I was stressing about which place to choose for my dentist because I was scared I was going to pick a place that would force me to get certain things done. I read reviews on another side and on yelp but they had such good reviews, I was kinda skeptical because they had such good ratings. But I now understand why they have such good ratings. The receptionists and assistants are so nice and helpful and they really make you feel at home (even the dentists)! I really like that they explained to me what they were doing and why they're doing it. I got my filling refilled and it didn't hurt at. all. I was so amazed! and they really do try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I got my filling refilled and I HATE that drill so when I saw that he was gonna use it, my hands tensed a bit because I was preparing myself for it to hurt and when my dentist saw that, he asked if I was ok and if anything hurt to raise and hand and even offered for breaks in between. read more

My Wife visited Jades Dentistry this morning 7/18/26. The dentist who performed the procedure was Dr Martha Yan. This dentist performed surgery on my wife which required numbing without actually doing to numbing which left my wife in extreme pain and naturally led her to leaving this dentist. We have since reported Dr Martha to the Dental Board of California as the Office Manager refused to give us details of the owners of this Dentistry. Your choice whether you want to use this Dentistry but if you do, please make sure you are not operated on by Martha Yan. read more

I have been going to Jades Dentistry for around a year and a half and they have always provided a very professional experience! They are well organized and the environment is very clean and comfortable. Today, I had an appointment for a cleaning with Theresa and she is the best dental hygienist I have ever had! She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and did an outstanding job at making sure I was comfortable. Normally, I have a lot of anxiety and feel uncomfortable at the dentist, but she made me feel like I could relax. I would recommend her and this office to anyone! read more

I had a great experience with my consultation making an appointment etc. My issue here is I went back on 04/19 was told I'd get a call regarding cost so I can then schedule my appointment to get a cleaning done. NO CALL . followed up twice the following week and continued to get the " Oh the person who usually handles this was not here etc" It is now 05/15 followed up again. Lady I spoke to very sweet (SONIA) but she goes to tell me she can make notes to have Wendy reach out to me at this point I said it was fine no follow up needed. Run!!!! I submitted an appointment request through your online portal on 9/20/2023 for an appointment on 9/22/2023. Never heard back. Then I received a voicemail a week later on 9/26 calling to confirm my appointment for 9/27 at 2:00. Huh? I didn't schedule an appointment for 9/27 at 2:00. When I called the office regarding this, I was told it was scheduled the day before. By who? Not by me because I would never do a 2:00 nor would I agree to a next day appointment due to work. When I advised the office of this, and stated that I would not be making that appointment, it got rescheduled to 10/6. And low and behold Monday morning 10/2 I get a call that the dentist would not be in and my appointment needs to be rescheduled again. Uh no. I'm done. This office is poorly run and if I'm already having this many issues and I haven't even stepped foot in the door, I can imagine how bad it really is. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. Update: on 11/2 I received 2 phone calls and a text message wanting to schedule me for an extraction and bone graft. Neither of which I need. Had two gum graft procedures completed with Dr Shen Ling after being referred from my regular dentist. Honestly I was a little apprehensive going in after reading general info about the procedure online (only 90% success rate), and some of the negative reviews here. However I decided to move forward based on overall positive reviews, his quality of dental education (UCLA & Harvard), and 20+ years of experience. Both procedures went as smoothly as I could have hoped. Dr Ling was very up front the entire process. The price was reasonable compared to a previous consultation with another periodontist. Most importantly, the procedures were successful and trouble free leaving me with confidence in his professional skill and experience. The entire team here is friendly and easy to deal with too, from the front desk staff to dental assistants. read more

