say dip needs to be long, don't cut them but I work all day on the computer so short nails is a necessity. Highly recommend Julia for dip powder! read more

I'll give this place 2 stars because they are very nice and cool see me right away. But other than that I will not be back. My gel polish chipped within a few days. By day 7 it looks terrible and I've been in bed sick for 4 days. So its not because I was hard on my hands. My pedicure looks like garbage. The polish is old and bubbled, and it too is already chipping. They clearly do not use quality products and they're obviously old and not useable. Good money ($75) down the drain. Highly do not recommend. I've had really bad experiences in the past with other nail techs where they pop off my acrylics with a nail tip and they completely leave my nails raw and in pain, so I asked for a soak off. The lady then asked me why and why not the "easy" way. Long story short I soaked my nails in acetone for about 30 minutes and she then continued to remove them the "easy" way. Picture I attached shows the result.. I was also going to ask for a manicure, but I was in so much pain that I just left right after the "soak off". Advice to Jade nails: if you don't have time to do something right, don't take a client. read more

Went to get a gel manicure and they upcharged me to remove the previous gel, which I've never previously been charged for, and they charged a crazy amount for a flower I didn't originally want. They were accommodating but it all felt very rushed. I do like the decor, the chairs are super comfy but they should have the massagers on for you, automatically included in your service, instead of charging to simply turn them on. I paid $65 for a simple mani/pedi so I shouldn't have to pay another $10 or whatever it was for them to push a button. It's not like it takes that much more electricity for the massager since it's already plugged in & on for the pedicure. They were rushed to the point I didn't even feel relaxed & get to enjoy the foot bath & mani/pedi. And it's the only manicure I've ever had where they didn't give me a hand massage. She rubbed my arms a little bit, literally for less than a minute, but no massage on my hands at all. The pedicure was much more enjoyable, and he did a better job on my nails than the manicurist, but still felt a little rushed. There was a significant language barrier with the manicurist, so she couldn't understand what I wanted & wound up having to repaint all of my nails when someone else explained it to her. I probably won't be going back because if I'm spending my hard earned money I want to actually feel like I'm getting a good value & I'm not just treated like a dollar sign. This place is just all about the money & getting you in and out as fast as possible so they can take money from the next person. I'm going to find a place where I feel valued & appreciated as a customer so my experience is actually enjoyable & worth the money. read more
