GO TO THE ONE ON RAMSEY STR IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC! This establishment doesn't allow refills. The woman at the front desk had the worst attitude possible. Sodas have different carbonation, and she would not allow you to taste test them, saying "they're all the same." The one on Ramsey has far better customer service, allows refills when dining in, with the food also being great as well. read more

Poor customer service! I walked in for a DoorDash order and the big hefty ass light skin guy at the counter was being so rude to me. As soon as I walked in he said I was in the wrong lane then proceeded to say " pay attention". Ordered some food off of Grubhub and this is my experience: my wife and I were hungry for some chicken and we settled on this spot. I ended up ordering the popcorn shrimp and my wife ordered the chicken tenders. Being that this place had chicken in the name I was hoping at least her tenders would be good and I was wrong. To start it off the deliverer (or the restaurant) forgot to give us a drink (see delivery photo). I (the popcorn shrimp) actually had a hair in my delivery box, I do not think it touched my food however, I know some people really dislike that. I ordered a three piece fried chicken wings whole and a two piece fried fish which was whiting. The golden shoestring potatoes was on hit fried to a crunchy crisp which I love, but getting off into that nicely seasoned fish with a golden batter cooked perfectly had my mouth watering for more after each bite. Once the hot sauce drenched the fish it taken me way back to when Mom's use to cook us fried fish on Sunday's, just pure heaven.