This recent appointment I was rescheduled to a day where supposedly there was a doctor, but ended up there was none. So what am I paying for if I was not checked for the health? I went here a few months ago since I was having a tooth ache/sensitivity in hot and cold water. After they did the filling. I called them and told them that the problem was not fixed. They told me to come back that Saturday. Only to talk to a dentist who recommended to avoid drinking cold or hot. Never really want to check on you so going here is a waste. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. This last visit will be my last. I scheduled a routine cleaning with a hygienist. They called and asked me to reschedule. No problem, we changed the date. The day before, they asked me to move my appointment time again. No problem. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early, signed in, and waited for my name to be called. 25 minutes later, I get a call from the front desk asking if I was on my way to my appointment. I look straight at the person calling and told her that I've been waiting in the waiting room. She then had the audacity to tell me that it'll be another 5 minutes to clean the room. Jeffrey, the hygienist, worked on my teeth for 15 minutes. I felt that my appointment was rushed so they can make up for their delays and fit more clients in. Sorry Jade, you lost a loyal customer due your greed and lack of professionalism. I told them they lost a customer and I was never coming back. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Actually I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS! Dental hygienist was a fairly nice woman who absolutely RUINED my teeth and gums. I have been going to Jades dentistry for 6+ years and there was always some issues but they were never unbearable until today. The dental hygienist, Ms. Nancy was sweet but she punctured my gums to the max capacity. She said they were bleeding because I didn't floss enough but I have never seen them bleed so severely. I could barely see the whites of my teeth, my whole mouth was full of blood. I just went for a simple cleaning and had no pain before I got there. But she numbed my gums and chopped em up like nothing; 6 hrs later I CAN SEE THE CUTS and inflammation CLEAR AS DAY. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN W/ A CLEANING?!?! I'm in sooo much pain and can't even touch my molars together let alone wear my retainers. Not only that she scraped them and now there's some lovely gaps between my back molars. I kind of felt bad for leaving a review so heated because the front office woman who scheduled my appointment along with the woman who took my X-rays were total sweethearts. All in all NEVER GOING BACK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND none of you guys do either. Jades dentistry is the worst dental office ever, and if you go, hopefully your experience is better than mine. This is the first time I went to this dental office since my dentist of 5 years closed. I was having issues with Tooth sensitivity. I left the dentist last Tuesday with the same issue and same pain when drinking cold and hot water. They told me to come back Saturday so they can take a look at it. I went today and what I got was a pep talk that I should avoid drinking hot and cold water and just call again after 3 months if the issue persists. The main reason I went back is that the tooth is bothering me and it was not fixed at all. In summary, going to this establishment was a waste of time and money. I told them to cancel all my appointments including my wife and my daughter. I would say look for a better dentist and try to avoid this one. read more

Wonderful repair of my chipped upper front tooth! I thought it would be either impossible or impossibly costly to fix the small notch, but Dr. Lin quickly installed a tiny cap over the chipped area, perfectly matched to my natural tooth color. After over a year of being self conscious about my notched tooth, I am very happy to be able to smile normally again! (and it only cost about $20 to fix) Thank you! read more

How does this place not have any reviews yet? I've been coming here for 5+ years and they have a strong customer base. Strange! Anyway, I couldn't be happier with Jade's Dentistry! My primary dentist is Dr. Yan, but when I've been scheduled with a few different dentists, everyone's care and skill have been top notch. Their visiting specialists and referrals are extremely skilled as well, as both my wisdom teeth extraction and my root canal were way less painful than the horror stories I've heard. Also, they were able to diagnose a problem with a root canal I had years back - the previous guy had made a big oversight, and their referral right across the street was top notch! Their assistants are also awesome and remember your name! Their office is located in an office building so it can be hard to find. Look for a lobby entrance to the left of Olive Garden, it's the first office on the left. read more

I've been going here on and off more than 10 years here. Was with Dr. Jeng when he was here , to the female dentist Dr. Yan and now Dr. Lu. Some dentists can do pretty shotty work especially when my teeth are already in pretty tip top shape. I had left to other dentist as my employer/dental plans changed. They're good and solid on their work. Whitening kits were overpriced but out of convenience it was easy to purchase. read more

The doctor I was talking to spent 60% of time telling me how expensive the cost is and tried to find out if I can afford. Seriously?! Wow. Wish I could give negative stars or report you guys for malpractice because you are a terrible dentist/periodontist. I had a gum graft here about two weeks ago and went back to get the stitches removed. The stitches already fell out before I had even gotten there (wtf?!) and he told me the graft didn't take and I'd have to do it again. I had my regular dentist take a look at it and she was actually scared there's a periodontist out there doing this to people. He hacked my mouth the bits, and has now left me worse than the day I came in. I now find myself untrusting of dentistry as a whole from these criminals. They gave me my money back because I demanded it but they would've been more than happy to pocket the $260 for the graft I had that failed. Again, I was told by a REAL dentist that this was badly done and that a gum graft failing (especially with someone with as perfect a dental record as my own) is due to BAD WORK or someone who just doesn't know what they're doing at all. Do not go here unless you want to have surgery for fun! read more

Sold me an expensive product that was expired. I came early before my appointment and I STILL had to wait 1 hour to see the dentist. When I saw him, he spent a total of 5 minutes with me. He didn't make eye contact, didn't want to answer my questions, and half-assed the entire procedure. The only good thing about this place is that the staff are friendly but I did not my feel valued as a customer. Will not be returning here. read more
