I bought a product online and went to pick it up cause I received a message that my order was ready. The product was priced online for $19.00. When I arrived at this establishment my order was not there and they told me that the product I was buying wasn't $19.00 now it was $54.00. I was quite upset because 19 and 54 is a huge difference. They call this tactic bait and switch and it is highly illegal. What I am trying to say is that I would never recommend this dispensary because I told them the price on weed maps and I showed it to them they said they had no control over weed maps but then I told the manager he changed it himself. UPDATE--- I opted for the delivery service from Jade Room. All went well until I was back inside my house and checked my order. Unfortunately two items from my order were missing. I tried calling, emailing, chatting via their bot to no avail. No one answers or responds. The listed phone number doesn't even work. I've even reached out to weedmaps twice with one response that Jade Room would contact me. But three days later, still not a word. Thank goodness I paid with credit card as I'll now being requesting a refund via my cc company. They did contact me and rectified the problem so I am now happy with the service. I am 3/3 on bad delivery experiences. Every single time I have ordered here they had to reach out after I submitted the order saying that at least one product (and 2/3 times multiple products) that was shown as in-stock was out of stock The second time I ordered here the order came 2 hours later than they said they would, I had to stay up in order to wait for them This last time I ordered today they texted me 15 minutes after I submitted the order saying they didn't have the product I wanted in-stock but they had a similar product, to which I agreed to replace it with. They then texted me ten minutes later saying they were in fact out of all of the products I was interested in, and they didn't know when it would be delivered--they expected me to sit around all day waiting for them? i have been coming here for well over a year now and let me tell you, i've literally NEVER had any issues with this place! their deals have always been better than any other shop i've been to. It's close enough for me to go in, and it's far away enough that when I'm busy i can get a delivery. Never had a single issue with delivery either. Actually, i recently placed an order on one of their busiest nights (a holiday) like 2-3 hours before they closed. Not only did they call to let me know that they were running a bit behind, they still delivered my order after working hours. honestly, i wouldn't have been mad if they couldn't make it! It sounds like a lot of these negative reviews were people who tried this place for the first time and had some bad luck. it happens, but i am glad to see that a majority of people have had wonderful experiences here like i have. Yes, the more people they have, the longer the waits and delivery times, but there's a reason they have so many customers!! First time using this delivery service pretty easy verification ID pic and all that. Service was lacking tho 2hr wait time longest ever had with any delivery service. Also prices are ridiculous seem good on weed maps then hidden "taxes" up the ass . 114$ for two half gram Stizii and 1/8 of some flower, and thats with FTP 15 percent off. So finally after waiting all this time get drop off and open nug flower is dry as shit and falls apart lower quality then advertising. Cant win them all i guess . I picked up an ounce of Sunday driver from West Coast cure and a pack of West Coast cure pre-rolls. Definitely fire for the price, the ounce was 120 and the pre-roll pack was 30 bucks and total came out to 180 so that sounds like a lot of taxes so I need to do my math a little better. Anyway, that Sunday driver, it did the job. I was looking for a reason not to like it but I kept smoking it and it kept getting me hella lit. Worst place ever!!!!! I ordered online off of Weedmaps and they gave me the wrong product. All they did was hand me a bag and I left. Once I got home I realized the product was wrong. I called the store and turns out they don't even have my product in store but is advertising they do online. Now I have product I can't even use and is refusing to give me a refund or store credit. Really starting to lose faith in this spot. It's such a shame because it really is one of my favorites. Been coming consistently for 2-3 years. The last few months the wait times have been atrocious. Their whole pick up system seems flawed. Line builds up fast and people are submitting pick up orders to get ahead of the wait leaving people inside waiting, watching troves of people go in for pick ups. I've even had employees in the back apologizing and making comments about this whole pick up situation. ATTENTION!!! This place is so unorganized and seems short staffed.. This is the only "dispensary" that makes people wait outside and takes an hr to process a 1 item order and sends notifications that its ready when its not & still makes you wait for the pick up.. I say "dispensary" because they make you feel like your visiting the plug in the corner the way they make you wait outside like its a secret room lol... I've always had a great experience at Jaderoom. The other day, I went, and I spent 90$ on a eighth. First thing I realized was the base price was 60-65. I have never payed that much tax in my life, to make matters worse, the weed I bought wasn't the same weed on display. I was pissed. I took it back. And all they could do was give me another eighth free of charge, which was cool, but it wasn't top shelf weed. I don't mind spending a pretty penny on cannabis I like to smoke the best of the best.
