I called in to ask the guy answering the phone to fix a small blind problem that cause the blind to be skewed to one side. These blinds were installed almost two years ago. He came into my rental home about one hour and 30 minutes to fix the problem without me being there. Excellent after sale service. Quick and painless repair. Fixed it immediately upon arrival and texted me a photo of the fix that you see in this review. I will be doing more business with them to install blinds in my main house.
