Second time he came to fix the fridge I found out he only ordered one part and not two as he was supposed to. He told me to contact the manufacturer asap to get number for the correct part so he could order it, mind you he doesn't have a professional place to get the parts and orders them on Amazon (told me parts from Amazon are not always reliable). I provided him with all the necessary info the next day and he confirmed he will order the part. After over a week of not hearing back I reached out to him to check on the status and got the following response "I do have the part I am so sorry I totally forgot I'll explain to you later...."
