We've been about 5 times and each time is very good. However, the last time we went when we tipped them, they act confused when we handed them to tip of 20% of the massage. We just went back this past weekend, and it was the same thing. After the massage we go up to pay, and the masseuse follows us up to the register and then when they get handed their tip, they kind of look very confused and act like it is not enough. The guy behind the register even said to us before we paid him " Did you tip the guys yet?" In the US tipping is optional, so it's a very tacky way of them to act. Otherwise, good massage. read more

Clean, friendly, great price. I took my dad here after spending 3 weeks at the nursing home from a fractured fall. Staff was very accommodating & professional. I searched for places open late with a good review and was able to enjoy my first full body & foot 90 minute massage here. I always ask for a male because I like deep tissue massages and Ming is the best!! I told him when I arrived I had pain on my arm and he made sure to spend a few more minutes working on the knots there. The host was very friendly. I'm definitely coming back soon. The only thing that caught me off guard is that it doesn't say to remove all your clothes when you get taken to the bed, there's only a sign on the wall that says to leave your underwear on so I figured it out. Standards you need to know with Asian massage businesses: 1. If you want an oil massage, ask for it. It is more awkward if a masseuse asks you to take off your clothes and you have no clue what they're talking about than if you just ask for oil and remove your clothes then. 2. There is some chitter-chatter during massages. Usually its mom-and-pop and usually there is no designated receptionist to handle all the calls. It's all hands on deck. But it should not be loud and it should not last the entire massage. 3. If it is too soft, tell them to go harder. If the masseuse cannot go any harder, ask for a different masseuse and be WILLING to wait for one of your preference to be available. Or set up an appointment and be sure to note that you want a heavy-handed massage. Vice versa, if it's too hard, don't just writhe in pain the whole time. Keep asking for softer touch until it is what you want. You're paying, so pay for what you want. 4. Most Asian massage layouts consist of a foot massage area with recliners and a back area with curtains for back massages. You will seldom find an Asian massage business with actual walls and doors for these back massages. The common practice for females is to be paired with a female masseuse, however if you're not provided one and you're not comfortable, request a female masseuse and again be WILLING to wait for one to be made available. Otherwise, try out their foot massages! 5. Tipping 20% of the price is the standard for spa treatment places, I usually just round it up. So, if it's $40, tip $8 (many people round up to $10 so it's an easier bill). If it is $30, tip $6. A human just massaged your body for 30-min to 60-min straight. They're getting paid by the hour, and just like a waiter, probably make the most bang on their tips. Just be generous. With COVID, all of these high contact businesses have been suffering for the past 2 years. So maybe they're stressed about the decline in business AND tips. REVIEW: Great massages, walked-in and got seated within 15 minutes. It was a full body massage with oil (both of us were females with male masseuses). The massage was professional and what conversation did occur during the massage was an expected amount. The private area was sectioned off by curtains and they opened the curtain that separated me and my partner so we could be in the same room, effectively. It is not a separate room with walls. When it came to paying, we both tipped $10 which is standard for a good full body 60 minute, totaling $20 in tip and $80 for the two massages. My girlfriend speaks Mandarin and she did overhear the masseuse ask the host how much we tipped in front of us. Not the best business practice, but I get it. I'd be lying if I said I didn't look at the tip when I ring up substantial orders as a barista. The massage itself was heavy-handed which I liked and they even cracked my back and neck. This was the first massage I've been to where they do that and it felt great. The male masseuses were respectful when it came to the full body massage with oil where you remove your clothes. He stepped out of the room when we needed to change and when we flipped from tummy to back midway into the massage. They place a towel on you when you're flipped over. Overall, the massage practices, price, conversation, and tipping culture is standard across most Asian massage businesses. DO NOT COME IF: 1. You're looking for an American Spa treatment with fancy equipment, bright lights, strictly business attitude, and sound proof walls 2. You're offended by Mandarin-speaking masseuses or broken English. You're entering their space, if you only speak English (like me), just try your best at pointing and learn a few Chinese words that'll help you get the massage you want. My go-tos are: softer, tickles, harder, hurt, and upper back (the section I want them to focus on in the massage). DO. COME IF: 1. You're looking for a great cheap massage, dark lighting, and soothing music 2. You're looking to asleep on the massage table. read more

The prices are outstanding. I got the 90 min massage combo. Started off in the private room (blocked off with high curtains) for the full body massage and hot stones. Then moved over to the open area for a neck, shoulder, and foot massage. The lady who worked with me worked on my knots, cracked my back, and made me feel so relaxed. It was a pleasant experience.
