Joke of a business and obviously incompetent people. Placed an order today for "delivery " near $300 I get a call from dispatch 2 hours later telling me the driver has arrived and waiting outside. With no heads up. Just a call out the blue. I ask " please use the front door" this is where the stupidy really starts to shine for jaderoom. The bright young girl on the phone responds " uh they can't come into your house" and it has to be "visible" in my head NO SH.T ! It's 4pm and the sun is still hight in the sky? Nor do I want a random teenager in my house. Wtf ? I asked again - "Ask the driver to knock on the front door." Please , I'm not opening my garage to walk outside in front of my entire neighborhood like a bust and hand some douche $300 cash for a couple vape pens. Never have and never will. The girl tells me OK, they will have driver use the door and ends the call....... 3 mins later...... Then the dumb driver calls me a second time again to tell me he's outside sitting in his car. Another great shop for gummies located in OC! This was formerly The Spot's 2nd location. The exterior might look familiar but the Jaderoom did a full revamp on the interior. They did a great job utilizing all the space in the shop with glass displays and vendor booths. The check in process was a breeze. Show your ID and you're next in the queue to go in. You can roam around the shop to check out flowers, oils, gummies, etc. They have a great selection of gummies! Some brands that they carry include Smokiez, Camino, WYLD, Kanha, etc. Be sure to capitalize on your first time customer discount. I believe it's 15%. My total with tax was ~$70 for 3 gummies and 1 pre roll. Note: Last call is at 9:45PM. Last purchase need to be complete by 9:59PM. I checked out the Jaderoom after my friend told me about them. It's a little out of the way off Harbor Blvd but it's worth the detour. It is a huge warehouse with a parking lot and street parking available. You need to check in with the receptionist when you first get there and they have a bud tender help you find your products. They aren't pushy and they don't follow you around like I've experienced in other dispensaries. Whether I place the order online or go in to browse, the bud tenders are always sure to make sure I get a good deal. The other day I ordered some Alien Labs and a couple pre-rolls, through weed maps and the bud tender double checked my order. She noticed my order qualified for a promo and I got another .5 gram for $1. I've even ordered delivery. Depends on your city location, there is a minimum you need to buy. The communication is through Weedmaps and they take cash and or debit and credit cards. Anyway, always check out the deals online and or call ahead. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Weed is my medicine of choice as I treat for black mold. I was afraid I couldn't sleep as I ran out the night before and ordered it from Jade this morning as last night it was too late to get delivery at 9 PM. Anyway, I also use it for my appetite as the mold kills your appetite. So I ordered this morning and by 2 o'clock I still did not have my delivery first they wanted a photo because my drivers license didn't match my address and then they wanted a signature, and because I did not reply fast enough they canceled my order! I told them I had to leave at 3:00 for an appointment and they arrived at about 325! I still did not have my weed! I'm heading out of town tomorrow morning early and will get it at the other end. When I arrived at this establishment my order was not there and they told me that the product I was buying wasn't $19.00 now it was $54.00. I was quite upset because 19 and 54 is a huge difference.
