They responded quickly, setup my appointment lightning speed, and came out on a date/time that worked for me. The initial rep matched the new blinds to my existing color and texture. He gave me a timeframe. Just like he said, the guy came out on the best day/time that worked for me and only took ten minutes to install the new blinds. It was a positive experience.

I will buy blinds from them again.

Due to our pleasure with the price, product and delivery we ordered two sets of vertical blinds for our sliding patio doors. A couple of years later I had them install shutters in my newly refurbished garage. They fit in perfect with the remodel we had done. I have been so pleased with their work I have recommended them to several of our family and friends.

In April 2025 my wife and I purchased a home in Menifee that had been "flipped" by a contractor…read more It had a total of 17 windows with no drapes, blinds or window coverings of any kind. Our son referred us to the BUDGET BLINDS company on the basis of a project that company had done for him in Huntington Beach where he needed 5 blinds. Budget Blinds of Menifee is a franchise location for the same company. And so one night (April 16, 2025) my wife and I spent a few hours with Sue and Rudy, the heart and soul of Budget Blinds of Menifee. They showed us numerous styles, fabrics, colors, power or manual mechanisms etc. A veritable plethora of choices. My wife made all the artistic / decorating decisions for our project and I approved the financial commitment. An order was placed to have 15 DUAL SHEER window shades (for the rectangular windows) and 2 SIGNATURE SELECT CELLULAR SHADES (for the semi-circle windows) manufactured, delivered and installed. They required, and received, a 50% down payment at the time of the order. It was understood that the order cycle was a few weeks to have our blinds and shades manufactured to order. 5 weeks later, (May 20, 2025) Rudy and Sue arrived to install our blinds and cellular shades. It was at this point we first learned that the fabric my wife had requested for the two cellular shades was no longer available and we would have to select something else. In the meantime, Rudy set about installing all 15 window blinds. Over the course of the next few hours I learned that the second installer that Rudy had scheduled had decided to "NO SHOW" without any advance notice. But thanks to Rudy's commitment to their customer, his patience and exceptional skills, he worked long, hard and solo and got the 15 window blinds installed. The two semi-circle windows were left uncovered and open to the sun. My wife and Sue picked out a suitable second choice and Sue indicated they would be ordered. The next day I received a PAID invoice indicating my project was complete. I let them know it was NOT complete and wouldn't be complete until we received the two cellular shades. That was two months ago. After calling and leaving messages tonight (July 22, 2025) , I learned that the second fabric was also out of stock and that it had not come to Sue's attention until I followed up. While there were some extenuating circumstances in Sue's life, she did "own" the mix-up, and offered to refund any monies paid (we had not yet paid for the cellular shades). I told her to just forget it. We are now planning a different solution - replacing those two windows with UV resistant tinted glass. We love the work that Rudy and Sue did. We love working with them. We are disappointed that it took so much effort only to learn that Budget Blinds was not capable of covering the two semi-circle windows in the one project, at the same time, or at a reasonable recovery time. If all 17 windows had been ordered, manufactured, delivered and installed, this review would have been a FIVE STAR rating. But given how it has ended, it can only be a four star rating. It is now the heat of the summer in Menifee and we still do not have an environmentally sound solution for the two windows that allow the sunlight to heat up both ends of our house. That is really unfortunate.

How do they look besides those 2 issues. Thank you, Chris" Two months went by and I got another message about the delay and that they would be ready in a few weeks. I messaged several more times and just never got any replies anymore. Once the company installed, they essentially stopped caring. Won't use or recommend again. Customer service always goes along way and I'm very disappointed. The shutters look nice, but now due an error the kitchen shutter is not able to be opened as I would have liked it to. It's now been 7 months where I never got any response back from Christopher.

We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. They even upgraded us to a system without a visible battery pack, which made a big difference aesthetically. Truly some of the best in the industry. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

I was really happy with this company. Alex was very helpful. He showed me what was available at different companies and the pros and cons of each product. I was a little indecisive on color and he helped advise me. Another company quoted me a 3 month lead time. Alex told me that shutters made overseas had long lead times but Hunter Douglas's products were made in the U.S. and had a lead time of 4-5 weeks. He was right on. I contacted Affordable Window Coverings and they sent out a worker to investigate. It was determined the motor was not reparable. I asked if the motor could be replaced as I liked the shade, they answered no and indicated I would need to replace everything, shade and motor. Since I wanted to keep the shade, I contacted another window covering service, Budget Blinds of Corona. They replaced the motor, allowing me to keep the shade, and the motorized window shade is now working beautifully again.

I actually found them on Yelp by setting up a project on here to replace some blinds I had broken in my room. They responded quickly, setup my appointment lightning speed, and came out on a date/time that worked for me. The initial rep matched the new blinds to my existing color and texture. Randy measured himself and got us a quote within 30 min. The price was right and so were the blinds I was looking for. Ordered the 12th and they came ready to install the 26th. Francisco and Jon were pros. They introduced themselves and went right to work. I want to say they were in and out within 20 min. Before leaving Francisco gave us a demo on how to use the blinds. I will buy blinds from them again.
